Same here, holding millions... Just hoping we get a decent run to unload some. Can't dump now even if I wanted to as there is no volume... So that makes it a little easer to hang on.

That is why buying on ask makes no sense. Everyone of these stocks gets bid whacked. May as well be us getting the shares for less... Takes patience is all. GLTY

I noticed that. For me it was all about the merger before. Now it seems there is nothing in the works. Was hoping after all this time they would have a deal of some kind working with someone. Even if not Advantag. Now of course maybe they do I guess. Just have to wait and see.

I agree completely here. I think they have nothing so he keeps stringing us along. Saying filing in two weeks then 4 weeks later saying it again. Then again. He told me two weeks on Jan 16! lol. I think if they were going to agree to the JV with Advantag it would have happened by now. But what do I know? I am just a guy who bought way too deep into the RM hype that was supposedly a done deal back in November! I won't make that mistake again. I really hope when they finally file they have some sort of news for us. Would be great to at least get my money back. Still hoping for pennies though.

I agree, nice post, and I am long. But I want to know why the TA is still gagged. I understand it was from Oct '12 etc., but this is 5 months later. Why not lift the gag? Is there a legitimate reason why they won't lift the gag? Just looking for full transparency here.

Sure does. I emailed Howard twice last week asking for anything. Just a reply saying he can't say anything even. Nothing. In mid January he told me two weeks and they were filing. Then like four weeks later he again said they would be ready to file their quarterly within couple weeks. Since then not a word about anything and still no filing. It really feels wrong to me at this point. Trying to keep the faith but losing optimism.
