I doubt the shares traded today were free floating shares. I believe the company issued more shares and MM's were able to reel in newbies to buy. Lets see tomorrow once the O?S is updated, if they update it.

All day long during the buying, ASK kept getting replenished.

ASK just keeps replenishing. The day started with 125 million on the ASK and after 500 million shares traded, it is still at 54 million ASK.

Shares must be coming from the Treasury. Look at the Outstanding Shares update tomorrow. It will most likely increase given the total number of shares sold today.

Company is killing any chance of a rally by increasing O/S. Hope I am wrong!!!!

I guess the announcement on Tuesday was the SIGNIFICANT one..................and the markets didn't care!!!!!!!

What were you expecting. In March 2021, they were on twitter saying the company was no longer a going concern due to the lawsuit. It took two and a half years to resolve the lawsuit (with a boatload of shares as compensation). They have no business, no revenue..............and people are surprised the stock is stuck at 0.0001 trip one's.

I have 300 million just in case it flies for no reason...............which the stinky pinkies are starting to do again.............here's to luck.

There is no reason for it to move. The "SIGNIFICANT" announcement fell flat yesterday. It excited nobody!!!!

There was no change to Share Structure yesterday as per the OTC markets website update. Therefore yesterdays volume was non-dilutive. You are wrong and misleading. Post only accurate information please.

Relax. This is stinky pinky land. It's not management you should be upset at.....it's the MM's that play games with the stock and stock price. When they decide its time to let it run, they will. Until then, the management will look like degenerates, and then suddenly, they will be heroes to those that make money and scum to those that hate these degenerates.

As good a chance as any. They are putting effort into keeping it Pink Current and resolving lawsuits. You don't do that if you don't have plans for increasing "shareholder value" otherwise known as "pumping it" when the time is right.

I saw one about 2-3 years ago go from .0001 to .003 on billions of shares so there was lots of liquidity and it had a 40 billion share structure at the time. The run was solid and money was made. It is now a caveat emptor. It too had no business but moved on news and hype. Occasionally, we get to see these runs and if you are on board, its fun. (gncp)

It went from .0001 to .001 on friday on 1 billion volume and trading heavy again today.

I believe the plaintiff settled for billions of shares for 3 reasons:

1. FONU had no other way to pay

2. They were tipped off on an upcoming pump which could turn the settlement value into millions of dollars instead of 600k

3. The settled party(plaintiff) is likely an arm's length to FONU so the money becomes vertically integrated on payouts

I cannot see anything other than this reasoning

The 19k issue and the settlement are 2 separate issues.

19k is likely money Strickland advanced to pay to keep FONU current. I seem to recall he has done this in the past.

the settlement would reflect in many more shares, likely billions of shares.

Yup, Plaintiff settled for shares that if they are successful in selling, will be worth 3.05 times the value of the debt settlement.

Here it goes. At current market value of 0.0001, the debt works out to be about 6,000,000,000 (billion) shares.

This stock moves to .0004 and they have there $ 2.4 million recovery from sales.

Its simple, the plaintiff knows they will not recover there settlement amount from the companys cash (because there is none). There only hope is to recover through the share settlement and for that, they need a reward. The reward is a payoff that is nearly 300% greater than the settlement amount.

They will dump the shares into the market.

Everyone should have a read. No doubt something is up. No reason to settle the way they did unless the plaintiff saw upside potential. They didn't take Preferred shares (useless because FONU has nothing. Instead, they took shares, to recover their $, that can be dumped into the market when a run happens.

I believe this is the last cloud over their heads.

Now a pump can happen and this will run to copper.

Given the way OTC pinks are behaving, now would be a great time to speak.

A number of small runners in the past few months. OTC pink is heating up again.

That has been the pattern in the past. The last 3 days or so, it has stayed in the mid 100 millions with no ASK piling in the afternoon. It will likely pile again if movement is sensed.

It's not a joke.

Why would this company be trading at all? It has no sales and no plan for future business.

The markets are affording it what it merits......no interest.
