Watching the L2 - it's 100 to 1 on the bid/ask... I'm not concerned about it... Only reason it's parked at .001 right now is that BMAK has a standing 10K ask there... It's a fake wall and will fall down soon enough... BMAK has 10K bid @ .0009 and 10K sell @.001
Yep today is looking good... first thing that has to be established is that we aren't giving into the pressure to buy low. 100M constantly on the bid shows that people know what they are buying. 20K - 5M on the ask at .001 shows that people know what they are holding... People may want to move their money but right now, this is the most legit MJ play taking place out there
The best part of this whole thing...is that people are doing exactly what the article said was happening in this sector. Maybe my sense of humor is warped, but I immediately got the jab. And elsewhere in the world, someone rushed to put in a buy order for MHYS knowing the volume was about too come flooding in. The article literally said, if you are going to just throw your money away, I know a fitting place to do it.
I knew you'd see it my way ;)
The float is 4.6B and we still move it... that's not an outrageous float around here for a functional company. The issue here is that this stock has a reputation that every share is dilution but come next month this will be the only US MJ player in CO and it will not matter. It's literally an excuse to justify massive consolidation at these prices. Maybe only a couple of people see what's happening here but every bit of these 30B shares would be vacuumed up if they actually were available.
...You know you're in the right stock, when the CEO of one is threatening lawsuits against it's investors and the investors that were threatening lawsuits against the CEO in the one your in stand up for him... My happy weekend is complete :D
STBV .0012 SCAM RUN
That's how they currently track the share price around here
There is no doubt about it, love us or hate us, they are all going to be begging at the door for shares of $TBV sooner or later
STBV .12 HOME RUN
No fair! You just took the entire month of when they announce the first weed crop...
Whenever you feel bad about your decision to purchase stock here instead of somewhere else just consider that you could be the poor people that started falling for this on Friday...

Already called it, you can't take credit now :p
Everyone waiting to buy knew the PR was coming and everyone wanting to sell had doubts... I'm betting we have a better show of stock support next major PR...
First, I'm going to say EXCELLENT WORK, 420. I commend you. Now the harsh reality...until we all know, there is no way to possibly know... chasing your tail in circles... Same thing I realized yesterday and same thing OT found out tonight... can speculate and postulate and pontificate but still simply don't know until they tell us more to go on.
Check this out..

notice any similarities... this was one of Cramer's top 5 tweets a properly managed S/S leveraged against value can survive and grow. Since the S/S increase it has seen trading at .004, .005 and .006 WITHOUT a F&^%ING FARM IN COLORADO!!!!
Perhaps... I'd rather get real PR worthy stuff than hey guys just checking in PRs personally... I like for these guys to just shut up and do it. Tell me when it's done. Otherwise they get into the habit of dropping hints and nuggets of information on FB or whereever to the point where that becomes their job... to feed the hungry mob outside instead of focus on their company and in the end nothing is getting done because their interview schedule is swamped.
Yep that's why I stopped too... I was ok with what I saw in Wazillo to go in on this... these other people are all private parties and can take far too much time and effort to search for beyond linkedin, twitter, FB and the yellow pages. I spent half of Saturday stalking people I have no interest in... I didn't find anything but I wasn't looking for anything more specific than how all of these people know each other and the only connection I could find is that they were guests on Wazillo, Moore family ties aside...
I love reading dirt about people and I've found a lot on a few around here which is why I know that on the surface there isn't any grand conspiracy taking place... I've seen CEO's steal from one of their corporations to prop up the other, I've seen companies that have been in "development" for 20 years still pretending to be relevant. I've seen companies that make toothbrushes and dental floss suddenly become pot stocks... Aside from the fact that a new corporation was formed, that will hopefully become a profitable addition to STBV I ain't scared yet
Agree, we will have a PR in the next two weeks to update on the project and maybe the odd Wazillo PR thrown in as a bonus.. My next deadline is March 10th for solid news on the facility.
Yeah I couldn't recall what it was when I posted that but I know Brianna has some similar "spiritual" psuedo-name too... I have enough trouble remembering all the names of people I do know lol...
Well, the impression I got is this, Mommy Moore is in her 60s and probably ready to retire been successful in business a long time herself. Well to do family had some money to give her kids the head start lots of us never got...
and I was answering you both...unless maybe he does know more than the rest of us... I was just saying that here is the general scenario... Farmer owns a farm. Maybe he has help, maybe he doesn't. But for the terms of this deal as it relates to us, it could be an abandoned project. Maybe they ran out of money... Just because something is worth a lot of money doesn't mean you can afford to do it... they can't get financing and they can't get outside investments so this created the need to incorporate in CO.
I was just saying it's irrelevant to our involvement.
I know. I was just explaining the way these are structured because a lot of people seem to be under the impression that they can invest in an umbrella corporation of nothing but MJ farms and they can't. It's against the law.
The other players are Antoinette Moore and her son David... David's McDonald aka Wildfire...not sure what that's all about...but seems more like a "spiritual" thing than an alias...didn't dig too deep cause it didn't lead very far for me.... Annie seems to be a matriarch of sorts...she's the direct connection to Wazillo
Best Buy currently has 1740 ripoff report complaints, by comparison... The industry also saw a lot of consolidation in the last decade... I wanted to open a computer business too but it's impossible to compete with Dell and Amazon on margin... Sure people like to bounce ideas off of the local computer guy but at the end of the day, they order online...
It is...
Coffy started "working" with STBV in 2011, when he closed up shop based on what I've found... Full disclosure, I filed bankruptcy in 2003 too... Happens to the best and worst of us.
Coffy is the CEO, don't remember where he signed on the article of incorporation, of Bearpot, but not Andy. That would be a direct relationship to STBV, as I explained earlier... Can't happen that way if you want a piece of it.
People seem to forget that this stock did not APPEAR on Feb 10th... Jaylin has been here since last year accumulating and so have many others... there was already a strong base in here with a load of shares to burn
Andy is an attorney, or was... I'm sure he's qualified to wade through the statutes and regulations and follow the directions. The obstacle to becoming a licensed operation has and always will be the money and regulations, anyone can grow weed to some level or another
He's inferring that in order for us to be able to invest in it now, in general terms, that is the course of events that have had to unfold. He's not being coy, he's being practical
Exactly, the only way this goes down again from here is if A) dilution is getting dumped in under the ask or B) someone who bought any part of the last 99% of the shares decides to sell this at a loss. period
Ice Bear Enterprises appears to have been dissolved on or around Jan. 17th 2014, which appears to mean that this deal has been in the works prior to the PR. The CEO of IBE is now part of Bearpot too. Robert Coffy owns a handful of other businesses as well...
Pot is a small time industry in the drug trade, anyone can order seeds and grow where it's legal... costs a lot to enforce against that kind of availability... Cocaine, pills and heroin are the preferred products because not every 15 year old with a shoe box can compete with them... Even still we will not see widespread adoption by the end of this decade, it will crawl along at a pace probably slower than gay marriage. My conservative estimate is 15-20 years for full legalization. The Dems and the Reps aren't going to bend to much pressure from the pot industry. Pfizer could buy this whole sector and burn it to the ground if they had the desire
By all means, but realize that we are invested in a California company that owns a Colorado company that is invested in MJ operations. FITX is a US (I think their new HQ is in Atlanta, but don't remember or care atm) company that owns a subsidiary Creative Edge Nutrition which is invested in CEN-Bio, which is a private Canadian corporation... That's how they are all set up.
I posted it all yesterday...I dug a bit deeper than I posted...

If you discover more than I have please share... I was giving everyone an idea of the players involved here so they could decide things for themselves. I am not the STBV guru and I'm not chasing down every dead end either... I was following up links to news stories all over the Western United States to find links between the shopping center land owner's lawyer and Ice Bear... which lead me to a dentist back in California that weren't even remotely connected together... too many dead ends gave me enough confidence. I'm only concerned with my comfort level in here as I've said. I'll point you in the right direction and if you find something then by all means share it. I don't know any of these people either.
I doubt it. I don't know exactly what it's purpose will be yet but the farm tv idea sounds very logical to me... that way everyone involved has a business plan and revenue streams... Farmer - grows the weed, Bearpot - sells MJ and assorted paraphernalia, STBV - televises all of it on Wazillo Media... synergy...
No, STBV is a public company...they can't be directly involved in MJ operations and continue to be a publicly traded company. There have to be separations of duty. STBV can privately invest in a private company that invests in a grow op. By owning the majority of Bearpot, they own rights to the majority of the profits that aren't owed to Bearpot and the farm...
I doubt we will...ENRT finances a farming operation and I've never seen photos of their farm... so does a company on NASDAQ. The farms are private operations. They have to be by law because public companies can not engage in business that allows individuals outside of legal jurisdiction to profit from otherwise illegal operations on a federal level. Chase them around all year but you can not invest in a business operation that is illegal on a national level through a public company. This is as close as you can get, 2 steps removed.
Bearpot is in good standing in CO, so the license would be a formality... As long as they have the filing fees, enrollment is open until July 1, 2014. The main thing to keep in mind is that "WE" are not investing in Bearpot, the company. We are investing in the corporation that has rights to the lion's share of the profits of Bearpot, STBV. I'm starting to agree that there may be a twist somehow involving Wazillo coming. There are a lot of niches to fill to build a functional industry around this new legalization.
Would have to be medicinal, if it was actually in operation in Teller County.
"Company has completed negotiations, and has signed an agreement for the purchase of Bearpot, Inc., controlling entity of an existing Marijuana Growing facility located in Teller County, Colorado.
As a subsidiary of Strategic Global Inc., Bearpot, Inc. will function as the marijuana incubation and development sector of the Company. The transaction brings existing equipment and inventory; creating a successful model that the Company can duplicate as legalization continues to spread and markets continue to open nationwide and in Canada."
The PRs never specify which, or if it was currently being farmed... The next benchmark is "Strategic's plan is to have the Memorandum of Understanding signed by mid-February and the final agreement signed by the beginning of March, 2014; with construction to modernize the operation beginning in February and the first new crop started in the first week of March."
Doesn't seem to be a problem...we have a loud and clear base of .001 here... too much base accumlation at 10 & 11 for that to happen for any length of time...I think we're done seeing trips and may be done seeing 001 too...people can bid it I suppose but not many will get filled
I applied to be one but all the slots are full
Added LC, looking good :)
