I am still trying to figure out the motive behind Frank's statement about the announcement of 123 stations...How can he make statement such as "Q Television Network hopes to announce tomorrow 123 of the 150 stations across the country..." and nothing has been heard for a month now...Isn't it unlawful to make a statement like this by the CEO of a publicly traded company?

When Frank said "Q Television Network hopes to announce tomorrow 123 of the 150 stations", we didnt expect him to air carrier announcement on the next day but at the same time it shouldn't delay a month or year...If Frank can come up with the PR within next 3-4 days, I think he is a reliable CEO.

Orafup, I was referring to the 2% buyback of OS...If Frank havent completed it yet, he can definitely take advantage by keeping the PPS very low.

Here is my simpe calculation/assumptions:

2% of OS shares(15B approx.) = 300M (buyback)
Current PPS: $.003

Assume a major PR(such as carrier etc) can easily push the PPS to 1 cent. So the money Frank saves by delaying it is atleast: $.007 * 300M = $2.1M

Some of the board members are comparing QBID with SIRI...SIRI has only 1.26B outstanding shares..But we assume that QBID will have atleast 15B...That means, if SIRI hits $11/share is equivalent to QBID reaching 55 cents. Huge number of OS is probably the reason why its so hard to move the PPS. As far as I know, no nasdaq listed companies have close to 15B outstanding. The closest is MSFT with 10B.

1. Does this mean QBID will do any reverse split soon?.
2. Does reverse split happen often for penny stocks?
3. 15B OS..Is it a realistic assumption?

But...when exactly will it be available in Pacific Northwest??..Let's hope that they will probably issue one more PR soon to announce the dates...

I do check on regular basis to see if QTN is available in our area...Last time I heard that it will be available in Comcast in Jan...Upon sending emails to comcast, they said, they dont have any official confirmation...I am keeping my figures crossed..Keep u updated.

Some basic points...

1. Q TV is definitely not the miracle stock of this century...So, don't expect it to go $10 bucks in next two months.
2. Some of the members in this board are so confident and some others are mere bashers...Both are lopsided in their analysis...Therefore I don't buy their opinions 100%.
3. I am willing to accept that there are many good news about QBID and also some negatives. I certainly believe that the positives weigh over negatives at this moment.
4. Georgeking or people like him who bring insider news definitely don't hurt this stock. Why this stock is not moving up is because of the lack of QUALITY PRs.

Here are my predictions as we move forward to the end of 2005....

1. G/L channels such as LOGO, QTV and Here!TV would become part of our mainstream. LOGO and QTV will be most popular.

2. The religous conservatives in this country will become much more comfortable with these channels(doesn't mean they will subscribe it).

3. QTV will have a slight edge over other channels because of Chicago-2006 contract.

This is low profile game and i dont think it will catch the attention as the Chicago games...I think the Chicago games is more like an olympics for the GLBT community...make sense??

So the way I read the message is they are going to expand QTV to these three locations...The telecast may not have started right now but it will be very soon.

It appears to me that QTN is now available in these places...May be we will hear a PR about this on Monday.
