no...wrong logic...
they have not applied for an IND, so there cannot be an approval or rejection for that matter...your statement reflects that there will not be an approval in the future...that statement is too definite.
sorry, lack of sleep does it to me...
holy,
he might have been....but I am just saying that he might not be now.....as we age, we aren't the same....
that is why we take drivers licenses away and such...
I agree
everyone has covered them...no money, malcolm, no flow of information, no building,
to me, the only positive is that CYGX will be concentrating on bringing their own product to market...but IMO that will only happen when they take care of the first 3 topics above...
so, no reason to post his picture here..again, for the umpteenth time...this was covered ad infinitum when truthhurts first got here...and it has no influence on what the company is currently doing ...so please don't waste time posting it again...when there are sooo many other negative current predicaments that you could spend your time on....
HAHAHA,
I would much rather the price be $7.00
Thank you but that was not the question...what is the sword psycho doing currently with CYGX?
Hey Arnold,
what is his association with the company now?
TIA
gap up this AM....
must be the st. patty's day beer....
there seems to be no $$$$$ associated with this deal...
now someone explain to me why we are sub-dime?
man, is this stock moving or what? I am just going to put it in my back pocket and forget about it....maybe I will be surprised in a couple years time, but for now, just disgusted...
Hey, the train is leaving the station....
it must be the post-cutoff American Idol blues.....
keep arguing guys...up 25% today
hey, I just went to www.keepeminthedarkMS.com
and there is no such website....bummer
congrats Arnold...looks like you doubled your money...
now, I hope it grows exponentially
one point and question...
Paulness has not been here for the past 2 days...maybe he is the one who sold his shares?
Have a great weekend all...
I agree...that is why I said without a PR detailing $$$$$$$$$$$$ I am not too happy right now...
and the counter is true as well..if there is no PR regarding good news, doesn't mean it is not there..all circumstantial facts point to good news (building etc) but the complete lack of important information forthcoming from the company is the biggest problem....
honest question.....
how much will the price jump if a PR came out that a VC firm just gave CYGX $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$, and lots of it....
please, no responses like "why on earth would they do that? They don't throw money away etc....."
TIA
9 cents a share... oh joyous day...imaging the opportunity to "load-up" at these prices....
then again, I feel like the only thing that is going to get loaded is me..if we stay at these levels...
still at 12...same ole same ole
IMO, the only thing that will make this take off again is $$$$$
um, I really don't promote..or bash...I exist...kind of boring
CytoGenix Announces Notice of Allowance in Australia for Single Stranded DNA Expression Vector Patent
Tuesday January 15, 12:31 pm ET
HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--CytoGenix, Inc. (OTCBB:CYGX) announced today it has received a notice of allowance for a patent on its original single stranded DNA expression plasmid vectors in Australia. The patent, entitled “Production of ssDNA in vivo,” claims both compositions and methods for using the single stranded DNA expression vectors. The subject matter includes several variations of the expression vector system for inducing cells to produce specifically designed single strands of DNA which may be used in antisense, aptamer, triplex or DNA enzyme applications. The claimed system provides a more advanced and flexible approach for using the Company’s proprietary ssDNA expression system.

“The award of this allowance provides further validation of CytoGenix technology and improves the Company’s ability to secure strategic partners that can assist in commercialization of CytoGenix products using this ssDNA expression system,” stated Malcolm Skolnick, CytoGenix President and Chief Executive Officer.
Dr. Yin Chen, Chief Scientific Officer and co-inventor of the technology, comments, "This is a significant step forward for CytoGenix because the technology has broad application in potential therapeutics and high-throughput drug screening.”
CytoGenix, Inc. is a Houston-based biopharmaceutical company pioneering the new field of gene based medicine and is focused on developing innovative vaccines and therapeutic products using its three proprietary technology platforms: synDNATM enzymatic, non-bacterial production methodology, single stranded DNA (ssDNA) expression, and oligonucleotide based anti-bacterial technologies. CytoGenix currently holds 13 granted patents, 2 allowances, and 55 additional international or US patent applications claiming methods and materials in connection with these platform technologies.

CytoGenix Announces Notice of Allowance in the U.S. for Herpes Patent
Tuesday January 8, 8:30 am ET
HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--CytoGenix, Inc. (OTCBB:CYGX - News) announced today it has received a Notice of Allowance for a patent on its Herpes composition from the United States Patent and Trademark Office. The allowed patent entitled, “Treatment of HSV-Related Pathologies Using ssDNA,” claims both the composition of matter utilizing the Company’s single stranded DNA (ssDNA) expression vector technology and methods of treatment utilizing the therapeutic compound.
While most pharmacological agents are employed to chemically signal cells to interrupt, reduce production or bind and regulate specific disease-causing proteins, this application of Cytogenix’s novel ssDNA technology directs infected cell(s) to make a short nucleic acid sequence that specifically targets and impedes the activity of a Herpes virus protein needed for viral reproduction. The specificity of this application reduces the possibility of side effects and/or long-term effects and is a more direct approach to targeting the origin of disease rather than merely treating symptoms.
“Allowance of this patent is an important element in our efforts to commercialize our Herpes therapeutic product. With this milestone accomplished, the Company is concentrating its efforts to complete required testing necessary to meet FDA regulations for an Investigational New Drug (“IND”) application leading to clinical trials of its anti-Herpes Simplivir™ product candidate. The Company’s decision to change its process from one using bacteria-based DNA production to its cell-free synDNA™ manufacturing technology has necessitated the process of resubmitting an IND for its Herpes therapeutic product. With necessary funding, the Company will move as quickly as possible towards the completion of this process”, stated Malcolm Skolnick, CytoGenix President and Chief Executive Officer. “We remain confident that our Simplivir product will receive an IND that will allow us to proceed with clinical trials and ultimately to commercialization of this therapeutic.”
Dr. Cindee Ewell, CytoGenix patent counsel, indicated, “Grant of this patent in the United States provides a major step forward in validating the use of our ssDNA expression technology in DNA-based therapeutics and should provide support for allowance of other Company patent applications utilizing similar technology.”

I did sell at 1.25, enough to buy a house...at least half of it...
if I were smart, I would have sold the rest at 1.54.....
but, then again.... maybe I will...in time...
i am sure everyone wanted to post that we are up 25%...so I figured I would...
I know, I know, down from 1.54.....but if people complain about the 2 cent drop in one day, the least they cold do is celebrate the 3 cent rise....
now if it were only dollars we were talking about, that would make it a very happy new year....
i prefer "the Matrix", moreso...once they woke up from the dream, the world was theirs....took some fighting, but they lived
hey we are up 16% today....Awesome...
percy, your message was never attacked by me, it was the way you delivered it that soured many people here...
Happy New Year
