Hell with this product launch I am more worried about positive cash flows from operations and the LOC. That would mean less chance of dilution for us and stable SS. Give me that and I will be a happy camper.
Who is ready for a run on Tuesday?
I am with Missy on this. Financials probably will get released after market close.
There are 31 days in december, so they have to release financials by Monday.
I dont see why they would do that while during a product launch? Their money is better spend elsewhere and they will better stockholder wealth in the long run. Short run pps can be manipulated. It seems like they did need some liquidity though explaining the VFIN showing up.
I agree, the OTC markets are way out of date. What I am curious about is VFIN dumping restricted shares or just regular old common stock? I really want this 10-k to come out.
When someone issues warrants they can have access to more information than the public but are not subject to insider trading laws as long as they do not trade based off of non public information. Usually when warrants are issued the holders of warrants have to hold on to the shares for a year.
Do they even have the interwebs in Nigeria?
MM's starting to put in buy orders above the current price! Should be a good day.
Yeah I already learned that the hard way with other stocks not having an exit strategy.
Was that just for Share Structure changes or for absolutely anything? This just confuses me because they submitted the notification of late filing.
I agree with you to a certain point. Right not there is no reason why they should be returning value to the shareholders with a share repurchase plan. Their capital will be better invested elsewhere IMO. Also with a sudden increase in revenue and potential revenue volatility then the LOC will be helpful.
But I agree that the "2.4 million in the pipeline" is a over estimate. From what we saw with another company MusclePharm they started off with less than 2 million in revenue in the first year. I think that we may have up to 8 million in revenue this year at best. (I am just guessing, but based off of the LOC this seems like a good assumption) I think the 2.4 million was just a pump statement to boost stockholder confidence.
I am still new to the OTC exchange so I did not know were to find the most up to date information this helps.
The SEC filings are out of date, posted by Venture Cap is right. I was going off of Page 2 on their latest quarterly report.
Yeah its a pink but at least they had 88k in earnings last quarter and are profitable. May not be in the pinkies for long. Also someone finds this to be a decent company if they are willing to finance up to 2 million dollars when the market cap is less than 2.7 million. To me this seems like a great time to load up. Even more so if you are looking yo trade.
Ok thanks!
Where are y'all seeing the 700 Million, OTC and SEC are saying 600 Million?
"Ashford Finance will provide an initial revolving Line of Credit of $2 million dollars in purchase order financing, and provide additional financing for accounts receivable and transactional working capital. The Lines of Credit will allow Creative Edge to immediately increase its efficiency in processing purchase orders from its qualified distributors. Creative Edge has secured initial purchase orders for its Cenergy and SDN brand products in excess of $780,000 USD"
They already have purchase orders of $780,000 worth of purchase orders.
I think this is a good time to load up. Here is my reasoning. The 50 Moving Average has bottomed out. We are getting signals for an uptrend. Also the company just got a 2 million dollar financing contract when the market cap is less than 2.7 million. That means they obviously are seeing massive growth in this companies future. IMO this is a great time to load up. Also according the to T/A the A/S is still 600 million. Its possible they are issuing some Treasury Stock, or giving the company some collateral for the financing contract. But other than that I don't see any reason for the price manipulation. In the short term I see massive gains.
So you are saying this is a good time to load up on some cheapies?
They just received a 2 million financing contract and bill has a ton of shares, why would he do this to himself when he has the money?
Assault is the product I currently need to use up :)
Well we have already seen the PE ratio go up to 100 so I think that we could easily see that. In addition I like how they factored in 65 million shares in addition, just in case they need to dilute for additional capital. This is very common for a growing company and we should expect some. but if the PPS goes to above 10 cents a share when they do it. It looks like we will be seeing a big increase in cash flow and in the long run will be much better for us.
This is a very big deal. I just read the research report and I agree with everything stated in it. The main competitor IMO is Musclepharm (MSLP) and I have been following that company as well. Needless to say the FITX model is going to destroy them from a financial statement perspective. Has anyone tried the products offered by FITX? I am going to sample them when I need to re-supply in a few weeks.
Over the past couple of weeks there has been a lot of short selling. There has been no filing increasing the a/s so dilution is not possible. The only thing keeping this guy down was the millions of shares loaned out trying to cover below what they were bought at.
They have also been covering while shorting. They are pretty much turning fitx into a bank
Yeah it definitely looks like all the shares remaining in the short have been covered. Now maybe we can see some actual pps value. Right now trading at approximately 50 pe ratio.
Well it looks like we are down to about 3 million in naked shorts outstanding.
I think it is the makes short covering. We still had over 5 million of that guy outstanding going into today.
Looks like the Market Makers are trying to drive the price down. Maybe to help out that short? Hold strong people.
Yeah they are net profit with the new management. But they do have 25 million in rolled forward losses. So they will not be taxed on their next 25 million in profit.
This will be very good! $15 a bottle profit with 3000 bottles means $45000 increase in gross margin! That should be very good indeed.
I know I am it is wasted wednesday! But I am in college too.
Man there was just no buying interest today :(
I don't know where they are getting that number because that market cap is about 250mm. I don't think the company is worth that or will be worth that in 2 years. But it should now be trading at higher than what it is. The firm that published the report was paid over 6k to write it. So the data is probably right but the pps estimation is way off... IMO... this is not an accredited or licensed investment adviser. So we should keep that information in mind... The pps should be .06 after the upcoming event with a GNC deal IMO.
Oh ok, I am still new to this and don't really understand how margin buys/sells work lol
Yeah its .011
So this means that there were 6 million shares shorted on Friday? How long do they have to cover? This could be very good because if the trend stays bullish they will have to cover or loose a ton of money. Apparently they are trying to cover at .011 according to the article on finance.yahoo.com.
So I was looking at the ECDC cash flows and only 112k of the SGA were salaries and most the other cash expenses were for Selling and marketing expenses. Does anyone know if the "Joint Development and Marketing Agreement by and between the Company and Todd McLeod Software Corporation, dated July 17, 2012." from the 8-k in July is a recurring expense? Or should we see lower GSA expenses in the next filing?
