Positive news for the area.
Guess it will just be a horse race to see who opens/reopens first in that area between, Liberty, Excelsior, Nord and Rosemont
with the option, but not the use. Cathodes are trucked from the mine. Closest truck rail transfer station is Benson. If a close railhead to hay mountin, it could be a viable situation to circumvent the permitting needed to leach.
Good thinking, but there is no RR to the NORD property.
Buy mine. Theyve been on there for 2 months now.
These 2 AZ juniors have a good chance. Rosemont's taking all the heat.
Nice area to be in. Just over the hill from Bisbee, which produced The Warren district is credited with having produced 7.92 billion pounds (3.59 million mt) of copper.[6] In addition, the district recovered 324 million pounds (147,000 t) of lead, 355 million pounds (161,000 t) of zinc, 28 million pounds (13,000 t) of manganese, 2.79 million ounces (86.8 t) of gold and 102 million ounces (3177 t) of si
Very good points. Sorry, still trying to learn this side of the coin.
ok. Sorry, forgot to say IMO. Don't get me wrong, I hope the plane finds the biggest deposit in AZ history. Only problem is, whether they do or not, with Az's politicains, ok, except our awesome Governor, and government agencies, it will take 2 to 3 years before this will be fully permitted to put a shovel in the ground.
Problem is, the politicians in Arizona are not mining friendly. Be grateful that it is in Cochise County and not Pima. Rosemont is perfect example.
Thats what we thought too. I was just raising the question due to our bad experience. There is definitely copper in the area between bisbee and globe. And thats not a bad thing with copper supply lower than demand right now and with the problems with the indonesia and kennecott mines, and the China smelter, it should only get better.
It was laid accross the top of the ground for a few hundred feet, in different steps. 2 lines with from what I rememeber about 50 to 100 feet between each other. Read the anomaly around the 1600 to 3000 ft level, and hit 200 GPM at around 1900 ft
I'm curious if Geotech technology will differentiate minerals from water? From experience with a IP lines, the anomaly, which was said to be a copper porphyry, after drilling, was in reality, water.
No insight. This whole area is mineral rich. It's just a matter of pinpointing where the deposits are, and then the long drawn out process of permitting and funding.
the plane landed, crew setting up recording base on federal land within Hay Mtn property.

I'm curious. as bad as all here know this fiasco is. Who the hell is buying all of those shares?
What is the website this pic is from?
There is funding out there, but keep in mind, that project is a completely different process. It is an in-situ leaching process.
This pos sure took a dive.
Message on etrade about my shares.
After reviewing this security, it appears that IMDS is pending a 1 for 500 reverse split as of 12/10/2012. This company has qualified, as of 12/10/2012, for electronic delivery of the new shares. Please allow 2-4 weeks for processing and your account will be updated accordingly.
Newbie Question. My shares do not show up on Etrade on IMDS or IMDSD. Is this normal on an R/S?
I'm in on this, but am amazed at how pumped the cheerleaders can be. These posts are a true example of how even though know one knows exactly what is going on, unless you are working at chloride, the cheerleaders and cynics, both work it.
Good lesson to learn.
No lies here. bought in at 6's on etard.
What would the 33,000 buys be? Options?
Only drilling will tell for sure, but if they truly do find that porphyry, that will be huge. perfect timing with copper on the rise.
I'm in.
Do you remember what company was doing the drilling? Was it R/C or core? We might be able to get some info from them. Possible.

Just throwing this out there, of course imo, but Ive been in the mining industry for years. No mining company would spend this amount of money on the NASDAQ room to announce new drilling, permitting or even minor funding or any minor announcement like that. Whether copper or gold, this happens continuously and it is almost always just a public notice. From a mining company, this news would have to be very significant.
They could be drilling deeper holes, they could be doing exploratory, which is what every forward thinking mining company will do. Even well established copper and gold mines, will constantly have exploratory drilling going on beside their production.
This is awesome. Fun to watch and participate in.
Thanks, ol' wise ones. Newbie here.
"If it can't be grown, it has to be mined"
From this article, it looks like they don't truly own any part of the mine, just have rights to occupy it.
Southridge Clarifies Cinco Minas Mineral Property OwnershipFont size: A | A | A9:02 AM ET 4/13/12 | Marketwire
Southridge Enterprises Inc. (PINKSHEETS: SRGE) ("Southridge" or the "Company") announced today that the Company would like to clarify its mineral property ownership status at Cinco Minas in Jalisco, Mexico.
Southridge has completed binding legal agreements pertaining to Cinco Minas securing the surface rights, the property use/access and the mineral concessions. The Company currently has sole occupation and access to the property and all of the assets on the surface via a Surface Rights Agreement ("SFA") and a Property Lease Agreement ("PLA") with the local agrarian community of Cinco Minas (Ejido Cinco Minas)
Cat, one question, is this new leach pad under the original APP or with this new pad, will they have to get an ammendment?
Thanks. I was just curious. Those public hearings can sure postpone the outcome. I attended a couple of them for the Rosemont mine. It wasnt much of an issue for the Johnson Camp mine for the APP ammendment for the pad 5 addition.
Will they be required to have public hearings for comments for their permitting transfer?
