And I can agree with that 100%
However that possible fact has no bearing on what I CAN or cannot do, to scrape a buck or two off the coattails of these type of investors.
So I stay far away from that aspect of it all.
I can buy it when it drops below the 50 day, and I can sell it when it surpasses it. So I do. I leave it at that.
Now at some point if they can manage, the books will be in good shape, and if they play it right, they could possibly uplist. IF that happens when I'm still playing in pinkyland, I'll buy on the sniff and hold for divvies.
I trade this thing whenever it moves.
After all, that is what it is for right? Nothing to do with a movement for weed, nothing to do with helping people get their medicine, nothing to do with a scam or a promotion, this ticker is to trade nothing more. And that's all it is to me. I don't get butt-hurt delving into the details of what sliver of data I get from fins or publication, Internet warriors or the hopeless.
I trade it when it can be traded. Pure and simple, I've done very well here in the past, thanks to promotions and prospective buyers, and sellers getting puckered up giving shares away. I sell mine, then buy when it hits it's lower levels. Grab a million, sell a million, and have a cup of coffee.
While I'm not standing up for what has happened in the past
Nor what must be done now, to take care of what was done then.
What I can do is look at what they are doing now for the future.
Advertising is what anyone selling anything are after
What makes more sense, doing nothing to bring more people in, or advertising?
That is what businesses are all about
Bringing in more people.
Selling medicine, packaging medicine, packaging placements, bringing in revenue, make sense?
I find nothing wrong with shareholders being positive
The fact is the company has begun recovery. Even as simply as getting involved with something already generating revenue. It's a start, and that is what we should be focusing on, not what the company can't do, or has not done, or even what the company has done that has done nothing for shareholders, respectively.
Does credibility mean anything anymore = waning
What does this have to do with this ticker?
Whatever are you talking about anyway?
I'm very positive about the future here
Monday? Not so sure about that, next couple of Q's, absolutely.
A lot of people have gone through a lot of paperwork, all culminating in the next several weeks, then things get more interesting to say the very least. They have to, look at the timelines concerning deadlines.
Slow sustained burn
Not a fat finger
1's would have cleared before anything.[if it were retail] Make sense?
I'm holding all for the foreseeable future myself.
It's a duh-me moment, this thing is either going to take off just as spacex just did, or it'll stay the same until the reality here comes to fruition.
So many will regret not holding longer term here because of past affiliations. But that won't effect me.
There's not much that makes anything happen in the OTC without that dreaded social buzz.
Let alone tickers like BTZO.
I suppose that takes a little bit of time to get used to.
No buzz no buyers = simple right?
They have not put any data out in so long, even shareholders who have been in this thing for several years have no clue.
Myself, I bought in at no bid, twice, by paying attention to the light social buzz. Did well once, did ok the second time.
Now, we have people doing everything they can to keep anyone from buying. No buzz, no buyers. No movement.
Hey, it's all good with me whatever you guys do with this thing.
Heres the deal: The Narrative
This is a game, BTZO has a sheep ton going on. They've used there allocated shares "A/S" to levitate the pressures, has this worked out for them, we'll be finding this out soon wont we.
The Narrative is always forward looking. In other words what we see is what has happened on order for 'something else' to happen. It's just that simple.
Why make this so difficult?
Here I've got one, would a select few be screaming scam, if the same events had unfolded, yet we had the PPS pop enough for a flip or two? No, I think not. Kinda negates that doesn't it. We've all seen it a thousand times, people only whimper when they screw up, ending up on the dark side of the trade.
The job of the person loaning the money (shareholders) is to give money expecting a return. Nothing or no one, SEC, Robert Downey Jr in that awesome fictitious suit can guarantee a return, no one.
Stay on the right side of the trade.
Anything without regular dividends is a gamble. That, is putting the funds to work. Dropping a few grand into a penny stock and getting butt-hurt when nothing happens is not educating ourselves. It's gambling, full stop.
If their plan comes to fruition at some point, there will be an uplist and dividends on this thing.
Of course I do not know the current state, but they have a good plan and appear to be implementing it. Might be a while, then again, most good things take a while.
The past is the past. personally, I don't worry about what poor decisions I might have made in the past, I don't say 'if' I say next time, since I learn from my mistakes.
I don't guess; I know or I do not.
I do not speculate on items I cannot prove. As I have already said, posting old data that has been posted in filings prior to the recent acquisitions and transfers is just straight out ridiculous.
As for anything else, we'll all know more very soon, when the filing is out, please watch the header here at iHub, you will see a new notice when the filings are out. If not, then someone will assist you in viewing and how to read and or decipher the data therein.
Well that is fantastic; but matters not
A lot has changed since then. It's always best to know what I'm talking about and can prove it before presenting it as a representation of the company.
And the fact remains until the next filing is run through, we do not know where any of this stands, therefore updating the iBox is, and would be fruitless, not only but possibly deceiving.
However if someone else sees some validity in posting old data, on the forum or in the iBox, let them feel free.
Are you sure your fully informed about specific regulations in situations such as complex mergers, as this appears to be?
I have a better idea:
How about we wait to update the share count and data, until we see it with our own eyes, in the filing?
How did you get that information?
Where is the data I can find that shows when she speaks of BTZO, on behalf of BTZO, that she's really speaking about GERS?
How interesting.
***BUYER PAY ATTENTION*** AWESOME LOTTO PLAY
No one knows anything other than HUGE changes in this company.
Should be interesting to say the least. Quite possible huge surprises in store here, several tickers being rolled into one here.
Heresay? READ the quote from Marilu Brassington C.F.O. herself:
Really? What part?
There are plenty of people watching
Nothing to discuss at the moment, however that all changes here very soon does it not.
Don't forget about todays CC with Mr.Miller C.E.O. 2PM EST
Much as the tripe which still lingers hopelessly in my penny portfolio from what, 2014? Greenfund malarky
I think what was meant by the 34 mill is what we hope to see someday.
I'm not thinking this is a scam
Yet a group of people testing their skills.
We know the structure is not bad, comparatively.
Suppose I simply cannot see any large margins being made off subdividing multiples of commodity accounts. This would have to be on a mass scale for any real residuals. Then again, I'm not in the deep of the know in their model either.
Just as the sun has intentions of warming my ol' ladies bosom, I have intention to bank to keep her in the sun. Can I be at fault if the towel fails to cover every crevice while a wandering eye takes a snapshot for future use?
I think not.
Being fair about the loan:
There are ways to grant a loan to yourself (a subsidiary), reap the returns and get the funding back.
Naive in this situation is based on pure perspective
Why because shareholders have nothing to lose. Possibly 20 bucks if there is a reverse split at any time. This thing is not trading, and has not, for-almost-ever lol Therefore it matters not if one of us paid a grand or ten grand for their placement in the ask, nothing is happening here, so were all on the same level.
So from that point, it's only reasonable to look at the possibilities. Or just call the broker and give the shares away, it's rather simple process, they would be more than glad to assist, I'm certain. See?
Its called looking at the positive side of things.
I taught my boys to always see what could go wrong, but never focus on it. never say if, always say next time, after it's been thought through for a viable solution.
I know people who focus on the dark side of everything, I don't care to live like that myself.
Instead, I'm looking at the possibilities of what could come from what is at hand with the company.
Think about the words written here
Not a repossession; instead , a multi-million dollar loan, and handing over a functioning revenue generating company.
So explain again how terrible this is for BTZO? LOL
I would dare bet there is more going to be seen on a positive note than whatever darkness is being pushed.
This is larger than inside anyones opinion.
Do I see news, no. Therefore, combining the latest notice to late filing, stated there would be significant differences between the last filing and the upcoming, accounts in complete for no recent news from the company.
This all makes sense to a business minded person. In fact it's law.
As far as the repossession tripe, at least the way explained, is actually called business. This is how we do things in the real world, outside of opinions.
For one thing, I can prove right here and now there was no 'repossession' at least how it has been extended to this community.
If BTZO has assets, which it does, it could very well have sold off assets if it were in real trouble. As in factory and equipment. Hello?
Instead, a loan was granted, not forced, granted, no it mater not by whom, if your in business, you need to have connections, no matter what those connections are, or who underwrites them.
This known, there is value in the assets, or no loan would have been granted. Hence, no repossession.
If said ~6 million dollar loan was granted to BTZO in bad faith, for the sole purpose of acquiring assets of BTZO rent free, who is at fault here? Who made the boo-boo? BTZO? Why, simply to extend the business a further ~12 months to reach the same goal? Makes no sense. As no one wins or gains anymore than they would have by initially filing suit on BTZO and dissolving the corporation.
Again, proving no such animal as a repossession.
Yet proving there is something here, something a team is working to achieve, the larger picture, more money. Find the groove, get in it and ride those tails that are doing the real thinking here, which are those directly involved.
Where are you getting this information?
No where once in any filing by any involved or interested parties has there been a statement pertaining to, insinuating, or claiming a repossession.
Saying the same thing repeatedly in putrid redundancy does not make it factual.
The fact remains;Big changes have occurred
We have been notified of this, as well as the fact said changes have and will effect the future of BTZO and company.
Some of which I can speculate, are changes in share structure, revenue streams, new developments in the refining sections, as well as placements in big box stores concerning the clothing line.
Positive 'Things' I look forward to reading more about in the coming months.
Where are you getting this information from?
Here, allow me to show the board something that has to do with the realities of BTZO moving forward:
"Is it anticipated that any significant change in results of operations from the corresponding period for the last fiscal year will be reflected by the earnings statements to be included in the subject report or portion thereof?
[X] Yes [ ] No "
Notice 'yes' is checked. Therefore, anything and everything prior to this notice is completely nulled. There is a fact.
Late 10k? Better hock something and get that paperwork filed soum
Moving forward as planned here
Yes you are correct
It's going to take some time a lot of time, none the less.
