I wonder if we will have some good news on Thursday morning?
VirTra's habit is to put out news on Tues or Thurs.
I hope its big.
Doug
TEEROY, it might be a good idea for the General to read one of the Friends & Shareholder Letters.
I am available to any who cares to communicate with me at my e-mail address on this letter to further explain the remarkable strides we have made since last year, our current growth, and to the extent I can, my outlook for the future. I look forward to communicating with you as we grow our company. As we continue to gain strength, I would like to count on your support of our company, and remain firmly committed to growing this company and shareholder value.
Doug

I sure hope it does the same.
Doug
VirTra's winning the the bid over the protest of the loser gives the company a big shot in the arm.
The way I see it the government is giving VirTra a big dose of "CREDIBILITY".
IMO since it is for single screen systems it was most likely Laser Shot, but that is just a guess.
Doug
ceres, I ment that the Pentagon make the IVR-4G the Army training standard so all Army training in virtual reality would be the same.
Doug
ceres, that has been the case for quite a while now. The news will hasve to be of a major sale, multi units to one command.
(not TI) If one of the branches were to make the IVR-4G their Virtual Training standard, then VTSI will take off.
They have sold single units to Army and Air Force bases but have not (so far) been able to sell to the full command.
There is hope that this will happen, but, as far as I know, it hasn't happened yet.
Doug
If they put out news tonight or in the morning it will go nuts. I wouldn't bet against it.
Doug
Breakout, late Friday we were at 397 board marks, now at 411 and growing. Opening bell on Monday morning should be quite a treat. In fact the whole week will be a very pleasant week for the longs.
IMO
Doug
From this level, .023, new investors could very easily see a 3X or 4X move. The "High Season" for sales is just under way and bids that have been submitted should be in the process of finalizing.
Its going to take a while for us longs to go green but new money will do very well investing here.
IMO
Doug
VTSI starting on ken goodrich's list in pre-gold rush already:

I put the order in with a 1.45 limit and it filled at 1.43, I'm all smiles.
Doug
I picked up 1150 @ 1.43 just before close.
Doug
I was thinking the same thing. The company has a history of putting out PR's late in the day.
Doug
should hit 400 tomorrow.
doug
picked up a few more this morning @ 1.55. Life is good.
Doug
Another door opens in the DoD, this is a good thing. The VirTra world is expanding. We have all clamored for more sales, in more areas, well it is moving that way.
Every sale they make helps open the next door and it helps the bottom line also.
I can't wait till they sell 1 (or More) of the Live Fire Mobile Units, that will open a lot of doors (and eyes).
So far General Dalby's right on with his talk of a good (best yet) "high season".
IMO we will see bigger and better sales soon.
Doug
schwab is showing the close at 1.385.
Doug
billpr, I have read through both of this weeks PR's and the F&S letter, and no where do I find your quote.
Please stay on the subject.
Doug
What did you find in the Tues or Wed PR that wasn't good?
I thought it was "all good".
Doug
Can't have everything. In time the SP will catch up. IMO
Doug
Interesting week so far. Two PR's and it is only Wednesday.
Yesterdays news was to inform us that VirTra has a new product line that will fill the needs of several potential customers.
Todays PR tells us that the Army is still an active customer and they will purchase VirTra's products as the money is available.
Its all good.
Doug
From the content and the tone of today's F & S letter good things are about to happen for VirTra.
Doug
Sunday morning thoughts.
Since VirTra now has Quality Stocks promoting the company I expect to see more sales PR's more often. I am hoping for weekly news from the company, after all this is the "high season".
As General Dalby said in last weeks Friends and Shareholders letter--
"As we move forward during this "high-season" this is the first of many sales I expect to be sharing with you. I am very pleased by the attention we have been getting from buyers with both year-end and new fiscal year funds, I expect several more tenders for VirTra and see the pipeline continuing to grow as expected, and I further believe this fall's high season will be as good, and likely significantly better, than last year."
IMO October is going to be a very interesting month, hopefully in a good way.
Doug
eschrine, I think you can change the "guess" to "I'm sure".
From the F & S letter today.

VERY good news today.
Did anyone notice that in the PR the General says this brings the total of orders through TI to 45. I don't recall any PR's other than the first 10 units.
The way I figure it TI has sold 11 more units that we didn't know about. That will sure help the bottom line.
The best thing is this is just the start of the "high season".
Doug
Question???
Why would VirTra hire a promoter IF they didn't have something worthwhile to promote?
As I said before, when I talked with Steve last week he said that everything the General had said in the "F & S" letters was still on track.
I would expect that somethings have come in and contracts have been signed.
I don't believe that they would spend the money for promotion if they didn't have some done deals.

Doug
Hi, RoseBowl,
When I talked to Steve yesterday he said that all the things that were talked about by the General were still in play, and quite a few were moving closer to final P.O.'s. He is looking forward to a big end of year rally for the company.
A lot will depend on how orders fall and when they can be recorded on the books. You know how that goes.
As we know through past experience, it can all "go hell in a hand basket", but it seems the "climate" for training funds is warming up.
I'm taking a wait and see stance, but VirTra is way overdue for a bit of "good luck", heaven knows we have had our share of "bad luck".
Doug
Talked to IR this afternoon, the company is on track and nothing has changed from what the General has talked about in the F&S letters. The "hi season" is about to get underway and Steve is very optimistic for several large orders to be placed.
I'm going to hang around awhile longer and see what happens.
Doug
Rusty00, it has been my experience that the week before Labor Day and the week of Labor Day (8-27 thru 9-7) the markets are pretty much quiet especially it the OTC and Pinkies.
I think for the company to put out any info during this time frame would be a waste, UNLESS it was huge, "company changing"
news.
Starting the week of September 10 I expect VirTra Systems to start informing the stockholders and the world of just what is being done.
I figure that is the start of the "High Season", and with General Dalby's promise to communicate with the shareholders it will be a very good time for him start a campaign to build our sagging support of VTSI.
Doug
Hi KP, good to hear from you.
Opinions are like a**holes, everybody has one. LOL
and we do have our share around here.
The 158% increase sounds good, but until it can reach the bottom line.....
Doug
GB good to hear from you again.
I am looking forward to see the 10Q on Monday, Gen. Dalby said this in his last F&S,
"I look forward to a second quarter 10-Q
that begins to reflect our progress, one that should quantify
the significant increase in business we have realized...going
forward,
Doug

Just having some fun with you guys. lol

We did have a good day, to bad the S&P, and NASDAQ didn't.
Interesting move. It looks to me that Aardvark (Tom Milks) takes all the upfront promotion costs and will only make money on sales. VirTra will make money on sales to Aardvark but not have all the costs of promotion.
This could very well be a win(Aardvark), win(VirTra), win(shareholders) deal.
It might also give Tom a little more leeway in the marketing of the ID.
JMO, I hope to find out more soon.
Doug
SF, I am not sure who makes the "Virtual Army Experience".
I sent the link to General Dalby, Michael Kitchen, and Steve Haag.
I will let you know if they respond to me.
Doug
SF, check this out.

They didn't close the station, there are several more trains
heading for the station. Maybe, just maybe, that train that left will come back. JMO
Doug
ceres, some other factors that are helping are:
1. the IVR has been on the market about 4 years now, it
has had time to prove its worth.
2. The IVR has been improved quite a bit from the first
generation.
3. The engineering team have found ways to cut costs and
still make a better product.
I also think that General Dalby has done a great job holding
it all together while waiting for the "tide to turn".
When the Advisor Board was created, I felt the General would be a great help to the company, I had no idea he would wind up CEO, but I felt he would be more than an Advisor in due course.
A few more small sales "to keep the lights on" until the bigger orders hit and we should be okay.
VirTra just might hit a home run and win the ball game, I just hope it doesn't go into extra innings.
Doug
