Seems like a good time to short PVAH up here in the .30's maybe.
News today provided an opportunity to sell in the short term imo, while people are buying the news. News that they're going to accept deposits on a vehicle they don't manufacture, and only assemble, should of been expected if ETFM is going to sell cars.
Lol, why would I want to do that? No thanks.
NEWS TODAY: 2050-Motors, Inc. Plans-to-Start Taking-Deposits on Carbon-Fiber Autos and Extends Showcasing Event
$SPND may be good to buy portions of over the next 6/months or so, if you believe oil won't stay "cheap" too much longer.
Facility probably wouldn't pay off debtors in bankruptcy, so much for that.
The "sucker diluters" made a ton of money and ruined the stock by massively diluting it, so how are they suckers compared to the suckers who bought a stock that was clearly going to be diluted to the moon by convertible-note-holders/"sucker diluters"?? Who would ever buy that?
$ETFM down Monday imo, looks like a painted-close on Friday. A painted close shows desperation by longs imo. We'll see if a couple hundred dollar buys at the end of the day can overpower the sells. I personally think painters are going to try to keep as high a closing price as possible no matter how the bid/ask levels look.
There's people here saying they have 100K/shares, what's a $100-$200 here-and-there to boost the closing price lol, surely that'll help lol.
There's some decent bids at .15 on level2, we'll see if that can hold though. Decent sized lots on the ask have been showing up recently, so we'll see.
$WFMC crash to single digits imo.
Yep! Give it a month or two, maybe sooner, to get down to that level imo. I see volume dying down and a steady ramp looking decline in share price. It can't just keep going down at this rate (in pennies not percentage) imo, or it will get there real quick lol. Never know tho...
Thanks for the info!
Yeah, big bad news..
$UHLN crashing hard on forced asset-sale today! http://www.otcmarkets.com/edgar/GetFilingHtml?FilingID=11232445
Didn't see anything about an S-1 filing in that.
Well, this looks overvalued again... Never liked WFMC once I saw how CEO Theo acted here back then. Wait, he's CEO? Wasn't he CFO back then? Still no S-1 filing????????? just looked and didn't see it. It's good to see the yield sign gone from the otcmarkets site though, that's surely a plus.
They don't buy under $5/share usually, unless it's over $1B mkt/cap from my understanding. Even ELIO only raised $17M offering $12-$14 IPO shares. Maybe ETFM will sell some shares to smaller investors through private placements to raise cash since they're already public, but I highly doubt any large institutional investors will fund this, this early on, while already being publicly traded.
Either way, I'm willing to assume that at least some dilution is around the corner from ETFM raising cash one way or another. Nobody is going to just give them cash without being issued options to buy shares or directly issued shares imo.
Yeah-I-don't. ZAAP/stock is a good-example of how ETFM/stock could turn out. .05/share but a $30M mkt/cap years from now just like ZAAP. They are a VERY similar company.
Two ways ETFM could get there is either by the share price increasing without dilution, or the share price moving sideways or declining over the years and dilution being the single reason the mkt/cap increases.
With $309K/cash last reported, and rent and other costs since then, while creating ZERO revenue, is just one of the recipes for shareholders losing here.
How else will $ETFM raise the cash needed to operate and implement their plan without raising funds through some sort of dilutionary instrument, like convertible notes for instance.
$ETFM chart kind of resembles the ZAAP early 2013 and early 2014 run. Just look at the 5/year/ZAAP chart, seems like what the 5yr/ETFM chart could look like in 4 years.
$ETFM Broke/Closed below the 50-day MA today, not a good sign.
Yes. That would put them at $2M mkt/cap, which is where I think it's going to get to at least.
.0008 would be crazy! I could see it go down to a couple million mkt cap, but idk about .0008 lol. Maybe if some insane dilution occurs, but it's like limit says, as long as they build a plant and do what they say, the stock will probably be worth more, but until the share price reaches a reasonable level to buy, and/or they get a plant built and project generating revenue, the stock seems overvalued for now imo.
We may want to e-mail the company and ask if it was them who paid for the promotions, or if it was a third party. Some companies just give money to a third-party to disguise it, and sometimes it's people holding tons of shares who pay to promote it. It may be worth contacting the company to ask them about it so all of us can find out. I think the phone number is 1-702-591-6029 according to Google finance at a quick glance.
They're just the MM's on Level 2 quotes that show the shares for sale. The 50K+ lot was a different MM/broker symbol than the smaller lot of shares. So I assume they're different accounts putting shares up for sale.
Now 23,998/shares @.27 from a different MM on the Ask. Two big ETFM sellers showed up on the Ask today it seems. One lot was ATDF and the newer one is CDEL, seems like it's two different sellers.
A BIG lot on the Ask, 57,507 shares... The most I've seen for sale lately. For any superbulls out there, here's your chance to buy up a fair amount in one purchase if you think ETFM will move higher.
Agreed on below a dime. ETFM was headed there anyways before the January paid promotions.
That's real-funny, since, ETFM last reported only $309K/cash... BEFORE paid promotions lately, ZERO revenue, and other costs, it's not as you claim like they just have cash to burn...
Won't-surprise-me. We'll-see how-they get-more-cash, after-spending-the-existing-cash on paid-promotions lol. I'm assuming convertible notes, but we'll see.
Nice find!
Doesn't seem like share price should be this high.
POP! $ETFM
I'd-buy a '63 Saleen split-window! Not-the-stock tho... Two different things..
LMAO! There's-SOOO-many-shares. Why-do-you think-the 10Q is-delinquent?? Guess you answered my question from one on my previous posts to you...
Your worried about shorts using your shares?? lmao...
You staying in ahead of no-bid then r/s? Then probably more dilution?
Fair enough. Saleen has asked for that with how they've treated shareholders.
$P looking like it's entering short territory.
I didn't. Saw it at $16 tho. Seems expensive at $400M+mkt/cap and $14M net/loss last filing, -.58eps. Better than $ETFM of course, since they actually sell cars lol.
No-updates about the PR 6/months ago about introducing the "Hydrogen-rich Alcohol-fuel engine" to the U.S. either... Seems they felt that needed a PR but didn't need to be mentioned again for the next 6/months and still counting.. Guessing they were too busy signing checks for stock promotions or whatever, instead of updating shareholders and assembling cars.
Agreed. $15K/bestdamnpennystocks, $5k/pennypickalerts, $5K/otcrockstar, $5K/stocktradewire, $5K/fortunestockalerts JUST in January!!!
http://newsletter.hotstocked.com/stocks/view/ETFM-2050-Motors,-Inc.
Not the best way to use up their cash lol. Better than paying for promotions with convertible notes I guess, still pretty bad tho.
$ETFM pays $1,900/month to smallcapnetwork for sponsered articles and advertising banners to say things like Tesla should be worried lol.
That's not a good sign for a few reasons... Dilution usually shows up around companies like that from my experience.
A brand-new Chevy Malibu costs less than $ETFM's electric smart-car, who would ever pay $25K and $50K for these $ETFM cars lol. They are WAY overpriced. 2016 Chevy Cruz starts at $16,620, Ford Fusion $22K, Ford Fiesta $14,580, Chevy Impala $27K and so on...
Why would it even be made from carbon fiber in the first place? It's not a race-car or space vehicle that needs to have minimal weight. All it does is make the car cost more.
Just read the 10Q, it's related to udf. Saw this and more:
