if you want 38 bucks AND sandra b. You might want to think about investing in a younger actress....
unless demi moore keeps looking better and better...
We did just take out 32 percent of our competition and according to that response from CCEL...they dont like it.
You guys are doing some good work. I appreciate you talking aloud about it in a constructive way.

That was an awesome thought. Way to be on it. Thanks
Pharmastem - In March 2004, Cord entered into a Patent License Agreement with the holder of patents utilized in the collection, processing, and storage of
umbilical cord blood to settle litigation against Cord for alleged patent infringements. The Patent License Agreement calls for royalties of 15% of processing

from a 10-Q
Someone posted this already but it was a bash. If we read the last line it clearly states that we were losing 15%.
Now we are gaining 15%
Why is .004 so strong?
What is significant about this number?
Does it reflect the value?
Does it reflect an opportunity?
Does it go down?
point zero zero four, why are you so strong?
Dont be an information holder. It would help to post the answer for everyone.
Venting here is great.
Posting answers to someones question when you know the answer is even better.
Im only saying....really...
reverse split a few months ago. Anyone who still has it is underwater.
What is roachita doing here.....that means that well retreat back to before the pop as soon as she leaves.
I cant wait.
Pakistan?? I almost drove into saudi arabia once...They didnt say anything about stem cells though. I turned around.
matt getting on the sec books consistantly without missing a beat quarter after quarter is what tells me that he has made that a priority.
Where does the 2% come from. You think maybe more sooner than later?
Leveraged Recapitalization.
That is what I think is being planned preceeding our upgrade to the AMEX.
over time of course. =o)
just think. if we hit 10 cents we can almost make back some of our money.
Just going out on a limb here....
The best poker players I see dont wear funky shades or hats or earbuds. They watch every player at the table react to everything and take note. They dont hide their emotions behind all that jazz. They know to keep a poker face.
The person you just described has no poker face.
I dont know if matt is a poker player though...just saying. Thats no different than you not liking anything ive had to say.
No no no I didnt mean that directed at you.
Its an expression. I suppose expressions dont work well online. Or on text messages for that matter. Thats another topic.

A must read about the mexican economy and our relations with them.
Its much easier to get cheap healthcare in mexico.
For anyone that thinks mexico isnt going to mean anything.
Think future medicine. Think of several years from now. Mexico is going to great.
Mexico is great for us. US relations with mexico is going to change rapidly.
How many government publications cater to spanish speaking people?
How much do american corporations cater to spanish speaking associates?
Dude if you cant see the future of america youve not been watching over the last decade.
Remember bushs transcontinental highway plans? That highway is supposed to connect mexico with canada and run right through the US.
Securing our borders isnt working and thats an old argument. Were going to start seeing some heavy duty diplomacy regarding our business with mexico.
Just saying. Open for comments
I have a DD challange for everyone.

This is one example of how we can "re-cap" without the notorius rs.
A leveraged recapitalization.
Do we have any finance players in the house?
That girl needs to stop writing articles. She stinks for us. Takes a perfectly good PR and repeats it with writers bias.
Get that crap out of my face.
Wanted to make a correction.
I should have said the New York Stock Exchange instead of the Nasdaq.
Here is a link to the AMEX listing rules chart for chart people.

Dont speak so fast on it pitt...
I have been following a couple biotechs very closely and have learned alot about the industry.
Big Pharma is very very deep in the us governments pockets. The FDA controls what is approved. Companies that play by the FDA rules get approved right?
Here's the problem....Big Pharma has so much money that they can influence its competitors.
5 years of micro cap lab research is bought out early during the scientific discovery period. Big Pharma either buys its competition or squashes them.
The FDA makes it so only companies with hundredes of millions in cash can make it from phase 1 to approval after phase 3.
It takes even more money to get the drug to market when you actually have a product. ANYWAY
Think of the Rebublican blackmail going on right now...that tax savings goes to investing in american corporations.
Heres a post for all of you that I ticked off so far....
That facebook page was the best thing i could have read ever. Should have read that long ago. I used to be on the FB page but I never saw the Q&As with matt. So...I understand where you guys are coming from and I appreciate the links youve provided.

Matt Schissler ANS: CBAI has a window period policy that is filed with the SEC. There are very few windows to buy or sell. As for buying, my entire life's savings and work, which is well documented in SEC filings, into this company. I bought my shares, and continue to buy my shares, many times over. As for selling, I've sold once in 4 years, and it was 5% of my position. That should tell you all you need to know. No one batted an eye when I deferred 2 years salary and lived on my credit cards, nor questioned when my wife and I personally loaned the company our life's savings (both well documented with SEC). So no one should question if/when we take a little off the table. It's a personal investment strategy, just like you, and every other investor have. I am 100% confident and committed to the success of CBAI now and for the long future ahead of this great company. I believe we have a tremendous formula for success that will continue to reveal itself for the rest of 2010 and beyond.
August 24 at 1:20pm
Matt Schissler 2. Does CBAI have any patents or rights to any stem cell expansion technology under its umbrella, for example Bioreactors? If so, will cell expansion be pursued to further diversify company revenue streams in the future?
ANS: no. We are not in the business of IP. This is left to R&D company's. Our strategy as it develops, is to license the technology.
August 24 at 12:45pm
Matt Schissler 1. Does CBAI plan to pursue any HRSA contracts, or any governmental contracts for that matter, in the near future? For example, the National Cord Blood Inventory Augmentation:
ANS: Yes. We needed to get our own lab first, up and running. that happened March 1. We are now getting certain accreditations, which takes time. Once received though, we are in position to apply for this. The be the world's largest stem cell storage company, we envision the govt. being a large customer.
August 24 at 12:44pm
That was the answer to my big debate over matts overall view of th company and his use for it.
I liked his answer.
He also addresses the government contracts I wrote about. A month ago knopic told me I may see someting addressing government contracts soon. This question was asked in August and from some deductive reasoning....the mexico may or may not be a part of it but I expect to see something stating we have applied with the goverment to be listed as a contractor.
THIS question...this is something I was looking for.
This is excellent. It shares matts position on the United States FDA on american big business.
Matt Schissler Stacey's question - I didn't copy it because we have to limit size of posts
ANS: 2. CBAI is doing great, IMHO. 1. I do think the projections are in line. Big things are brewing. I also believe right now, the grants are little pats on the head to stem cell industry by the govt. Remember who lines the govt's pockets - Big Pharma. but the voters want more in stem cell research. So in order to play both sides against the middle, the gov't hands out small amounts, knowing they won't lead to something that takes down Big Pharma anytime soon. It will take private money to do so. This is all my speculation, so take it for what it is worth.
July 29 at 7:21pm
Matt Schissler Has CBAI considered joining forces with advertising giant Johnson & Johnson (or similar) to create awareness amongst their existing customer base? If so, to what extent and why or why not?
ANS: Yes, it has been considered. But J&J and their competitors all look at cord blood like a Lion looks at a rose bud. "It's pretty, and golly gee its neat, but I have no use for it. It's not going to attack me, and right now, I can't eat it." We've approached many of them, only to be rebuffed because of the relative size of the industry compared to what they do. We are a rounding error to them, right now.
July 29 at 7:17pm
Matt Schissler Since the facility opened in Vegas and all the existing samples were transferred there, roughly how many new samples have you been adding each month (on average)
ANS: Henry, its a question we get a lot. We do not reveal this for competitive purposes, especially when we go to acquire samples. Nor do our publicly traded competitors. its very competitive right now. And it helps not to reveal when we are negotiating an acquisition. We have over 20,000 samples in our lab. Plus there is Germany, potentially Argentina and China to come on line soon.

You guys familiar with a naked short?
A stratigic naked short could help the right private investor raise money to fund our operations.
Desperate times call for desperate measures.
We're a prime candidate becase we have so many shares out. Were very volitile and you could buy them up and short the crap out of them throughout the entire year and nobody would notice cause you and I are the only ones watching this. Wall Street is not. If wall street is not...the SEC is not.
If I had a company that was going broke and was beling held up by supporting private placements....I would find a way to make my private placements more money. I would turn my back on their strategy and "shake hands" that they are on my side. Could be friends...these players have been working together for some years now.
Its all in CBAI's interst if this is happening. Just a loose hypothesis.
http://www.forbes.com/2007/02/02/naked-short-suit-overstock-biz-cx_lm_0202naked.html
Its at the lowest Ive ever had it. The price doesnt get much worse. I figure if we can stay within a range that is possible to pop back over a penny its all the same. We're stuck holding it anyway.
Your idea of a knock me over with a feather moment needs to be addressed again.
1. CEO stated we need to become profitable.
2. CEO stated we need to create a ground shaking event that effects our cap structure.
Profitable first then a ground shaking event that effects our cap structure.
After we become profitable and create a a ground shaking event that effects our cap structure, were going to change boards to the Nasdaq.
The American Stock Exchange is our best bet. I cant see us going any higher than that. Thats the entry level exchange.
Then you will be knocked over with a feather. Remember that its going to take something huge and an aqusition of mexico is bite off a bigger cookie. We have to take several more bites and ride out every quarter of 2011 and wait for the 2011 10k.
It is my opinion that after a full year of sustained profitability we can become attractive to a bigger investor.
Its going to take a while is all.
nah man youre wrong. We do have a line of credit for 16mm I think we used some on south america. We should have 14mil left.
I just wish I could find where I read that.....it was a little blurb from the company.
Can anyone post a link about the line of credit from several months ago?
so were basically buying at a discount....8,000 new customers a year
Its also worth noting that its good to see your competitors downsizing while were growing.
The problem is we're growing very very fast when CCEEL is tightening up. Im worried. I really am. This feather momenent isnt any time soon. We need to sustain ourselves.
Matt says we need to get profitable then create an earth shaking event that will effect the cap structure. Mexico is not it. We need a full 52 weeks worth of profitability so people who trade on a yearly basis can have a reason to get into this stock for beginning growth. We might as well not even be existant to the rest of the world. CCEL is barely of interest to wall street.
We need to go from extremely speculative to profitable. We need to get on a bigger board with proof that we can make money.
I wish I can go to sleep and wake up 2 years from now.
Must read interview with CCEL Ceo. Its dated but read CCEL parts 1 and 2.
http://seekingalpha.com/symbol/ccel.ob
Its probably losing money. Thats why cryo cell is dumping it. Were gonna fix it up and put some paint on it.
Someone said we're chipping away at our competition.
I believe that we are picking up the crumbs still trying to make it and create an edge at the same time. Keep on trucking is what I think of.
Someone said forget about the mule going blind just load it up.
Is it possible that the price is intentionally being held low so that cbai can buy back several billion shares?
30 million bucks buys back 3 billion shares at a penny.
Keep the price down...save cash....buy some shares....wait for the pop in price....announce and upgrade to the American Stock Exchange.
Excellent point. You could make that information into a little post to spread around a little.
Lets see if we can profile matts personality....virgo maybe? Who knows his birthday.
You all know that he took up boxing two years ago? I respect that. It takes a special kind of fortitude to stand and fight. Many people dont have what it takes to fight. They run like you said. It carries over directly to other areas of your life when youre faced with adversity.
Anyyyway...I was trying to find the verbage for the 14 mil we have promised as investment money...I looked on the past 2 Qs I didnt see it....
give it time pit...
This is going to be a 2-3 day trade. It like....not even 10am yet.
please if we add 1b shares at .005 were looking at only 5m bucks
Well get the money....sounds like this is going to make us profitable on paper finally.
I would think and hope that matts already been working on financing for this.
excuse me....please dont put me in the same conclusion as those guys.
I never assoaciated myself with anyone.
Check yo self momma huggyman. Open your mind. I am not who you think I am.
Hoooooootpocket.
