What is important is that a name change in conjunction with a CUSIP change forces a physical accounting of every old share that will be exchanged for a new share.

There will be a new CUSIP number according to ETRADE.

Thats a modest goal. Many will be holding longer term, this company has the potential to justify doing so. All in all, as another has said, we may well see a perfect storm on the way here and a truly monumental bounceback for the stock price.

The Name/Cusip change will be huge. This will force a physical accounting of shares which will be like the tide going out on some unscrupulous trading... revealing who's been swimming around naked as it were. Holding onto shares now will move the price up as some have waited too long to cover.

Agree completely. Very nice consolidation action last week should provide solid foundation for this to move up with a vengeance this next week. Name change now tells me they have their ducks lined up are ready to hit the market aggressively.

Excellent post doubloon. What I see is a company scrambling to make things happen as quickly as possible. Its just seems that the attention span of some traders in the Penny's Isn't really geared for the kind of thing they are building here... And as you say, coal isn't sexy... but it can be lucrative.

That said, they are obviously mindful of their stockholders, and seeking to keep us informed (to a reasonable degree) and signalling that they are trying to find the least dilutive ways possible to get up and running. Given the huge potential upside, I myself am willing to be patient when things don't happen quite as quickly as an ambitious company or ambitious stockholders might be hoping for.

Well, around the beginning of this year things were quiet until they weren't. I was buying in back in early Feb., sold last shares after it 5-bagged. This looks like a good place to buy in I think.
