True enough i suppose.
I really want to believe.
May i respectfully ask why?
There have been at least 10-15 tweets pumping up Washington opening, but no plan at all.
One was even about lollipop, who they don't even work with anymore.
That was my point.
Imo, really looks like someone hyping on thin air.
Folks, look at the tweets that came out today from USEI.
One is about lollipop vapor, another is the same old Washington is legal, and yet another re tweets a question about USEI not coming out with real news.
Sad.
Lol...no.
In this for the long haul.
Lol....
"Walmart can do anything they want".
That just struck me as very funny.
How true it is.
Already locked up.
This is the Cowboys year!!!
"They" say you're not crazy for talking to yourself, but when you begin to answer yourself is when there are issues.
Lmao...
You do realize you're having a conversation by yourself....right?
Just kidding with you.
As a matter of fact, they looked the same as what lollipop was selling online.
I've seen the other products. The same as anyone can produce.
Not everyone can do edibles. That was the key in my view.
I could be wrong.
Everything is my opinion and wish everyone the best.
Not here to say what has or hasn't happened. I personally think evidence would have been provided by now, that's all.
This article was in regards to edibles.
It was clearly stated in the USA TODAY article that no kitchens had passed inspection and no further applications would be taken at this time.
It is in the frequently asked questions section of the article.
But then to tweet multiple times about Washington opening.....
Who cares? What are you selling? Where?
I've stated before...
I don't hold them not being approved against USEI, but I certainly hold not even applying for a license against them.
If there is a kitchen, bakers, and 23 lines of edibles, i think i would have applied for the license.
Colorado...residency issues.
Washington...none are legal anyway so lets overlook we didn't even apply.
Im out for now.
Best of luck to everyone.
No application to sell edibles struck me as odd.
Multiple tweets about Washington opening seems hopeful to simply hype the stock on thin air.
Good luck to everyone.
And who graces Ihub boards between meetings with congressmen and porn execs.
Go DIDG.
Lol...
Yep. All of us here hang out with congressmen and are knowledgeable about porn sets...
Lmao.
Nor will any more applications be accepted, from the same article.
Agreed.
I find it suspect that no application was even submitted.
Thanks Jugs.
I really hope I'm wrong and there has been progress moving into Washington.
I am obviously a shareholder who just wants some straight answers from management.
Colorado aside, my question is why is there no paperwork submitted to Washington?
Even if USEI partners with someone, no kitchen has passed inspection for Washington. Who cares about 3 bakers and 25 edibles lines if you can't sell them?
Any response to acknowledge receiving your email?
My fault for assuming someone in charge of a publicly traded company would make steps in the direction of taking care of paperwork and inspections in a state they publicly pr'd they intended on doing business.
I hope I am wrong about them not having taken action on these things.
Agreed.
I don't fault USEI for edibles not being legal, I fault them for knowing this day was coming and not even submitting plans to the state.
Edibles will be legal when someone fulfills the state requirements.
My one post...
Lllooolllll!!!!!!
Hahaha.
Go ERBB.
Perfectly stated.
No evidence of any intent other than to attend meetings.
Hate to say I agree.
There was no reason to not have packaging on display.
And at the very least, submitted the application to the state where you say you will be conducting business.
Im just not real happy how Tony has presented everything.
At least put labels on the stuff and submit the application to sell in the state.
Lol.
Like you said...they are only cheapies if the damn thing goes back up.
Interesting news about no application to sell, etc.
I guess labels on products are illegal too in Washington.
Very frustrating.
My one post...
It's Green Lantern.
Just saying.
ERBB long.
My one post....
Just because you can't find "Code Red" in the handbook doesn't mean they don't happen.
Clarification on packaging, outlets, game plan, etc would be great Tony.
Some loose ends could be easily tied up.
Edibles shown this weekend.
Just tweeted.
Good catch. I didn't see that. Could be.
Tweets out with a couple pictures.
I'm most curious to see an edibles line up though.
Hopefully it's coming.
