Should be interesting...It almost seems that when things like this happen encore fashion, traders get somewhat immune. Especially since the pump should be over long before it affects the company. The newbs, which are necessary for the continued pps increas, are the ones who will scare off.

I think if your browser is sending a flag to admin, you would know by now.
I honestly don't know what is happening, I don't refresh, per se, but, hit favorites, and then the number of unread messages shows on each board, I then click on that number. When finished, I always mark the last one so the counter starts anew for the next time I want to read the board, then I don't have to guess where I started off. I think most peeps probably do this.

I guess my feelings were hurt....who wants to be thought of that they have nothing better to do than hit the board 15,000 times in one day to try to make their favorite board more popular. Geez, and I thought I was one of the cool kids.

I still do not understand how I can be reading the messages differently from any other user. It appears, from the information I received, that the "next 100" button which I used when I switched from the default, somehow triggered an unusual count, or whatever term you want to call it,. . meaning that every time I refreshed it was counted as 100 reads.

Regardless of what the problem is, I was not manipulating the reads on the boards, and the computer issue was not caused by me. Perhaps I am unique.

I have been an honest member of Ihub since 2010, and although we may see this problem from different viewpoints, I believe I was unjustly accused of something I did not do, and was accused of doing it more than once.

I do appreciate it that I can now switch the feature back to "next 100" and that my reads are disabled. Thank you.

You go to settings. There is a list of options. One should say something like number of board reads and to the side a drop down menu. 10..20..50..100

I had 1oo bc it's easier to read and not have to click " next " all the time
