That statement was made prior to the extent of dewatering was discovered. That issue has been resolved and I don’t believe there was anything malicious in having expectations of having equipment on site at that time. Obstacles happen and the management team has overcome that obstacle. You can keep beating that dead horse as it’s decomposed into dust already.

I attended and have listened to the recording from the stockholders meeting on December 5th several times. I never expected from the tone of the meeting, the statement made at the meeting that financing was coming to a confluence and being encouraged at the speed of which things were coming together regarding financing that we would not have some substantial news regarding financing over 6 months later. We have an exemplary management team and they would never mislead stockholders, but it appears that there have been some obstacles in the path of financing. This project should not have any issues obtaining financing under the current political environment regarding critical minerals, the derisking of this project and the projected cash flow from this project. I’m looking forward to the response you receive......GLTA!!!!

Well, good ole 001 is busy again today. Last 25 trades on the TSX in 500 share lots have been sold by 001. Need to get this boot off our throats soon.....GLTA!!!

Yes, the company has certainly fine tuned this project as well as it could be. Eliminating several of the federal jurisdictional permits is a testament to managements expertise. I hope whoever they’re in negotiations with on the financing would step it up. If Mark is able to close a deal with minimal dilution, it will be well worth the wait though.

The Martin Marietta open pit mine in DuBoise, NE (30 miles from the Niocorp mine) has closed indefinitely this past month. There are some people with some skills who are currently out of work that Niocorp could benefit from......GLTA!!!

This project needs to be completed yesterday. The demand for Niobium is high and continuing to increase. Meanwhile, CBMM is looking at expanding yet AGAIN to keep up with demand. I’m not sure who they’ve been talking with regarding financing, but it may be time to bring in someone else to the table for financing if they don’t have a deal soon.....GLTA!!!
