Or they don't know about it. Funny how that .125 and i'm out scenario didn't pan out and yet there was plenty of opportunity to sell out in the .40-.45 range. Just sell already since ELTP isn't for you. Here's a great idea...put the money in a CD!
EPIC not selling as many shares as it can by law according to NH.
Partnership to get the complete line done all at once and not one drug at a time. Exciting times man!!!
Dang they are already "initiating" so many studies. PARTNERSHIPS!
To the point! Obviously a great pickup by ELTP and Hakim.
Just sell your shares for crying out loud.
Someone was at my door...$2.10 is management's belief in ELTP's true value today? WOW!!!!
A partnership should yield us a much higher PPS than .75 imo. Looking at PTIE sitting at $5.03 with no products and only a partnership with PFE is very hopefully. Sure one can argue that they don't have the share count that ELTP has but with their generic pipeline, launched and about to be launched, it is figured in the price. If PFE decides to abandon Remoxy, PTIE has nothing to fall back on. At least ELTP is growing significantly just off their current products minus their ART.
Anything is possible! Only a nickel away. Nice to see us trading/closing in pennies instead of sub-penny. Next level we will all be glad we're closing in double digits.
Should see a nice bump before the CC.
Personally I don't want to see us bought out. I want to see one drug launched utilizing their ART and the PPS will skyrocket.
With one drug? I wouldn't sell out for less than $10+ because once you have one drug the others will be easier to get approved. Once the FDA/DEA see's the benefits of ELTP ART they will want to push ELTP's ART.
Also keep in mind, this is a long shot, that Medicare/Medicaid and insurance companies could mandate that all pain prescription drugs will only be approved if it carries ELTP's ART. What kind of PPS could you see at that point? Working for one of the largest insurance companies in the country I could see us mandating ELTP's ART.
They can go to a Nasdaq listing without the R/S with one ART drug. NH and the rest of management is looking to do a complete line of ART drugs. 507M shares is nothing when you have the revenues to back up that share count. Look at PFE with over 6.5B shares and they are sitting fine. You still have to meet revenue requirements and positive cash flow to be listed. A R/S doesn't automatically put you in the Nasdaq exchange.
I totally agree and I believe ELTP management understands what a R/S can do to an OTC stock hence there won't be a R/S. Everyone loses including the CEO and EPIC who own a ton of ELTP shares.
An overwhelming majority of R/S in OTC stocks have been the death of the stock. With revenues growing double digits each quarter, and the first ART product to launch at the end of 2015, a R/S isn't warranted.
Agreed! glad i didn't sell any of my shares. Nothing has changed including the ART. I suspect we will close green today in anticipation of the upcoming quarterly and CC. Can't wait.

So if they didn't have the funds to pay the full $10M within the year he had the option to convert or wait till 2016? If that's the case I'd take the shares too if I knew what was coming! Shows complete faith in the company and it's ART.
Personally I would of rather seen the company pay back the $10M over a 3 year period than issue preferred shares/common shares at a premium. No one knows how much the 13 ANDA's are really worth and are all 13 going to hit the market or do they plan on keeping the top products and selling off the rest? The good news is the costs for the 13 ANDA's is only what is owed to NH. All other costs, manufacturing, distribution, advertising, ect is on EPIC. At this point in the game we can only trust the leadership of ELTP and EPIC and that this was a solid deal to all parties involved including increasing shareholder value.
Very good point on the shares traded so far this morning. A mad rush to the exit door would of seen a much higher volume. So far the 8k has proven to be nothing more than what was already planned. The market isn't stupid and the opinions over the weekend about a doom and gloom scenario has been overhyped. I for one am glad I didn't place a sell order.
The fact that this is an actual market analysis without ELTP paying for it speaks volumes. No compensation in dollar value or shares of the stock were given.
That is what I was trying to get at yesterday.
I hope you are right.
Was he not just awarded 142m shares for only $10m? Why not put a restriction of 3 years to convert and at the current PPS? His 13 ANDA haven't earned a penny for the company just yet.
Ya and I would be equally mad if the PPS goes back down to .07. Right now all we have is the 8k while everything else is pure speculation. We will all know who is right at the opening bell Monday morning. I pray lasers, couch, and everyone else is right and this is not a big deal.
I hope come Monday all the longs preaching everything is ok and that this is a good thing are still holding all their shares. I'd hate to see them pumping while selling like another member of this board.
That is irrelevant! Do you think Mikah paid for the development of those drugs or did they buy them from another manufacturer? My bet would be the latter. The problem is now overpaying for those drugs via dilution to shareholders. Why not just pay $10m like proposed? With the current drugs gaining marketshare and the ART drugs moving towards approval $10m will be a drop in the bucket in 3 years.
NH is making out with this deal. I've been a long term holder and have bought shares since the first run up to .26 and my ave. is finally at .10. Why didn't ELTP just pay the $10M that is owed to NH within the 3 yrs? Their original plan was to eliminate all preferred shares and claimed they were toxic at one point. Are those 13 ANDA's worth $42M/142M Shares in today's dollars? How many of those ANDA are actually going to hit the market and how many can they actually sell to recover those shares that were just promised? On the surface this looks like a huge payoff to NH and JT at the expense of us shareholders. As someone has pointed out the saving grace is EPICS involvement and how they had to approve this deal which they would not have done if it was detrimental to their bottom line. Monday is going to be very interesting to say the least. I hope many are going to call in and ask questions in the next CC. GLTUA!
I hope you are wrong but you have never strayed from the truth and have been so positive in every post except your last.
No you and I both. I'm also wondering why this wasn't released during the trading day but after hours. I hope Monday we have a strong positive PR.
How is the market going to interpret and react come the opening bell Monday morning? There is a lot of speculation on merges and acquisitions but that's not what drives the PPS up. If the market sees this as major dilution then expect to see a huge drop in price unless this 8k is followed up with a block buster PR.
Was hoping to put a down payment on a new home in 90 days but this might cause me to hold off on those plans.
The last 15 mins could see a big surge due to that fact!
Not IF but WHEN! After the first launch all other forms of opiates will utilize ELTP's ART which will then yield some unbelievable gains.
Don't be left without shares because ELTP has put out news on a Friday. Would be perfect to digest before the weekend and before the release of the financials. To many good things in the works that many of our DD Kings have posted.
So did the sell at .125, actually that was more of a promise, and to never look back even taking a loss.
You're missing his point. Seems like the old doom and gloom ever since the high of .375 and we are both saying get out now which is still more than double what you promised to sell at of .125.
You still have an opportunity to sell at .26+ which is double from the last promise of .125. Sell now and you won't ever have to worry about the fluctuations in price.
Agreed. The lack of news or any update to shareholders will also keep people from buying the stock.
If ELTP can get one drug utilizing their ART I don't want to see a buyout period. The first drug is always the hardest to get approved but once it is proven that their ART works the other drugs won't be so difficult imo. A complete line of opiates using their ART will cause the PPS to increase dramatically. With only 507M O/S and $4M in debt there is no telling where the PPS will go when ELTP is part of the $20+ billion pain pill business. That sector is expected to grow as each year passes especially when the baby boomers get older.
Do you have a link from any independent analyst that states ELTP isn't entitled to share in the multi-billion dollar opioid market with a similar drug or a distinct drug that even the USPTO claims to be unique hence the patents?
