prior to the decline there had been very substantial shorting of GNPT reported to Finra. It is my guess that ASCM could provide some available inventory.
Yes, IMO that suit is going nowhere. no pianos.
I agree CLOK is going MUCH higher.
There is no single MM trading in CLOK. What we have is about 5 firms doing most of the volume in CLOK. If you do not believe ME ask your broker to research it and give you the name of the MM. You will get the answer given above.
Trade your convictions then.
There is no volume because shareholders want to hold there stock.
I agree CLOK is a Rocket. IMO available shareholder's shares for sale have and will continue to dwindle thus making it a Rocket ready to launch.
IMO long term CLOK is headed very much higher.
The same thing was probably said about the Wright brothers.
It is unfounded and ridiculous!
IMO that does not mean they are not shorting but rather their is available inventory to cover. look at the daily Finra reportings also for a confirmation.
I agree. IMO it is only when the available inventory gets scarce which makes it difficult to cover shorts will short selling curtail.
All shares split EQUAL.
That lawsuit would be a waste of time and money.
Thats two(2) days or more total volume!
IMO what we have here is a high speed trading platform trading in CLOK. When available inventory becomes scarce it will make it difficult to offset the shorts.
You are correct a employment contract is a two party agreement. There was no longer a agreement between the parties upon resignation.
IMO this market may have a High Speed trading plat form trading FCGD. Because of that the chances of getting a fill at .0001 are very slim.
I agree. IMO CLOK IS GOING VERY MUCH HIGHER.
IMO, there likely is trading being done with a high speed trading platform in CLOK for a trader and/or MONEY group.

I agree with you when available inventory is depleted or bullish news is released. IMO there may be a high speed trading platform working FCGD.
I agree.
No dump. IMO that is a positive.
I will not be surprised to see a large sale of shares in the ninety second period after the market closes.
iqfeed also shows ask 10.01

Ditto reread it yourself.
Yes , I agree within 2 weeks they are mostly offset. A lot of serious moves can happen in two days much less 2 weeks. You have the right to your opinion. That is what makes a market. Everyone having a opinion.
Yes, the ShortVolumes are reported daily to FINRA. The explanation you gave is correct in very liquid markets. The reality is some Stocks that are traded in wide spreads or thinly traded are sometimes not that easy for the MM to offset. Example FCGD is sold Short early in the day by MM for (.0003) but FCGD quickly trades to (.0005) and higher. The ShortVolumes are reported daily to FINRA for market transparency if they were of no value they would not be required to report the values.
