I agree, it's a positive mark; I am still skeptical regarding the future options Dabney has and the fact that the a/s doubled with an inclusion in the structure amendment last fall when the second dividend was promised.
It's quietly the same thing if Dabney just subsidizes the distribution by issuing more shares to himself.
Can somebody sticky this one? It's pretty pertinent to the boards discussions
Yeah, we are, on our way to trips
Yay! Then you can lose money with all of us :)
It exists! The app is in the App Store and the developers web site calls out CBIS
This is interesting. Has anybody tried to find this app?
I saw this article but am struggling to extract anything of value or merit. It's like a Facebook "like" or something. Seems worthless
Volatility is picking up and it looks like more buying happened today.
You'll have to wait 6 months for the next 10Q which will inevitably be filed late
Has anyone tried to buy any?
I think it's just poorly run. That's why a lot of the founders jumped ship and that's why Kane still answers the phone when you call him. But in every poorly run company you're going to have some dirtbags
I could valuate this company at $2/sh based on 10x potential earnings valuation assuming a 1% market share from a $60billion industry. But that's just about as helpful as that article was and its all worthless if the market doesn't support it
That about sums it up
Nah, Chad johnson is a worthless sheister wannabe lawyer. He hardly counts as an insider, he pretty much always sells shares.
In order. 1, 4(optional but less likely), 2 and then hopefully 5
3 will never come
How'd that work out for you?
So I guess we broke through the lower end of the oscillation band and are going further south.
Want to see my surprised face?
Too bad.
According to a 10Q from last year, the losses have narrowed year over year. I think for a company less than 5 years old, it's doing well to earn out of its operating expenses.
Again, I am afraid of the $0 operating income.. Seems wrong
It's only 90 million shares.
This company's valuation is at like under a hundred grand. They are worth 540k in assets and their revenues have gone up almost 10x year over year on the last 10Q.
Thing that scares me is the $0 operating revenue
This thing has a pretty exciting landscape. CEO taking shares over a salary and a 10Q coming out in a few days where operational improvements were made without diluting the very small share base.
I'm optimistic
Looks like the lower end of the oscillation is forming during the short week. Let's hope the support keeps us above current levels and we can look t break through 1.5 cents for more than a few hours at some point this week
There is a distinct bullish trend happening here. Higher lows and higher highs over the short term. Doesn't look like a technical bounce, more of a consolidation before a move up.
This is unbelievable. I've never heard of unlimited authorized share structure before.
That is a huge red flag. Notwithstanding the .0001 last tick
What's the float on this thing?
Southbound train here
Another day at cbis
Even fully diluted with 74mln shares over 2.6mln in revenue using the industry standard 10x valuation multiplier, you're looking at a 35c/sh company
That much revenue over so few shares makes this company worth dollars per share not pennies
Using conservative speculation to valuate the company and also assuming this isn't a giant amalgam of lies;
Yes. CBIS price target $2.50
CBIS-A price target $75.00
Correct
The cannabinoid market is worth around 74 billion annually. If CBIS manages to capture even 1% market share, they generate 74 million in revenues and with simple 10x multiplier for valuation (super conservative for biotech which is usually around 20/30x) they're worth 7.4billion and that's about $2.50/share
I think that's the royal "we"
Sentenced... Again
Yeah I remember talking to Kane in 2012 and he tried to sell me on endo. I knew it was shit when he mentioned it and so I never shared that with anyone, but then I had a friend lose thousands investing in it, I feel awful because I would've steered him away if I knew he was getting on board with it.
Don't be silly, they've been saying that for years already lol
Looks like just a decrease of the amount of increase. Still going from 250m to 1.5bil, rather than to 5bil as previously stated
Now that's news when the board's biggest pessimist (I say that endearingly) posts a news article without a doubt-laden write up.
Maybe things are going to start looking up?
It usually seems like it. But they're 5+ years overdue on dividend payments and have been talking about testing for things like this for equally as long
According to who?
