Good man! Despite all the questions we all have if Righ will make it - it's still heartwarming to hear stories of good Samaritans!
Agreed, but every time I see a terratecher come in here and slap phot up, it makes me want to go deliver a similar slap on theirs as well.
In my eyes, these appeared to be the top two absolute best plays. I may have only been half right!
I'm going to hold tight on my other stocks to see what happens and that includes good old terrortech ;)
Been involved in it hmm, over 10 years on the inside of the industry.
Vape should be able to make it, but not with the hive.
They already announced previously they would. My question is if they continue or sever ties.
Very close knit - these two companies.
No need to get your panties in a wad ;)
I'm not a big fan of the hive at all, but I'm hopeful vape can bring out some better products to follow.
If the hive sells over 4 million $ worth of profit in 1 year I will buy you the Brooklyn bridge.
Been really interesting to watch lately, I wonder if vape and phot will announce continued partnership or sever ties near future.
Did you talk to a manager about it or just an employee? I'm not sure which store you visited, but I am less concerned about their retail storefronts than I am with their online sales.
It all depends on the next few days. Some who line up to sell may one day see this back and trading over a dollar in the distant future. I know that would break a lot of hearts for longs who are thinking about giving up completely - myself included.
Somehow, unless a serious travesty had been committed - I can't envision a slow, painful death no matter which market it trades on.
You're absolutely right, with the money spent expanding revenue streams it would be foolish not to continue on the track of umbrella industry expansion.
Lucky day Mike.
Lots of people get 'grow supplies' confused with 'lightbulbs' - hard to believe there are still people so ignorant to the process these days.
Company is business as usual.
Stock is under fire.
Lol, it opens on Friday.
No hard feelings, I'm losing money on Trtc too. Best of luck to you there!
Sounds more like there will be more runners in the race to buy at dip than sellers to sell at open.
If these boards are any indication, everyone is prepping buy orders. Open will be an interesting mash up of panic sells and hungry buyers.
Looks like the SEC has rather taken action on the cannabis sector as a precaution lately and phot looks to be back up trading with value - following suit with CAN#.
Thank you.
I'm ok enough that I don't feel the need to condescend to people as uninformed as the rest of us.
Admittedly a suspension/halt is never good.
Though that isn't the point, the point is finding out what caused it.
That is something neither you nor I know.
The last cannabis stock to be suspended looks to have been cleared of guilt. Do you not see that being possible here?
It's ok power - I'm not finished nor is the Growlife company. Though I thank you for your presence and concern in these uncertain times!
I want to use my head, therefore I will not think with my gut and think about assumptions other people make like 'follow the money'.
I will instead wait for more CLARITY on the matter instead of letting my imagination best me into recreating the 'wolf of wall street' movie which many people have probably recently seen and used to heighten their imaginative thinking.
Anyone trying to get into the position of helping people pick the best 'cannabis stocks' out there will be wrong more than once.
I feel for him in the some ways, because that's a tough position to put yourself in.
Still - he volunteered to become a source of 420 investing and will have to put up with whatever scrutiny that comes his way when he makes a bad call.
Kind of surprised he isn't making any public statements in regards to Growlife.
1. He admitted he overestimated guidance for q3 but they still met total yearly goals without having to set new guidance. A CEO that is honest in explaining he overestimated. They actually cut some fat out of their company at that time - which could have taken away from original guidance.
2. GIFT contracts were likely well in place since 2013 and withheld for announcement due to a few reasons such as ensuring total legality of situation and that the growers had been properly 'vetted'
3. Kiosk news - now there's one we haven't heard on in a while. They're either planning to keep the current plan going or nix it like they did sgsensors. I see no reason at this time to believe they won't continue, do you?
4. I have no doubt they are preparing a statement for shareholders to advise what has been going on. Look at the previous statement. I ran it by a retired lawyer who acknowledged it had 'lawyer' written all over it - though you and many others deeply criticized this as being unprofessional and lacking guidance of a lawyer. I don't doubt they are spending extra time on the wording just for EVERYONE out there.
Keep it coming!
What have you heard and read from him that does not make him truthful?
Truth be told, you have been upset more times where Growlife's management has actually followed through and proved you wrong - so I believe you are grasping at straws to make your assumptions a reality.
As they say in the movie 'the campaign' - I do not want to live in rainbow land!
I emailed Rosen to find out more information from them as the news release said email one of 'these following people'.
I asked for details of the case and to find out what the intent of the suit was.
No response, nothing!
Alternatively, if I email Growlife investor relations - I get an email back within 24 hours every time - usually within an hour or two.
Agreed gally, illigence missed the news. If no fraud is proven then none of these cases will have any validity and will prove a giant waste of time.
Looks more like a move to shake out weak hands and get some cheaper prices bought in.
Wow, terrible opening.
Hopefully this doesn't keep going down.
I've seen dilution on larger stocks before, it seems devastating when dilution takes place on these lower float companies.
Zippie, what do you think of Petersen and Hegyi talking at the open house?
Also, what's your beef with Sterling? He can only advise so much at this time.
What evidence do you have to call him an alcoholic and make jeering remarks?
Sterling is not the speaker that Hunt is, granted he does not appear to be a deadbeat alcoholic either.
I just wish if someone were to post gossip, that facts would be provided as backup. This is no better than reading a few months back where people tried to convince the public Sterling had died.
What red flags and how did those 'red flags' differ from any other pot stock?
Are you aware the officers had to meet performance goals to be able to sell any shares?
Did you brush up as to learning the difference between a/s and o/s? How they differ and what outright dilution would really look like?
People who say 'they saw the writing on the wall' sound a bit ridiculous IMO - since this company has been very straightforward as to advising how their share structure is set up.
How many companies make positive revenue in their beginning? In their first 2-5 years?
Granted phot has been around for many many years now, but everything has changed in the last couple years.
For a company that isn't done expanding yet AND working in the cannabis sector- they made almost 5
Million dollars last year.
Considering the growing market, those numbers could easily double, triple or get even higher than that.
They aren't relaxing with one or two revenue streams either, they're working to help the industry and take their dues as well.
Depends, market cap on phot has been compared to amazon which also has an 'unrealistic' market cap, but is so widely used that the public believes it has great value long term.
I think share structure and share compensation was the only red flag here, which is difficult because nearly all Mj stocks suffer the same 'red flags'.
The problem here was this was considered a 'top tier' Mj stock in terms of reporting and transparency. These guys are making big waves, no doubt that this drew the most intense of scrutiny their way.
I still see it as a hurdle for management to clear. If they're able to tackle this kind of challenge, then everyone involved - shareholders, management, company - will be better off in the end.
No doubt, just not as ugly as some would have you believe.
Your range is a bit off, but we will probably see ranges between .10 and .40.
I can't see anyone desperately looking to sell below .10 unless they've been scared into it by these boards.
Yup, all Mj stocks are reliant on whatever startup capital, private investor capital or dilution capital they have in order to survive because big time lenders aren't allowed to enter the fray yet.
Happy Easter all!
Best wishes to all fellow long holders.
Fortunately it is nowhere near over yet.
Vape, Kushman, GIFT deals, kiosks and more are all still in action as far as we know.
Here's to the future!
Why so you assume they will be dumping shares?
Hmm, let me ask you this.
How many companies, when starting out or beginning their expansion make positive income?
I've attended my classes and studied the numbers. Some small home businesses can turn small profits at their beginning, but most I've reviewed took 2-5 years to become cash flow positive. Granted this company has been around for a while, but only very recently has it enacted a plan for expansion and structure. Also only very recently has this sector been allowed activity.
This is a sector filled with tons of variables however, and WHAT companies are allowed to profit on is somewhat limited at this time.
my main question to you is how would your business plan differ if you were heading a public company with intentions to have a large piece of an eventual billion dollar industry?
I was looking for the hurdles to legitimacy and knew phot would have to prove to be legitimate many many times over.
This is the biggest hurdle possible that they could face. If they jump over this one then that is quite an epic feat!
It would be the biggest step, and every time I have doubted these guys they have proved me wrong and cleared each hurdle - albeit left a couple of them a bit wobbly.
Considering the other stock that was moved to greys and that will possibly be moved back to the OTC - we have about a 50% chance things go well and a 50% chance they don't.
Remember, not everything in the stock market is as we would expect, or 'obvious' - at this point EVERYONE should be cautious. Both people expecting to win and those expecting to lose are in danger.
Honest opinion - you should use your own link to learn more about A/S and O/S as it was covered here countless times..... Months and months ago.
Compared to a lot of other stocks in the sector, that authorization is relatively tiny.
Thing about Sterling is he isn't the only officer, but I agree that I want to hear more from their operational experts such as HUNT and HEGYI.
Sterling has a big job on his plate to get to the bottom of this investigation and keep shareholders informed because this is one of his primary duties.
If you've ever worked for a company large or small, you will know that there is a division of labor between CEO, COO and other officers/executives.
Too many people flooded in to take advantage of this opportunity. No one would be posting here if everyone thought the end was near.
So then what you're saying is there is plenty of life for operating companies and there is surely a list of suspended companies who didn't do so bad on the grey market?
I'm looking forward to bathing in it.
It's bittersweet because we did so well, so many of us bought in at .05 and held tight.
I've had a close eye on CANN just to see what we can expect. It was actually doing better than the general Mj index for several days...
Phot, king of the greys? Haha
Then how were they on the greys? You and several others have been very adamant in saying the greys are where all stocks go to die.... Not live.
