Ron must have trained the new people on how to not follow through on their word. Ron was/is the master at it.
Maybe they didn't see the press release yet! Just wait until they read it at some point next week. The whales will show up, GNCP will skyrocket and shorts will get burned. All we need is patience as we are golden! Sorry for my extreme sarcasm. Have a good day everybody.
Your mistake is trying to follow any of this. We get no answers, but are repeatedly told to be patient. So just continue to wait until next week and enjoy watching GNCP ping pong from .0001 to .0002 for eternity.
Please stop picking on Ron, as it's not his fault. And it's not shareholders fault either. Ron grew up in a time when it was extremely important to have a strong work ethic, to be a man of your word and to take personal responsibility. But then the millennials came along and forced Ron to do no meaningful work, to lie and to blame others. It's the millennials!
In addition to the pens, please include a teddy bear and a note of apology for daring to question him after all the return on investment he has provided for shareholders. Ron for life!
Now I know why Ron would set up self imposed deadlines and not follow through on them. He wanted shareholders to go off on him, so that he could use it as an excuse in the future. The future is here and he will soon tell us that the deal is off. Truly amazing what people will do for money.
As you can tell, I don't know much about trading stocks (the evidence of this can be easily seen with the stocks I purchased). What I do know is human behavior. If you can't see how disturbing a response that is from Ron about blaming shareholders, then there is absolutely nothing I can say that would get through to you. I apologize for my frustration toward you as you are not my enemy. Just wish you could see things a little more clearly but that is obviously out of my control. Take care.
I don't follow you or cars3. I don't like that I complain on this board so frequently. But I am obviously frustrated. How do you say we are golden when the CEO just told you that lunatic shareholders are the reason things are not going to plan? It is hard to imagine that you have gotten to a point where you actually believe everything Ron tells you.
Unfortunately I think you are correct. Just when we start to believe again that there could be some hope for GNCP, they go back to using the same old scam playbook. The amount of evil in this world is incomprehensible.
His response is a great example on how we can teach our children. Take no responsibility for your actions, blame others and you too can become a CEO of a company. Truly amazing response from him. We all have character flaws. At this point and after so long, do you finally see Ron's?
Also, when the sun rises, that's a good indicator a new day is starting.
I had a change of heart. I don't want Ron to leave. However, I would like to see some changes to his job description. Instead of having him creative write for press releases, file any paperwork with OTC, wait for lawyer signatures, and most of all, issue more shares to pay for his high priced salary, let's start a gofundme page for him. This way he gets his money without having to do any work at all and we don't have to hear any of his ridiculous excuses.
This was taken from a November 15, 2018 press release, "This Joint Venture was designed to equally benefit the Shareholders of both GNCC and our Joint Venture Partner. It is with great pleasure that we are able to confirm that we are now in a position to implement this Joint Venture after innumerable delays in this process." As a shareholder, I desperately want GNCP to follow through on their word. But past behavior tells me that we will remain in a constant state of delay.
There are obviously many scams out there, but there is something extra disturbing about this one. Jacob uses his family to portray himself as a family man who just cares about kids. At least other CEO's who run scams stay in the dark. But not Jacob, as he has no problem with scamming people out of their money and uses his family to help him. Shareholders lost money in RDAR, but Jacob lost much more than that.
Yes, please let's be done with the ridiculous notion of an extraordinary dividend. Maybe there is hope for Ron yet as he was finally honest. There is actually no need for the dividend anyway if they just follow through on half of what they promise. At this point I'll take 10% of what they promise.
It's so incredibly frustrating when we get no real facts, delay after delay, and nothing ever materializes. Ron was supposed to be gone a long time ago. The deals were supposed to be done a long time ago. The next PR will probably state that they will no longer pursue cannabis, but looking to combat global warming. They will work on that for a year until they find something new.
Ronald McDonald is the gentleman I spoke with, but we're friends now so I just call him Ron.
I spoke to Ron. He said that he is in the final stages of due diligence in regards to his preparation for the Holiday season. He reassured me that in all matters GNCP nothing has changed. He called me "sir" to make sure that I knew he was professional and respectful to shareholders. He said he enjoyed talking with me and that we would do it again next WEAK!
It's still the old gang! I can't blame Ron for not wanting to leave. He makes lots of money, does no work and is not held accountable for anything.
Ever notice with Ron that he has an excuse for everything? Is this his first time dealing with lawyers? Is he not aware of the numerous times he set dates and wasn't able to keep them so why does he continue to set dates? Don't bother emailing him these questions or any questions because his word means absolutely nothing.
I heard that Ron is completing the paperwork to make Groundhog Day the official movie of GNCP. He just needs a few more signatures.
That's what makes it laughable. It's not like GNCP hasn't left a paper trail a mile long. SEC simply doesn't care or is not big enough to do their job. Like I said in a previous post, if all that happens tomorrow is that Ron is gone, then it will be a good day. However, I'm fully expecting a delay of some sort.
If I filed a complaint to the SEC, who would laugh harder-Ron or the SEC?
Can't dispute anything you have stated. How in the world is the ask at .0002?
Back to no bid. GNCP is back home. What an interesting week!
But TFF said today was the day. Seventeneleven said this was going to be an interesting week. These guys are like meteorologists for this hurricane. Never right, but keep giving their worthless opinions.
After numerous disappointments through the years on expected great news, I'm just hoping that Ron will finally be gone. That would be epic news to me.
Reading between the lines, Ron basically told us that he is old, lacked motivation and simply didn't care about the old GNCP. Based on his actions for years, this news came as no surprise. Maybe the new, motivated and young team can make something happen.
Ron followed through on nothing, with the only exception being that he found ways to keep getting himself paid. With Ron gone (if that does happen), GNCP could stay at .0001 for the next year and still would be in better shape than with that guy.
Stephen is going to come through for himself. The question is whether he will be satisfied with just ripping of shareholders or if he thinks he can make more money by actually coming through for shareholders. Nothing we can do but wait and wait, week after week, year after year.
Who are we to trust now-Ron and the team or the preferred's?
Seems more like judgment day came for Ron. So much for trust the team.
In the classic movie Shawshank Redemption, Andy makes up a person to launder money. He says, "They’ll wind up chasing a figment of my imagination." If it's true that Ron doesn't exist and that Lumb is behind it all, then that is the only thing that would make sense in all the time I've been involved with this stock.
Great post. I wish Ron had your character.
You are probably correct. Ron, Ted and Stephen make a great team of corruption.
Yes,a Friday after the close PR is a perfect time to get the word out.
Everybody please be patient. Ron is working extremely hard and is in the final stages of due diligence. He wants the absolute best for loyal shareholders and greatly appreciates the trust we have given to him. (I can't believe I bought Ron's lies for so long. Making money, even though I was going to use it for others, blinded me from the truth)
I don't think that is the reason as nobody is buying his lies anymore. Ron and Ted got paid so they can write and tell us anything they want with no consequence. At this point, I think Ron is sitting back and laughing at shareholders and that is why he sets a date and then doesn't keep it.
Let's see how long until it goes back to .0001. Can't believe Jacob is so brazen about stealing shareholders money.
There is no horse!
When somebody repeatedly lies to you, doesn't follow through, and takes no responsibility, your advice is to go to that person for answers? Amazing!
