If that's the case then I agree with Razor.
Also, we should be expecting and AAR (After Action Report) update based upon the supposed recent July meeting with the US Air Force - be it positive or negative news.
In addition, we are all expecting some news within the next 60 days referencing Prototype #3, CSpace, and the 3D glasses free market, of which one of these three areas will hopefully increase the pps. If not, than this long time believer of 4+ years might be in question. GO 3DICON! IMO/EOM
This is like the 3rd or 4th year we keep hearing about good news for OCT.
Hopefully the USAF and or Boeing.
It's very significant to see over 1M shares of TDCP traded daily lately. The light at the end tunnel is quickly (relatively speaking) approaching in a positive aspect for us longtimers and believers. IMO
I concur. I would hope, like, and expect to see .25cents p/s know later than 15 OCT, and at least $1 by the end of the year, or a pending a forward split...by Dec 31st becasue I think TDCP will take off upon positive results of prototype 3, and hopefully the possible (I'm confident) Air Force funding. Of course all IMO.
Roger that. You know the deal.
Any estimates?
I'm missing something here. How can they be so similar TM vs R is misleading to some as it looks almost the same. (Upper case 'S' vs lower case 's' IMO

Theoretical analysis with Zemax allowed selection of appropriate lens size, spacing, and focal length, and identified the need for tilting the assembly to produce the desired beam properties. Experimental analysis using the CSpace® prototype showed that the improved beam parameters allowed for higher resolution and brighter images than those previously achieved, though their remains room for further improvement of the design.

This technology (the internal scientific process & CSpace) is so 'close hold' which is probably the reason you/we can't find much info. As you know the Dept of Defense and military technology are usually 15-25 years ahead of public knowledge. The Air Force might have already appropriated funds for this advanced 3D technology. We don't know.
Yes, I believe that this 2 cent stock will makes us thousands with or without splits...IMO, however, six digit figures will depend on the results of the outcome to include global supply and demand without US government/military restricitions. IMO

WOW!! Thanks for the correction and update. Thanks again.
I just saw it on the 3Dicon homepage under 'Investors' http://ir.stockpr.com/3dicon2/
Also the Fidelity Investments homepage showed the same number of O/S.
Also for those I have NEVER in the past 4 years had a problem purchasing TDCP through Fidelity. However after the R/S I did have to call them and they increased my purchase limit to 1M shares.
TDCP Outstanding: 64,673,248 Float: 129,306,160
Definition of 'Float'
1. The total number of shares publicly owned and available for trading. The float is calculated by subtracting restricted shares from outstanding shares.
For example, a company may have 10 million outstanding shares, but only seven million are trading on the stock market. Therefore, this company's float would be seven million. Stocks with smaller floats tend to be more volatile than those with larger floats
Yes maybe, and daily volume has increased frequently into the millions (good) and 3Dicon "market capitalization" has decreased this month alone from $1.44 million to $1.26 million in just the past 3 weeks which explains the decrease in numbers of "outstanding shares"
Definition of 'Market Capitalization'
The total dollar market value of all of a company's outstanding shares. Market capitalization is calculated by multiplying a company's shares outstanding by the current market price of one share. The investment community uses this figure to determine a company's size, as opposed to sales or total asset figures.
Frequently referred to as "market cap."

Upon good news (which will happen IMHO) would we see our shares forward split at around the $1 mark? I mean there are many of us that have 10's of thousands of shares....big money if it were to go to 1$ or more per share.....whats the likely hood of another reverse split or forward split when this stock TDCP goes BOOM and skyrockets upward?!!
I found the OCAST video interesting. http://www.ok.gov/ocast/
3Dicon did acquire Dimension Technologies...correct?

NASA Selects DTI for Phase I “Glasses Free” 3D Cockpit Display Contract
DITTO!
Remember the GEO spatial aspect of TDCP? Being able to capture 3D images within the landscape of mountains and underground? Believe this is wrenching up the course of action needed for TDCP to produce this capability - especially usefull for satellite imagery referencing nK and their possible underground Nuk testing.
Agree...It happend to me and all my other Soldiers stationed here in South Korea who have been investing in TDCP since NOV 2010 (2 yrs) pre reverse split....Cumulative as a group we have lossed over $25,000.00 Snookered is RIGHT! I know things take years..but no prototype....and c'mon...TDCP has been around for years prior to us investing..TY3...maybe he was right all along!....
I have been in since October 2010. Lost 90% of my investment so far, and you wonder why we don't even hear cricketes, chirps? Nothing!
Hoo-ah!!!! This is a "flash-to-bang"! For those who didn't know it, 3DIcon, already had ties/personel affiliated with NASA.
Share dilution scam happens when a company, typically traded in unregulated markets such as the OTC Bulletin Board and the Pink Sheets, repeatedly issues a massive amount of shares into the market (using follow-on offerings) for no particular reason, considerably devaluing share prices until they become almost worthless, causing huge losses to shareholders. Then, after share prices are at or near the minimum price a stock can trade and the share float has increased to an unsustainable level, those fraudulent companies tend to reverse split and continue repeating the same scheme. Does this sound familiar to you?
Much of what 3DIcon does, and is currently creating/producing is of (IMO) classified technology at the TS SCI governmental level if not higher at the Sandia laboritories in New Mexico. Be patient. If you're a believer you will understand. Be excited that you're a part of the future safeguarding of national security and technology. End of story. IMO.
What's the status of 3DIcon's affiliation with ARIA INTERNATIONAL HOLDINGS INC and ARAH's current status?
I'll give it about 100 more days for some big news - til 1 October, before I seriously think of bailing out.
So, I guess that $1+ is achievable in the not so far distant future, unlike $10+ which now seems as if it's in the distant future...1-2 years away? (Bummer) Was hoping to see $10+ by no later than the September/October timeframe. I'll keep the faith.
Either being aquired by 3DIcon (would not be Phillips) or forming a technology or marketing partnership(could be Phillips). Not everyone would fit in to both of those catagories. We have to remember the Downstream companies we have talked to well ,where do they fit ,aqusition or technology or marketing partnership?
Philips and Digital Dolby are historically on the leading edge of tech development. Philips has the infrastructure to help bring Cspace out of the lab and into the marketplace. Therefore, it seems to me that a partnership with Philips would be a great fit for Cspace market commercilization.
I believe we will be reading about an acquisition soon as well. A 3D company in the US would be a natural choice to acquire, in order to facilitate better over sight by TDCP leadershhip. Although, a foreign company with offices in the US could also fit the bill. It certainly appears TDCP is on the cusp of a new era in display technology especially in the medical arena.
But most important he stated NEAR TERM REVENUE WAS THE GOAL AND IF MARK BELIEVES WE CAN HAVE NEAR TERM REVENUE AND THATS THE GOAL AND HE SEEMS GOOD AT ACCOMPLISHING OUR GOALS THEN A DEAL MUST BE NEAR. IMO
Im thinking possiblly a "strategic partnership" with Phillips not an acquisition of them. Perhaps an acquisition of a smaller private company in addition. IMO
A merger occurs when a company finds a benefit in combining business operations with another company, in a way that will contribute to increased shareholder value. It is similar in many ways to an acquisition, which is why the two actions are so often grouped together as mergers and acquisitions (M&As).
In theory, a merger of equals is where two companies convert their respective stocks to those of the new, combined company. However, in practice, two companies will generally make an agreement for one company to buy the other company's common stock from the shareholders in exchange for its own common stock. In some rarer cases, cash or some other form of payment is used to facilitate the transaction of equity. Usually the most common arrangements are stock-for-stock. While the two processes are similar, don't confuse mergers with acquisitions. While in many cases the distinction between the two may be corporate politics and semantics, there are a lot of blue chips that make quite a few acquisitions while maintaining relatively low volatility. As a general rule of thumb, if the corporate leadership of the company in which you own a stake doesn't change much, it is probably an acquisition. However, if your company experiences significant restructuring, we're looking more along the lines of a merger.
Understanding the Buyout Circumstances
The circumstances of a buyout can also be very important. The investor should get to know the nature of the merger, key information concerning the other company involved, the types of benefits that shareholders are receiving, which company is in control of the deal and any other relevant financial and non-financial considerations.
While it may seem counterintuitive, owning the company that's being bought out can be a real windfall for investors. That's because if the company being bought has shown respectable performance and has good prospects for the future, a certain amount of goodwill may be involved.Goodwill usually accounts for intangible assets, though if those assets weren't factored into the stock price when you purchased your shares of the company being bought, you can end up on top. Goodwill is a source of confusion for a lot of people, but essentially what it amounts to is the amount of money a company pays over the book value of another company to purchase it. And let's not forget that because intangible assets aren't always easily valued, you can expect that a certain phantom percentage of most companies that have goodwill on their balance sheets may be overvalued. While that's not a good deal for the guy who owns a few shares of the purchasing company, if you own the company being bought, this can be another win for you.
Importance and Consideration Regarding Your Vote
Keep in mind that a company's decision to merge with another company is not necessarily set in stone. If you're a shareholder in the company, the decision about whether to merge with another company is partially yours. The typical voting scenario for a publicly-held company will usually end with a shareholder vote on the issue of the merger. If your analysis and consideration tells you that a merger is a step in the wrong direction or if it tells you that it might be a great financial opportunity, voting with your shares is the best way to exercise your power over the decision-making process. In someones opinion> ISO.

PS. These ar ethe same ole emails we always get. But I hope/feel it's TDCP...That's all..
That's EXACTLY the email/site I was referring to!! Thanks.
Oh & btw the email DID said Sunday. (Not Monday)
Hope for. Thats all to be honest. Why? My gut feels it, and I also received one of those penny stock emails that says something to the effect of "watch for this particular stock"...those emails that we always see.....but this email seemed VERY similar to TDCP at the moment...that's all. I'm being up front and honest. (Hope I'm right though as I'm sitting here at the local VFW canteen in South Korea on a Saturday night at about 2130 hrs having a JB & coke). And according to the Asian birth year zodiac, this is the year of the "Tiger", ( which means power & good /fortune & luck) and that I am, and I'm here in Asia at the moment. (I'm born in 1962)
Anyway, looking forward to next week Sun-Fri for some positive pr news. But again, my gut feeling thinks there will be some good news this week, and it's in the general time frame. Don't wan't to mislead anyone...But I feel it. IMO.
Sunday. (Watch for the news IMO.)
Roger that. I got it. Will inform. Agree, their loss.
If within the next 45 days we see a solid PR eluding towards the technological advancement in the medical industry, along with the current 3D glasses free innovation, I can see/visualize the pps skyrocketing to $3-$5. When someone big comes on board after that, say in Aug or Sep, see it climbing near $10+ and continue climbing. JMO
