They shared resources(engines and parts) as well as facilities for testing. Turbine aviation holdings llc is also represented by Mathew m. And this llc represents or owns the tec numbers wise. Long story short. Turbine engine center, integrated aviation and leasing llc and aviation holdings llc. Are all coming together under one roof. Farias owns occidental and integrity. Matthew marsenison owns turbine engine centers and turbine aviation holdings. They have the same rrgistered address. And all will be wholly owned by farias at the occidental group. Where matthew actually serves on the advisory board. To capitalize on this growing industry.

The documents for the merger have been signed, however they will not release any info on this or until the what they call during an APO (alternative public offering/ reverse merger)a super 8kis filed with the SEC. Which I emphasize is the ONLY REQUIRED DISCLOSURE by SEC LAW to inform us of completion. This will contain a comprehensive disclosure document containing audited financial statements and significant legal disclosures is required for reporting issuers, And with a double/triple merger of this magnitude you can imagine this will take time. But imo when you already have a company making 10+ million I have much confidence and faith. We could see this on the NYSE AMEX NSDAQ in the next year or two.
