if it is the finance company then we have another week of this sell off as the stocks used in the purchase of sunworks come due nov.1 so I wouldn't expect the filing of the quarterly results until after the 2nd
I 2nd that
should be a nice run up as no one wants to be left out over the weekend in case news hits Monday morning
no 2.5 hrs
"acquisition = dilution"
that depends, we don't know what the profits are for Q3 they might have enough to pay in cash instead of stocks
LOL agreed nothing like seeing 7 digit returns
dbrown, no reaction to someone impersonating you trying to cause panic on this and the yahoo message boards
added 100k shares @.195 <---- rubbing hands and cackling Buhahhaha!!
you have to also realize that the new franchises are not coming from the main company they are being built by the Texas group which has bought the franchise rights to 5 states , so I am somewhat more optimistic that the expansion of the company has been placed in the hands of a different group of people than the board of GRLT
me, I prefer an "attitude adjustment" from Tiki bar in key largo
Solar3D Inc (OTCMKTS:SLTD) Over $7 millionn a Quarter in Sales SLTD is Rocketing Up the OTCBB!

By Bryan Crowe on October 3, 2014 Micro Cap Insider, Street Watch
Solar3D, Inc. (OTC: SLTD) has seen a spectacular rise over the past year from under a penny at $0.0085 at its lows last year to recent highs near a quarter per share. Smart investors who bought this one at the beginning are already sitting on 2,000% + gains with plenty of liquidity to unload their multi-million dollar positions!
Currently trading around $0.20 per share SLTD is just a few cents off its all-time highs. The stock continues to trade strong and is extremely liquid regularly trading $1 million plus in daily dollar volume.
Solar3D Inc (OTCMKTS:SLTD) does not seem to be moving because of any ongoing stock promotion as is so often the catalyst on this exchange. The stock is moving up due to real massive Company developments. 1 look at the q’s the Company is posting on their website and the explosion of massive revenues; for the 3 months ended June 30, 2014 SLTD reported $7,471,042 in revenues up from $0 for the same period last year.
Revenues of this scale put SLTD in a special league on the OTCBB.
Solar3D is a leading provider of solar power solutions and the developer of a proprietary high efficiency solar cell. The company’s SUNworks division focuses on the design, installation and management of solar power systems for commercial, agricultural and residential customers. SUNworks is one of the fastest growing solar systems providers in California and has delivered hundreds of 2.5 kilowatt to 1-megawatt commercial systems and has the capability of providing systems as large as 25 megawatts.
Solar3D’s technology division is developing a patent-pending 3-dimensional solar cell technology to maximize the conversion of sunlight into electricity. The Solar3D Cell collects sunlight from a wide angle and lets light bounce around in 3-dimensional microstructures on the solar cell surface. The Company’s mission is to further the widespread adoption of solar power by deploying affordable, state-of-the-art systems and developing breakthrough new solar technologies.
Solar3D’s 3D solar cell achieves higher conversion efficiency then tradition solar cell’s by reducing losses from both reflection and electron re-absorption. Electricity is created when photons bounce around inside a 3D trap.
Obviously the patent here is the important part and SLTD seems to be on top of it recently announcing they are in the process of nationalizing their Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) patent application for the production of its proprietary high efficiency solar cell in four strategic countries — the United States, China, Singapore, and India.
Solar3D has chosen the United States, China, Singapore, and India to nationalize in based on their prominence in the global solar manufacturing ecosystem. These countries all have experienced explosive solar energy growth: China, which is responsible for approximately 64% of global solar panel production; India, which according to KPMG, could install 100 gigawatts of solar capacity by 2030; Singapore, which hosts some of the world’s largest solar panel manufacturers; and the United States, where its solar industry had a record breaking year in 2013.
I have a feeling in November we will begin getting news of new franchises opening Texas , takes time to build them

the RSI ( Relative Strength Index )is only 65, your aren't in overbought territory till it passes 70 so for you to say it is "way overbought" is just plain wrong

SLTD : Solar3D Touts Advantages of Owning Versus Leasing Solar
SANTA BARBARA, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 09/23/14 -- Solar3D, Inc. (OTCQB: SLTD), a leading solar power company and the developer of a proprietary high efficiency solar cell, commented today on the growing trend among commercial and residential property owners to own, rather than lease, their solar systems.
Recently, influential experts and media alike have referenced the many reasons why owning a solar system is more advantageous than leasing. Earlier this year, a Fox Business article shared, "Homeowners who chose to own the solar panels not only get the best price but they can also benefit from city and state tax breaks depending on where they live." A writer for the Institute For Local Self Reliance stated, "...in the years ahead, the expiration of federal tax incentives and simplified options for ownership (and its significant better long-term value) will mean a surge back toward solar ownership."
Among the benefits, SUNworks highlights the government support, citing 30% unlimited federal tax credits and state-provided cash rebates. Additionally, owning creates an exemption from future rate hikes due to the offset of utility bills, as well possessing the ability to write off the interests paid on a solar home loan, as opposed to lease payments which cannot be written off. Lastly, owning a solar system appreciates the value of your home, and provides more flexibility and freedom regarding size and the actual solar installer. Many times, the system pays for itself within 5 to 7 years, equating to a 25%-35% internal rate of return.
"Although we offer leasing programs for solar systems, SUNworks has promoted ownership, as we believe that purchasing a system instantly creates an asset on your roof, while leasing a system does not provide the same form of long-time value. Our ability to help our clients maximize the economics of ownership is a key driver of the rapid growth of our company," said Abe Emard, CEO of SUNworks.
"More established providers such as SolarCity and Vivint Solar built their businesses on zero-money down solar leasing programs for the first wave of early adopters. We are now seeing the second and larger wave of mainstream customers looking to own solar. While SolarCity wants to be the new power company, we want to help our customers become their own power company," said Jim Nelson, CEO of Solar3D.
SUNworks is focused on the design, installation and management of solar systems for agricultural, commercial, and residential customers, delivering hundreds of 2.5 kilowatt to 1-megawatt commercial systems, and with the capability to deliver systems as large as 25 megawatts.
here is another 10%
"RI enlisted the help of SUNworks to install the largest solar project for a recycling company in the Sacramento region. RI expects the new SUNworks installed solar array to offset 80% of the power at its 155,000 square foot Watt Avenue recycling facility, increasing electrical efficiency and greatly reducing costs."
and another 30%
“It’s rewarding to see a large enterprise such as Recycling Industries implement a positive program to improve the overall health of a community,” said Abe Emard, CEO of SUNworks. “It’s even more rewarding to see the community reciprocate in a positive manner, as the Sacramento region has done by embracing the need for clean technology.”
“We are thrilled to lead the implementation of such a large solar project to a company that truly leads by example, making the region ‘greener’,” said Jim Nelson, CEO of Solar3D. “The SUNworks team continues to expand it’s technology and capabilities, providing companies like Recycling Industries with significant cost savings and increased energy efficiencies.”
I think we're at 50% should I continue cause there's more
did you miss this part of the PR
" hosting a solar ribbon cutting ceremony September 30th at 11:00am to showcase the newly implemented 400kW solar system atop its Sacramento facility"
