No problem. However those T-trades recorded were executed after the close. If it would have been from pre-market it would have had an U not a T. They have to be recorded within 90 secs of the execution of the trade.
Cheers and GL
Here is a summary of it: Trades have to be reported within 90 secs of execution.
FINRA Adopts After-Hour OTC Equity Trade Reporting Rules
On July 23, 2009, the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") approved changes to Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Inc. ("FINRA") trade reporting rules1 applicable to over-the-counter ("OTC") transactions in equity securities executed outside normal market hours.2 The amended trade reporting rules require that any trade executed during the hours that a FINRA Facility3 is closed must be reported within 15 minutes of the opening of the FINRA Facility. FINRA Facilities open at 8:00 am; accordingly trades executed outside of normal market hours must be submitted by 8:15 am. The amended trade reporting rules also harmonize the trade reporting requirements applicable to "outside normal market hours" transactions across all FINRA Facilities. The effective date for the amended trade reporting rules is January 11, 2010.
Set forth below is a summary of the amended trade reporting rules.
FINRA Trade Reporting Rules
The amended trade reporting rules require special treatment when reporting trades that are executed outside normal market hours. If the transaction occurs while the FINRA Facilities are open, the member must report that trade within 90 seconds of execution. The amended trade reporting rules apply if the transaction occurs while the FINRA Facilities are closed. The member must now report such trades with an outside normal market hours trade report modifier of ".T". If the trade was executed between midnight and 8:00 am the trade must be reported on trade date by 8:15 am. If the trade was executed between the close of a FINRA Facility4 and midnight, the trade must be reported on an “as/of” basis the following business day (T+1) by 8:15 am. If either category of trades is reported after 8:15 am the trade must be reported with a late, outside-normal-market-hours trade report modifier of ".U".
The other amendment to the trade reporting rules is a technical change to the FINRA/NASDAQ TRF and the ORF. Prior to the rule changes, these facilities did not allow a trade modifier designating the trade as executed outside normal market hours to be submitted during normal market hours. For example, under current rules, if a member executes a trade at 9:29:00 am and reports the trade at 9:30:15 am (in compliance with the 90-second reporting requirement under FINRA rules) with .T trade modifier, the FINRA/Nasdaq TRF and ORF will reject the trade report. The amended trade reporting rules for these two trade reporting facilities now permit firms to submit outside normal market hours trade reports to the two facilities throughout the day. The other two TRFs — the ADF and FINRA/NYSE TRF — already permit these reports to be submitted during normal market hours.
Below is a chart that summarizes the amended trade reporting rules:

Nope! You are wrong... They were T-trades. Insiders, institutional holders, market makers can submit t-trade forms after hours and pre market.
If they were from earlier in the day they will specify that they were from earlier today.
I the other hand, I am not sure about the last 2M shares purchase. That one could had been from earlier today or could been another T-trade purchase.
It will come back up. Check the t-trades right after the close... Friday had another huge T-trade purchase and look what happened today. I have gut feeling the financial report is going to look great tomorrow.
No one is screwing you. MMs want to close the gap, that's all. Expect a gap closing within the next couple days, then it will move back up.
I disagree, people invest in the future of companies... The PPS will go up when the market agrees to.
I agree. Great long term investment. The company is doing everything they said they will do. They are expanding and experiencing growth at an impressive rate. National distribution just got announced.
Technically the chart looks great, it could pop any day now. There has been huge accumulation the past couple weeks.
Cheers

What happened to PH@T had nothing to do with the MJ sector.
Every other stock will be just fine when things cool off.
Panic sells occurred and shorts took advantage of the situation and pushed the market much lower... This is currently a huge buying opportunity.

The reason PH@T got suspended has nothing to do with the industry, it had to do with the way they were recording the transactions of how they were paying with shares. For instance, an officer was paid 500K shares quarterly and the company recorded that transaction at .02 per share, then the officer will cash it out at market price. Those transactions raised flags and triggered a temporary SEC suspension.
Well, why not? That's clearly your opinion. Both companies find value in their alliance, so, what's your point? Every company in the OTC market dilutes because they need the cash to expand and grow a business. I am not against dilution as long as it is for the sake of the company's growth
We are higher than Wed opening. And clearly from Tuesdays closing. Also it's forming another hammer candle with a higher low. Sell volume has been decreasing dramatically... I don't think this is going lower. IMO
I see higher lows and higher highs in the intraday... Not sure what are you talking about... From 16% red to 4% red... Uhhhmmm you might need some simple math classes
Money TV tonight! Huuuuuge announcements! Stay tuned!

Read again my post...
" we closed higher than yesterday's opening" $.086-$.080= $.006 (positive gain) and lower volume than yesterday... That is bullish
I disagree... The weed market is an upcoming sector... There is way too much demand and is barely starting to light up... CANN will recover and so will PH@T... If CANN didn't tank today, most likely it won't. It might take a bit of time to recover, but not too long with 4/20 on sight! Watch
Yes! And technically today was a profit taking day... We closed higher than yesterday's opening with lower volume... Still a bullish sign.
To prove my point... Check the bid on HEMP and the last ask smack!
Well, it was 28% red. I'll take 6% red any day. Not a bad come back
For those who sold or are panicking... Look at FI&X... Market makers are playing into fear... After few million sells straight into the bid... They sucked all those shares and now it's almost green... Lesson learned for those who sold... Know what you own

There is panic selling and there are shorters... mms do play games... I know few of them and I know the games they play.
Tomorrow
BS! How they did not know? Robert Hunt sold a shit lot of shares since the 1st of this month... I'm an ex shareholder. Bs all around and unfortunately is spilling over the entire cannabis market. I'm sorry for anyone who is invested with Growlife. I had my girl invested here heavily... Well, There goes my relationship
The reason it appeared zeroed out is because is at the same price of opening. 0% gain or loss. Check the volume, there has been some trading today.
You are wrong
Looks like the beginning of a major run to me! And the chart is ground floor oversold...
The chart looks prime for a break out. We been having huge accumulation the past couple weeks perhaps huge buys been hitting the ask as well.
This week major news about contracts and distribution could be announced, which it could fuel this to a new 52 week high in no time.
Sorry, here is the chart
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=hemp
Chart shows extremely oversold, hammer candle on todays trading. all indicators show a major and strong reversal is on the way. Today's earning news could easily fuel into that matter. This one could run hard soon as the company stops diluting and shorts are done covering.
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui
VNDM is at the bid, is covering. Needs to be blocked otherwise they will fill and keep shorting this.
Yes we are! I know a hand full of people that joined last week and they are longs. This company is legit and management is working hard to fulfill all promises.
I been here since .006 and been accumulating since, not unloading. There are many longs like me that been increasing their position and believe in the company.
Cheers to all Longs

Naked shorts will have to pay the dividend if they have an open position when the execution is up.
Today there is the potential of massive hammer candles all around the sector. It will catch a lot of short positions by surprise and they will have to cover at much higher prices... A panic buying might happen anytime
They are not diluting... An interesting fact is there are open short positions in which they might not know yet but when divis get paid, if they haven't covered yet they will have to pay the dividends to the shareholders.
Big bounce coming
I have a strong feeling a lot of shorts are going to get caught before they can cover. A reversal is imminent and it might come very soon. All indicators are pointing to extremely oversold. Few heavy hits on the ask and this can trigger a panic buying
I agree! Everything looks prime for reversal. This could bounce back very strong and leave a massive hammer candle. A lot of people are in the sidelines waiting for a confirmation of reversal. I have a feeling it's coming
That is a huge profit margin! They also have an active license in the state of FL in I believe they will announce as soon as the other states gets approved.
MRIB could announce a major retailer as soon as tomorrow. This could send this flying up really fast.
The chart is prime and reset.
Looking forward for a major reversal this week.
