CXKE $21.71/$22, countdown in 10 minutes it will be a nice buy for the gap Monday. Trying to grab $21's. eom.
Team USA MFIC $2.75 earnings pretty darn good. Look at these 12m +20% revs plus .08/share profits plus BACKLOG from $1.1m to $3.1....
http://biz.yahoo.com/bw/050318/185287_1.html
Now this is what I call top shelf quality nano play. Just .25 from the sell target now... and going for the gold.
Team China SEGB way behind and struggling $2.35.
Speaking of SPEA, CXKE plus American Idol deal. This Sillerman
doesn't do bizness like Buffett buying stuff when its cheap, and I'm not so sure this is the best biz to buy stuff at its peak like American Idol, but the shorts look afraid of it at the moment, and its one of only 5-6 NAZ stocks breaching +10% on +1m volume... the hype should grow this weekend hitting the entertainment wires.
With the Friday afternoon lull coming, and then the daytraders getting out end of day I'm going to get in with a load at 3:58 at the $21 range and just play the gap to $23 Monday. Plus I'll call in to Jim Cramer's Mad Money and get him to do a bull roar on it like RIMM earlier this week... hehehe
Somebody just scooped up all the PPMC 11's. Somebody pass another match... I smell smoke, I smell Cubans... it's Old School Part 2: the Old Fogeys are fixin ta LITE to STOGEY... hmmmm.... Monday?
Given their Old School stock background and roots, PPMC has a penchant for Monday and early-in-the-week news releases, just like the Old School Play's of yesteryear...
And if it goes, this is the big one here 12 years in the making at PPMC, it would go straight to terminal velocity this time...
the creaky 8m float has been primed and pumped since November...1996... and cannot and will not handle any incoming volume.... that 250k on Wednesday is about all this float can take without going into complete discombobulation... now any incoming could blown it to bits.
eom.
Re; WGMC. The chance for a substantial "SPEA-type" hit are still higher than any stock out there IMO.
For those looking to gamble on making a "SPEA-type" hit, there are not many options out there to pull the lever on. You look and weigh all the factors:
1. Only the top prime choice deals are IPOing due to the high costs:
http://www.nylawyer.com/news/04/06/062404l.html
2. These prime choice players are looking for a SUPER CLEAN, low float shell, like SPEA. If stands to reason if you got a Prime Choice Deal, why mess with a dirty float R/S and a bunch of audits to cover old financial problems?
Well, right now I only see 2 Super Cleans that fit the bill: BSOIE, who barely decided to stay clean and file another report, so its unlikely they are getting any nibbles:
http://www.pinksheets.com/quote/chart.jsp?symbol=bsoie
and then theres WGMC, in Vegas, who just updated their filing status to the otcbb, who not only has had documented nibbles, but also non-message board incoming volume including a $10k buy. Now it may or may not have had a mini-message board hype run last month too, but one thing for sure, the insiders ALL have had over 60 days to look at a .15 plus bid, and anyone unsure about the program has already sold by now, and the bid still sitting at .15 even today. WGMC clearly has the activity advantage over BSOIE:
http://www.pinksheets.com/quote/chart.jsp?symbol=wgmc
3. When you add a Prime Choice Play to a Super Clean Shell, you get a "holy grail", needle in the haystack SPEA payday.
It could be days, or months away... but it will be ALL or NUTHIN! With all the factors taken as a whole it appears closer to days than months before those Triple 7's come up...
Nice to see good ol' PAPO getting some work again.
PAPO made a big splash about 5 years ago when the same people made a monster tandem run with PRAV:
http://www.highbeam.com/library/doc0.asp?docid=1G1:58526802&refid=ink_tptd_np&skeyword=&...
If they are the same people who I think they are, these are mostly "stock" people, not "oil" people, so they may dump and nip it in the bud, or they may run with a runner.
If they run, some wild speculation may be that they are ready to dig up PRAV next, which they probably still own shares of
that they want to get rid of. That is a huge amount of speculation though.
In short, dese youts be diggin for more dan oil, mon.
Now tiptoeing into PPMC .11. That was my 15k buy just went in there. All the other buys today were insiders. 1-3 day play. Part 2 of the PPMC series.
Following on the heels of FLMP, PPMC II is also the 2nd installment of the Cagney Old School Series.
The title of this play is:
"The old fogeys lite the STOGEY!"
Chart
http://bigcharts.marketwatch.com/quickchart/quickchart.asp?symb=PPMC&sid=113679&o_symb=PPMC&...
Just 20m OS with creaky, timid 8m float... much of which has been not been traded since 1996.
PPMC has been toiling around in the business world since 1994 with little success,
with over millions of hours and weeks invested, including the all-important patent.
Look at these decades of business experience and connections.
No, these guys are not penny stock pumping people, they are in it for the long haul:
http://www.ppmc.us/bio.htm
In 2004 they finally started to get a lot of ducks in a row, including:
Albertsons Vice Chairman with connections joins May 4, 2004:
http://www.ppmc.us/news5.htm
Shortly thereafter, deals with CBS and HRN June 2 and June 14, 2004:
http://www.ppmc.us/news1.htm
http://www.ppmc.us/news3.htm
Stock shoots to a high of .76 on July 9, 2004:
http://bigcharts.marketwatch.com/historical/default.asp?detect=1&symbol=ppmc+&close_date=7%2...
October 4, 2004, PPMC announces all SEC reports up to date, $20m financing was in the works, back on OTC:
http://www.ppmc.us/news6.htm
And including the 2004 "Award for Best Hype Statement in a News Release" :
"After reading the 10KSB, a number of shareholders reported that the management discussion section should have noted what PPMC believes its patents for The Last Word™ and Point of Purchase program are worth.
Should that section be amended it would likely state the following; Provided PPMC is properly financed and operational with 15,000 stores (PPMC’s goal) the value could exceed one billion dollars.
PPMC is already in the process of raising twenty million dollars, signing contracts with 15,000 stores and becoming operational. "
$1 billion = $50/share PPMC
Then Cagney runs Part 1 of the play, PPMC I: a financing news/bounce play from 10/26-11/9 for 2 bags... very chingy:
10/26 play starts:
http://www.siliconinvestor.com/readmsg.aspx?msgid=20689875
http://www.siliconinvestor.com/readmsg.aspx?msgid=20689940
11/9 comes the financing news:
http://www.siliconinvestor.com/readmsg.aspx?msgid=20750696
http://bigcharts.marketwatch.com/news/articles.asp?guid={4C32BDD1-958C-4E05-B10B-C74E8F391455}&n...
Now for PPMC II we have here set up a play for the national rollout of this product and start of full operations. I watched the buying interest in January
showing the rollout was getting set up, and the volume now coming in this week indicates the big announcement is ready to go.
But wait theres more that could end up being triggered...
back in August 2003, PPMC started shopping around and making connections on a $50-$90m buyout deal($4-5/share) for the patents alone, which now would be feasable(and more lucrative)
with a fully operational company making revenues:
http://bigcharts.marketwatch.com/news/articles.asp?guid={A093339A-AFFF-4620-AD23-B5BECC3AACDF}&n...
All these guys at the company are old farts ready to cash out of this biz and go play golf in Arizona... I think the rollout will be it for them. Part III of the PPMC Trilogy
would be the "Buyout Play" later.
There's the bounce on MVOG, too bad it was at $2-$2.50, instead of $2.50-$3.
Cagney is all the way out at $2.50. Dese youts running this game are playing too reckless. First of all they leave .50 on the table at the top end when they got solid buying pressure, then they play too fast and loose on the pop...sssss and drop .50 too much out of the bottom end, including a head fake at the $1 mark. Now MVOG got M.A.N.I.P.U.L.A.T.I.O.N. spray painted all over it, everybody knows it was a game and won't bid it back up.
Jumping back in MVOG $2.70 for a .20 bounce.eom.
MVOG... POP,,,sssssssssssssss at high noon! Looks like $3.50 was the target. eom.
MVOG $3.54/$3.545, now just .26 away from the sell target and closing fast like Frankenstein.
Its time for another song from the Edgar Winter Group, "Frankenstein", their most popular song, and it goes a little sumptin like this:
....
Oh yeah, "Frankenstein" doesn't have any lyrics, it's instrumental... hehe
eom.
Dodgeball update: Team USA MFIC Outsiders $2.75, Team China SEGB Insiders $2.35. Upstart MFIC mom and pop outsiders have opened up a 40 point lead on the favored Chinese Insider Team, with Yao Gorilla hiding in the Mist and nowhere to be seen.
This despite favorable China news today...
yes, China is still indeed booming:
http://www.marketwatch.com/news/story.asp?guid=%7B28AC9EF5%2D4725%2D420B%2D94D9%2D521E6C7757F7%7D&am...
The Vegas side money books which started at 3:1 in favor of Yao Gorilla and the SEGB Insiders now have it 3:2 in favor of Team USA MFIC and the "nano momo mojo" to take it to the $3 house.
And who would have bet against Insiders vs. Outsiders? This appears to be a major upset in the making. But thats why they call it March Madness.
MVOG $3.46/$3.465 raging torrents of free cash, and still chock full!
And the MVOG theme song goes a liitle sumtin like dis,
courtesy of the Edgar Winter Group:
The mountain is high, the valley is low,
And you're confused 'bout which to go,
So I flew in to give you a hand,
And lead you into, the promised land.
Chorus:
Come on and take a free ride,
free ride,
Come on and take it by my side,
Come on and take a free ride!
All over the country, I'm seeing the same,
Nobody's winning, at this type of game,
We gotta do better, it's time to begin,
You know all the answers
Must come from within.
Chorus
Solos
Stop bridge
Chorus
Come on and take a free ride yea, yea, yea, yea......
eom.
Now loading up on MVOG $3.20. 3-day momentum play, or to $3.80, whichever comes first.
With:
1. Shorters jumping on anything Nasdaq up 10%, used to be 20% last month.
2. On the bb, market makers taking advantage of the lack of buyers elsewhere(outside of a couple hype stocks), even on bounces. They'll sell stock, but don't want to buy it back.
Its time to go with the strong, and thinly traded stocks on the pk and bb. And of course that means if we want the high-volume, we go to the MANIPULATED...
MVOG fits the bill. Over $22m traded today, super-strong. Its almost a 1-man offshore operation. Highly manipulated share price but just crossed over $3 without blinking and eye. 60m os, large 24m float, but doesn't matter because the float is in complete control. I've been watching it close as it approached and just passed that $3 barrier- whoever is manipulating it, its definitely going to a higher round number, which means its a pretty safe ride to $3.80 here, IMO. Since it has crossed the $3 with no problems, just announced financing plans, which indicates to me they need to keep that share price up, and I think with certainty its headed to at least $4 before pulling a pop....sssss(see WTAF for recent pop/sssssss of manipulated stock at $3). Not on the Nasdaq- won't find these manipulated varieties too much there. The MVOG pop-sssss is coming, but looks like a free .60 here of bread to $3.80, then throw away the crust around those round numbers where the pop-ssssss'es happen.
Meanwhile, SEGB and MFIC are still in their low-volume dodgeball match, with Team USA MFIC clinging to a 22 point lead over Yao Gorilla and Team China SEGB, $2.55-$2.33, neither appears ready to take it to the $3 house, or get knocked out of the match at $2 in the next day or so...
Re: WGMC .20/.40. It is now showing up in my account.
Also, as has been the case the past 2 months, if there are any sales, there is somebody is watching close and swooping in to scoop them up quick, even just a few thousand shares like this afternoon:
0.21 5000 12:48:18 buy
0.20 5206 12:48:09 buy
0.15 3200 12:33:53 sell
0.20 3200 12:33:32 sell
15 minutes apart. The buyers don't have the limit buys put in in the morning, but they watch closely to see what they can grab during the day. Something is fixing to hit.
Haven't seen any big money coming in yet, maybe $50k buys altogther and $10k sells in 2 mos., but you can tell that money is right there on the fringes... waiting for the signed documents.
WGMC .40, is now official. Another duck has quietly gotten in the row. Now lets see if we can add some mm's, and let the show begin! eom.
Cagney invites all to an exciting "March Madness" MFIC Outsider vs. SEGB Insider DODGEBALL game this week. It will be interesting and hopefully even profitable: SEGB China Insiders vs. MFIC USA Outsiders to see who will win.
I'm avg. in at right about $2.50 on both with good size loads, and I holding for an imminent payday on both, but that is not the objective of this dodgeball game. Both MFIC(7m float) and SEGB(3m float) have about ranged $2.30-$2.80 last few days, MFIC is slightly ahead right now.
The object of the dodgeball game is to get a $3 ASK on the upside or tag a $2 BID on your opponent on the downside. Whoever gets a $3 ASK first this week is declared the winner, whoever gets to $2 BID is disqualified and is declared a loser. Of course I will be selling for profits at that high end and stop loss selling at the low end, so there is money in play here too. Plus I'm sure there might be some side action going in Vegas too now that the game has started...
For the INSIDERS hailing from China, SEGB, we have just a seattle slew of insider buying to $2.54 as recent as Friday. All straight arm insider buys. Bringing with them to the game, the Chinese team also brings Yao Gorilla, their big inside scorer who picked up $175k at $2.46 a week ago, but has been unable to get a lot of help from any SEGB outsiders. Yao's scoring could decide the outcome of the game, or it could be any one of dese youts below coming on strong with power block buying. I'm not looking for Yao Gorilla to bid up the price of the stock... he's in there foraging for low priced shares... Look at these insider SEGB buys just in March. Its amazing the lid hasn't come clean off:

And for the OUTSIDERS from the USA, MFIC, we have a cult-following, a small but active group of Mom and Pop value/fundamental players who are digging in for the bounce after a 30k dump of shares last week and some collateral damage, and looking for help from some momo nano players. MFIC highly undervalued nano WITH REVS trading considerably below the 50 EMA, but with only 16% institutional, and virtually no inside support, this is going to have to be USA Mom and Pops OUTSIDERS getting momo help if MFIC is going to take it to the house for the big win, or SEGB INSIDERS are going to just walk in and take the big $3 prize in a cakewalk(But the China plays have and always will be tricky... it could be a blowout... the MFIC way, espcially if that "Nano Momo Mojo" kicks in hard and fast). Can the USA Mom and Pops do it with 1000-2000 share buys and nano momo player support, and take out Yao Gorilla and the smaller 3m float at SEGB this week? That is the wagering question we will find out. But MFIC has a 30-cent lead going in Monday and got as high as $2.80 Friday. Just .20 more and they win Cagneys Dodgeball Game:

Re: SEGB. Just had a 11k smattering of dumpers and the mm's toyed with them and have lowered the ask to $2.33. That is a juicy piece of low hanging fruit right there. Now we can put Gorilla to the test... I don't think he will walk by that ripe melon without taking a chomp.
According to my calculations, right here after lunch he should be able to chunk off another 10k buy in 1 bite... let's see if it happens.
The name of the game is low floats with built-in buyers:
In this market there are a lot of sellers, so I'm looking for tight floats with buyers, whether it be a gorilla(SEGB 3m float), a cult following of mom and pops(MFIC 7m float), big deal insider buyers(FLMP 7m float), shortcovering shorts(FUEL 6m float), dividend players(EMXC 10m float), and of course earnings players(BITS 8m float).
Hehehe. You know I bet alot of the stuff is probably self-fulfilling prophesy. But on SEGB, somebody has been buying in 10k blocks right here under $2.50 over the past week, no doubt about it. Thats highly unusual for such a thin traded stock like SEGB, especially with only 3m float. My interest started with the 70k buy @ $2.46 last week, which alone accounted for 70-80% of the daily volume- a pretty obvious buy situation under almost any circumstances. There are other mom and pop buys in the 500-1000 range since, but when I see 10k going off within a few minutes time I'm automatically attributing it to.... Mr. Gorilla.
Adding to the intrigue were the gap ups to $2.80 earlier this week like somebody was expecting an event or something.
Watching this SEGB gorilla buying activity here at $2.50, one can only logically conclude that gorilla is an insider and he knows the downside risk is pretty limited here. And with the stock showing an ability the past month to make .50-$1 swings, the upside could be quick and
profitable. I'm only looking to make 50 cents-$1 to $3-$3.50 on the next plateau. But wherever the gorilla takes it, thats where SEGB will go, IMO.
SEGB $2.45 gorilla spotted grazing again. Gorilla in the Mist has deforested the the entire 3m float under $2.50 over the last week, so now is starting to chomp off on the shrubs.
Shhhh... don't want to get him mad. Watch him- he's over there:
See he couldn't get a fill this AM on this 10k buy without knocking over some mm's...
2.42 6000 11:22:02
2.40 500 11:21:12
2.40 2000 11:18:08
2.40 2000 11:14:40
This gorilla has control of this float. I believe this gorilla is of the Chinese variety.
MFIC $2.70/$2.75. The float spillage is now officially mopped up, and up we go. Who wants to get paid? eom.
XDSL vs. MFIC- Take the otc nano challenge:
XDSL $2m rev, 90m os($62m cap), 58m float
MFIC $11m rev, 9m os($24m cap), 7m float
MFIC got the mom and pops throwing down 500-1000 share buys
here this AM mopping up a momentary looseness of that float. Gets tight again here in the next short while and we get that overdue 50-cent run to $3 and don't even need any news to get paid.
As best I can tell it was about a 30k chunk sell Wednesday along with collateral damage that the mms took full advantage of and dinged it from $3 to $2.40. Once that 40k-50k mopped up(about 60-75 buyers), its going to go...
SEGB $2.45/MFIC $2.51... Who will win the race to $3 by Monday. Go team go! Go fight win! eom
I am outta here. The activity since last month on ONTC stock looked good at first but now is just looking too suspicious, in a bad way. eom.
BREAKING NEWS! Its FLMP plus BOEING!!! Loading back in at $1.50!
1-day play for tomorrow AM.
http://biz.yahoo.com/bw/050309/95785_1.html
Now tiptoeing into MFIC $2.60. 2-day recovery play. Nanotech 7m floater 20% below the 50 day ma of $3.25. Future Nasdaqer that jumps quick on weakness. Lots of nano connections and investor support.
I'm looking for a quick ride to $2.90-$3.20 by Friday.
You're just not going to find any of these cheap top-shelf nano situations, especially after the ALTI run. Look at ALTI today running. And MFIC only 7m float just the way I like em.
These cheap shares are going to be scooped up by somebody...
it will not last long at these prices. Trades in Germany so could get a momo start for tomorrow too.
SEGB $2.50 could catch a little China hype today. It's been teasing with $2.70-$2.80 gap opens Mon.-Tues.(asleep so far today) like somebody is expecting some AM announcement. And then you got "Gorilla in da Mist" coming in at lunchtime.
Here's yesterdays big block:
2.50 10000 12:34:14
Gorilla has chomped off about $250k right here at $2.50 the last 3 days like he wants to comandeer the float...
Background:
SEGB is acquiring Sun Media hoping to become the next SINA(+15% last 3 days). Bruno Wu, Chairman of Sun Media will become Chairman of SE Global post merger. Bruno used to be with Sina Corporation is going to be the head after the merger and he wants to take SEGB to the NASDAQ. He is very well connected in China and I'm sure is going to bring a lot of Chinese money into SEGB.

Attn: CMKM shareholders... tired of candlelight vigils with no stock to trade? We can change that!
SRPI shareholders cordially invite all disenfranchised CMKM shareholders to a SRPI candlelight vigil.
We've got a motley crew at SRPI, offshore rogue traders, amateur spam emailers... pretty much the same type of
personnel you were dealing with over at CMKM, but with a stock price over .00001. Thats right even above .0001... could you believe... .05???
To enter the SRPI sanctuary, you must first pledge the SRPI oath of allegence, as outlined in the SRPI
articles of faith:
1. I believe that since SRPI traded above .75 for 7 months and sustained above $2 for 2 weeks last year that there are few inside dumpers.
2. I believe that, because the recent dumping to .12 base has been in small selling spurts with no further and consistent dumping, proving that there are only 30m shares outstanding with no bad financing or dilution.
3. I believe in the efforts of the Costa Rican Rogue Trader brethren sending out spam emails, however lame the content, and any holy warriors who pirate the media to promote interest the stock by unauthorized means:
http://bigcharts.marketwatch.com/news/articles.asp?guid={C029438E-AC1D-4F98-9EFB-275F7F7790F9}&n...
4. I believe that the stock is 99% undervalued and with proper promotion could easily reach $5 to $10 US dollars a share.
5. I believe that with $100k or less in additional stock buying, sufficient momentum will propel the stock price back the .75-$2.50 trading range where it has resided in 7 out of the first 10 months of its existence.
6. I believe that a Walmart or other big deal is close at hand.
7. I believe that insider buying $15/k last Thursday before Fridays news, after no trading at all in February, was done with positive knowledge that there are limited shares available, and that there are few other shares that could come to market on top of them from financing or from any other form of dilution.
8. I believe SRPI has a viable business plan and outstanding prospects for raising capital and executing an effective merger/acquisition strategy.
9. I believe SRPI is completely undiscovered and free from message board hype(ihub notwithstanding).
10. I believe that with SRPI and business partner ACP government connections, that they will refrain from malfeasance of any sort with regard to stock price manipulation and implementation of the business plan.
Now we do the SRPI cheer...
"Gimme an S, gimme a R, gimme a P, gimme a I... what's it spell? SRPI! who's SRPI is it? It's my SRPI!"
Yeah baby, .38/.40 it's time to dump 1/2 and let the rest ride for free, with free divies to boot!
MSEP breaking news. Sales are up $30/day as new website driversdigs.com opens.
I have inside information that there has been a $150 sale from the website in 5 days. Thats over $30 a day in addition to the revenues from reselling matchbox cars.
The evidence is right here. Look closely in the upper left corner. Someone has purchased Arie's gloves(since he's not using them, he said what the heck I may as well hock them for a bus ticket home):
http://www.driversdigs.com/L1_catalog_list.html
Unfortunately, to purchase the item, I have subsequently learned that the customer used (15) $10 gift certificates he grifted off MSEP at the auto auction last month:
"Barrett Jackson was the breeding ground for our FREE $10 Gift Card. The benefit behind the FREE $10 Gift Card is capturing repeat buyers and building a solid customer base. Already we have experienced customers using their Gift Cards..."
The saga continues...
Re: ERUG. Let me grab the file on that one here, yes that would be under "QOA" for Questionable Ownership of Assets, yes hmmm... nope, don't see any reason to own that stock outside of a pump job...
Yes, those certain stocks when they pop up out of nowhere with strange, unverifyable assets do seem to raise that "QOA" flag unfortunately... strange phone numbers, nobody knowing anything when you call them to investigate... that sort of thing...
BIGN is another QOA that came out about the same time, still trading pretty high too. Theres another QOA in play right now called GLBM with some shipwrecks and Iraq security force unverifyables splattered all over the planet, some hither, others yon... interesting enough just yesterday announced a 5:1 dividend... yes, so you can get
FIVE times the questionable assets... hehehe
Early action on SEGB $2.55/$2.70. Gorilla has that 3m float comandeered. Looks like today is the day he takes it up.
Look at yesterdays noon $50k chomp:
2.50 10000 12:47:22
2.50 500 12:45:10
2.50 10000 12:45:09
That adds to the $175k chomp on Friday. No news but they got something going on.
SRPI amateur email promo not working .07/.09. Spam email didn't get enough buyers this weekend to cut it loose... And no wonder..
I told 'em I said I don't know what school of hype you went to compadre, but when you send out those emails you got to put in there "99% undervalued", not "OJ Futures are up 15%, and Jim Rogers says they will keep going up for 17 years"... I mean...
thats not even hype! Thats like trying to sell Jim Rogers newsletter or somthing, not SRPI stock!
Now see you done sent out all that spam for nothing, and now we gotta wait for the next deal to get it going again!
EMXC NEWS now .33/.35 on 117k looking sweet with 2 days left in the dividend play.
http://biz.yahoo.com/bw/050307/75828_1.html
And the crowd goes wild .33/.35, with just 2 days til D-Day.
Hey I thought you had to be dead to have a tribute, but there are some names on this list that are not dead people:
Tammy Wynette
Elvis Presley
Conway Twitty
George Jones
Madonna
Loretta Lynn
Re: SRPI financing and merger/acquisitions thru ACP. I just see a good setup here, especially with ACP watching their back while owning the Stock Transfer Company, so the naked shorting doesn't kill their shareholder value like at so many other otc's.
And dese ACP youts are pretty selective with regard to which BIG IDEAS will be next to GET THE CASH:
http://www.forbes.com/associatedpress/feeds/ap/2004/06/23/ap1428983.html
Of course its impossible to tell, but I don't see any
preferred stock laying around making the commons expendable either. That means ol' Joe Insider needs the stock price up to make bank too. It also means he doesn't want any toxic convertible screwing up his equity stake... and if there was some bad financing already in here, the stock would not have stopped trading at .12 in January, it would have dropped to .01 and gone below... Anyway, I don't think they could have done any major financing deals involving stock with their shares trading unsolicited...
With SRPI bizness connections and million-dollar deals already setup since last August, especially with the sucessful FLAUSA OJ launch, they could have the nut hand when it comes down to setting up any mergers and financing deals that ACP brings to them...
MERGERS
I mean... if you are a potential merger company with a good product but no exposure, here you can let SRPI buy you out and they can slap that FLAUSA label on da product, get you instant shelf space, and then have it selling like hotcakes in just weeks! Yeah, SRPI has the nuts so you have to play ball on THEIR terms... you get paid with restricted stock that you can redeem for cash later when SRPI is trading on the NAZ at $10 a share.
FINANCING
Likewise on financing deals, SRPI is not coming in begging like most start-ups. They're coming in like Bill Gates with Windows in 1985: SRPI got Jeb Bush and the State of Florida, DOD, Kroger, Korea Walmart, Hughes, and the smiling face of Jesus shining down on them. IMO, if they have the nuts like I think they do, people will be lining up to throw money AT them(ala SPEA plus Elvis), not trying to extract money FROM them.
Now hows that for a good bunch of hype! The offshore rogue traders and Costa Rican promoters/bulk emailers are lovin' it... all they could come up with was OJ Futures and Jim Rogers!
I think there's enough hype to break it loose from the .12 base come Monday AM. What happens next then we shall see...
SRPI and business partner ACP goverment insiders strolling in the highest corridors of State and Federal Government. It's high power and high octane polical cronyism at its finest:
SRPI in like flynn with Jeb Bush in F.L.A. state government:
http://www.sunrayzproducts.com/srpi.php
And SRPI insider hookup at DOD already grabbing millions in Goverment contracts:
http://www.pinksheets.com/quote/news.jsp?url=fis_story.asp%3Ftextpath%3DCOMTEX%5Cbw%5C2004%5C11%5C09...
Biz partner ACP big wig Speight shaking hands with hard-line right wing pro-bizness Republican senators and testifies in Congress last Septmeber:
http://www.acpbdc.com/Fspeight_504_testimony.pdf
The SRPI whispering in the ear goes all the way to da White House I dare say... Too legit to quit.
Re: SRPI. Very interesting nonfiling question. Even more interesting stuff follows:
On Oct. 28, 2004 SRPI made an interesting move and signed a contract with American Capitol Partners. This could be a lead-in to a market upgrade of some magnitude, maybe just like SPEA popping and ringing the Nasdaq bell of a sudden. I'm sure ACP also advised them of certain financing advantages and other matters relating to filing forms that would enhance their capital structure:
http://bigcharts.marketwatch.com/news/articles.asp?guid={44DD25DF-CA92-4E63-AE74-A1B68F62855A}&n...
These ACP guys look pretty squared away and high powered:
http://www.acpbdc.com/about_us.html
And they have their own securites traded publicly, so everything is neat and clean-cut:
http://finance.yahoo.com/q?s=aprj.pk
Interestingly enough 2 weeks ago ACP just bought a transfer company, International Stock Transfer & Trust:
http://biz.yahoo.com/bw/050223/235502_1.html
Which just so happens to be SRPI's agent of record:
http://www.pinksheets.com/quote/company_profile.jsp?symbol=SRPI
Hehehe... thats what I call being in control of those shares,
and where they are at any time. After SRPI explodes Monday, I don't anticipate too much market maker "naked short" shenanigans with ACP(with a vested interest and contract with SRPI) one phone call away from share delivery demands...
"Sooooo, Mr. Market Maker says here you just sold 1 million shares... "
