Not likely as IPIX has other staff. Better for Leo just to keep reporting among other legal matters. He can't just hide from it.

The company didn't report the BeaMed 510k laser fibers approval from last Dec 6 either. Not filing an easy quarterly report is strange. Could be there is something they are keeping a lid on. Who knows but like you say Leo could make this all go away by just filing.
