hey Moon, you got that right, weve been patiently waiting for our time. Last three weeks weve seen double the hits on the ask than on the bid, with the action in the last couople of days it seems that some info got leaked, we finally got some movement yesterday and broke us out of that 2 month descending channel. thsi could be the spark it needs to rally leading it up to some type of monumental news. shes looking great! good to see you around. GLTA
yeah man, this is one of those rare gems. Been in and out of it since 2006.
yeah it finally broke out of that channel after over two months, something is definitely in the works. The merger with Tac-air should be announced soon, and there are government contracts that are in the works that may be announced soon as well
here is some more super tucano news out yesterday, more countries are adding this plane to their arsenal. GLTA

You got that right GWIZ!

Some huge hits today, soemthing definitely got leaked, and people are buying hand over fist. But the good news today is that we finally broke out of the downward channel since May. Click on my chart link below, youll see the break on huge volume, this is what you want to see guys, this could be the start of a rally, next stop is to clear the .0026 - .0028 range and close above it, this is the 200 & 50 day moving averages, slow and steady guys, our time will come. Nice work GWIZ, yeah, so far all of it has hit the ASK. this silence is deafening, something big is building up, ready for a breakout

hey guys, combing thru the last filing for the A/S increase (which we have uncovered that is neccesary for the merger)i noticed these comments below. Normally, these types of issues are put to vote and all shareholders are mailed a proxy to vote. None of us received anything to vote on this issue, it states that 57% of the shareholders voted for this to go thru. If we (the common shareholder) did not need to vote because they already had a majority, then that means that this 57% came from tadf execs, tacair execs, cornicopia, insiders, etc, or any combination thereof. If we apply this 57% to the current O/S, that means that a combination of these insiders own 1,728,309,696 shares. This is a pretty significant given the fact that we know that post merger owners of more than 1% are locked out for a year. what do guys think. GLTA
As of June 22, 2011, the majority stockholders who voted for the Corporate Action held an aggregate of shares of the Company’s outstanding stock being equal to 57.65% of the number of then outstanding available votes. As of the Record Date, there were 2,997,935,294 shares of Common Stock issued and outstanding.
yeah best, i saw that. idk, i could be someone messing around or it could be MMs sending codes to each other fishing for shares. There was a document being tossed around the board several months ago listing some of these so called MM codes. who knows, what i do know is that days prior to the 1st leg up and the 2nd leg up, we all commented on these small transactions, and sure enough on both occasions we had a significant run.
GLTA
here is a list of all companies that did business with the Department of Defense in 2010; it was just released in June. Do a search for tactical air support. theyve been on this list for several years now. Tac-air does business with the DoD, navy, airforce. Its only a matter of time fellas. GLTA

You got it Dollar, but apparently you ar enot the only one that knows that this merger is done ;) past two weeks we have seen ALOT more hits on the ASk than on the bid, no one is letting go of their shares. And how can you? this gem gonna make many people happy
GLTA
hey Kim, the reason i brought it up was because at the very same instant that your trade went thru @ 11:53:10 AM, there were over 1.5M shares that went thru at the BID. Since you were able to buy your shares at the BID price, im wondering if the rest of those shares that hit at the same exact time as your trade, also were purchases at the BID. Anyway, good for you, got some 20's. Since June 24th, there have been about 49M shares hit the ASK and 25M shares hit the BID. if this inbalance continues it will take a toll on the pps, MMs will be forced to raise the bid/ask
GLTA
Hey kimrob, your buy order just got filled at the BID price
good stuff M T, nice to see you back on the board
GLTA
hey Brad, but remember Tac-air's ownership of the company is going to be roughly 2.5B shares, per the 8-K released in Dec. There is a 1 year lockout of all tadf and tac-air shareholders owning more than 1% of the post merger outstanding shares. So. in otherwords, any individual owning more than 55M+ shares will be locked out from selling any shares for a one year period. That means Korybut and all the TAc-air execs will have to hold on to their shares for a period of a year without selling a single one. Since my initial investment in 2006, TADF has never done a RS, they have however, repurchased shares a few times. But, you are right, the only way a RS makes sense if its done to get us in the Nasdaq or AMEX. but, i wouldnt be surprised if they initiate another share repurchase program sometime down the line.
GLTA
been here since 2006, not going anywhere
hey AFBIC, and to all the other new members to the board, here is the post that sheds a little light on the numbers; what tac-air will own and what tadf will own. GLTA

yeah Rage, we saw the same type of action yesterday. 5million shares slapped the ASK, and only 800k shares hit the BID.
GLTA
hey Rage, yeah, if a get a hold of him ill ask him. The last we heard of the super tucano was May 25. they were using some of the Cornucopia funding to maintain and prepare the super t for a contract.
CARSON CITY, Nev., May 25, 2011 (GlobeNewswire via COMTEX) -- Tactical Air Defense Services, Inc. (OTCQB:TADF), an Aerospace/Defense Services contractor that offers tactical aviation services, aerial refueling, aircraft maintenance, and other Aerospace/Defense services to the United States and Foreign militaries and agencies, is pleased to announce that it is has received the second $200,000 of the recently announced $1,000,000 financing commitment from Cornucopia, Ltd.
TADF intends to use proceeds from the $200,000 to prepare for contract the Super Tucano military aircraft that it recently leased and intends to operate through a services agreement with its pending merger partner, Tactical Air Support Services, Inc. ("Tac-Air"), as well as for other general business purposes. TADF believes, but cannot guarantee, that the Super Tucano shall be operating in support of a tactical aviation contract within 60 days and shall generate revenues of between $2 million to $3 million per year for TADF and Tac-Air.
yeah hhi3, i added a bit yesterday too. I'll probably get one more decent sized load before the end of this month
hey BK, i would guess that anytime after the a/s increase goes into effect
hey capton, the December 8-K states that Tac-air will receive a little over 25M series A preferred shares. Each one is equivalent to 100 common shares. So tac-air's 45.75% ownwership share rougly equates to 2.5B shares.
now, now wolf, why the harsh words for GLER? 360million over 3 years sounds great to me. Low float, and #1 on breakout board yesterday, recipe for success. keep up the good work buddy ;)
so basically with a little simple math we arrive at the post merger o/s, the tac-air share (45.75%) and the tadf shares (54.25%).
I have say this is pretty significant, that we arrive at the exact amount of the current O/S, by calculating the post merger o/s and subtracting the tac-air shares. Its just mathematical proof that the merger is done guys.
Although, we really didnt need mathematical proof; we've known the merger was done for several months now ;)
GLTA
Ok guys, this is what we know about the merger so far. These are excerpts from the December 8-K, detailing the merger agreement, and the 10-K released this past May.(sorry for the long post, please read all the way to bottom)
Pursuant to the terms of the LOI and subject to further negotiation, the Company agreed to acquire 100% of the equity interest of TAS such that following the transaction, TAS would become a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. In exchange, the existing shareholders of TAS would be issued 45.75% of post-transaction issued and outstanding shares of the Company’s common stock. On December 10, 2010, the Company, its wholly owned subsidiary TAS Acquisition Corporation, a Nevada corporation (“TAS Sub”), and TAS entered into an Agreement and Plan of Merger (the “Merger Agreement”). Pursuant to the terms of the Merger Agreement, TAS will exchange 100% of their equity interest with TAS Sub in exchange for 25,197,795 shares of the Company’s Series A Preferred Stock (the “Preferred Shares”). The Preferred Shares are to be designated with the Nevada Secretary of State prior to the closing of the Merger Agreement, are convertible into a total of 2,519,779,500 shares of the Company’s common stock, par value $0.001 (the “Common Stock”) and maintain voting rights equal to the number of shares of Common Stock convertible thereunder.
3.2 Capitalization . The authorized capital stock of the Parent consists of (a) 3,000,000,000 shares of common stock, par value $0.001 (the “ Parent Common Stock ”), of which 2,987,935,294 shares were issued and outstanding as of the date of this Agreement
which 2,987,935,294 shares were issued and outstanding as of the date of this Agreement (this is from Dec 8-K)
2,987,935,294 common shares outstanding, $0.001 par value, as of May 9, 2011 (this is from 10-K released this past may)
yeah Gwiz, looking good, people will soon realize the value of this company. The value of tac-air, Gen. Fogleman, the tac-air execs, the tac-air revs, the tac-air current contracts, the acquisition of the emb-314, the pending acquisition of the fleet of fighter jets, etc, etc, etc. This deal, and the individuals involved give tadf great credibility. All these factors will not go unnoticed for much longer. Everything is almost in place to get this merger done; financing, joint ventures, quotes from both ceo's, increase in a/s, its all pretty much there. As soon as we get some closure on this merger, we should see a substantial rise in pps.
GLTA
hey Gwiz, yeah, ive been hitting the ask with small to mid-sized blocks 2-3 times a week for the past month and a half. I'll have one more significant purchase this week or next.
GLTA
yeah moon, there are about 7 million shares sitting on the bid from .0016 - .0019, waiting in line to get in
nice super tucano article out this morning:
