I attended and have listened to the recording from the stockholders meeting on December 5th several times. I never expected from the tone of the meeting, the statement made at the meeting that financing was coming to a confluence and being encouraged at the speed of which things were coming together regarding financing that we would not have some substantial news regarding financing over 6 months later. We have an exemplary management team and they would never mislead stockholders, but it appears that there have been some obstacles in the path of financing. This project should not have any issues obtaining financing under the current political environment regarding critical minerals, the derisking of this project and the projected cash flow from this project.
