Meredith is buying back 100 million dollars with of shares and it is increasing it's already high dividend. The company just bought allrecipes.com. MDP is a great stock to be in right now as they are growing the business (they just beat earnings and bought many new exciting businesses).
Mosaic is still a buy. The company has a lot of catalysts this spring; perhaps a major buyback and or buyout will come then which is why Goldman Sachs, a great firm, is so favorable on the company...
Bruce or Bennie should send an email to the CEO and ask him about the buyback- how much so far they have purchased and why he hasn't been buying on days with volume....
I have talked to Alf via email several times. The truth is that you dont build a company overnight, but they have made a lot of progress and get ready for a PR with updates soon! This company is beyond undervalued; we may make a fortune...
Very impressive that BlackRock- an outstanding firm- took such a huge stake in DNDN, not to mention others, including JPMORGAN I believe. Sales in the first three quarters of 2012 have totaled about $240 million and now that they are advertising via commercials and expanding into new markets (Europe very soon) as well as releasing new studies very soon that will surely be favorable to DNDN, well, its finally going to go north!
Good news. Getting better- new marketing plan just began a few weeks ago...
Company Issues Estimate of Forth Quarter 2012 Financial Performance
January 30, 2013
New Canaan, CT - Tesoro Enterprises, Inc. today released estimates of its financial performance for the three and twelve months ended December 31, 2012.
Net Sales for the three months ended December 31, 2012 were approximately $102,000 compared to $160,000 for the three months ended December 31, 2011, a decrease of approximately $58,000 or 36%. Net sales for the twelve months ended December 31, 2012 were approximately $339,000 compared to $601,000 for the twelve months ended December 31, 2011 or a decrease of approximately $262,000 or 43%.
Tesoro's CEO, Henry J. Boucher, said that forth quarter 2012 Net Sales suffered from the business slow down in the summer and fall, previously reported. The company saw some strengthening toward the end of the quarter and that appears to be holding in the early part of 2013 as the company has a good backlog of projects.
While the company has experienced a decrease in net sales in the forth quarter ended December 31,2012, Mr Boucher added that the continued emphasis on cost reduction should produce a modest net profit for the quarter ending December 31, 2012. However it will not be large enough to offset the net loss recorded through the first nine months of 2012. The first quarter of the years is traditionally the slowest for the company; therefore, it may be difficult to sustain a net profit into early 2013.
Do you have a link to what you said about the FDA? Sure bet is looking like a liar...
Sure bet cannot be trusted. He has done this before. And what is your proof about FDA tomorrow? Oh, ya, he doesnt have any, stop trying to make people stupider. But miracles do occasionally happen...
Keep in mind that they will be putting out audited financials, which is unheard of for a stock trading at these levels. So undervalued. But not for long. Oh, well...
Sure bet, you have in the past said that paramax got approved when it didnt.
You have zero credibility when you say conference is coming up.
That said, something is going on and hopefully we will hear what soon.
Do you have a link about the FDA meeting on Friday?

Okay, Dendreon should be approved rather soon- that is, in Europe of course (it already is approved in the US and is close to a 400 million dollar business per year which is not trivial but that number will grow exponentially with EU and Japan/China approval and doctors prescribing it with other drugs bolstered by the forthcoming data (the JNJ and Provenge study will come out very soon). That is how I see it at least according to my research.
Well, it doesn't matter who does it, but someone should...
PDMI is actively trying to sell some of their devices they make (that is what the most recent quarterly report said). Perhaps they will sell the company in its entirety also.
Bruce, here is what you should do. First, you should send an email to Bud. You should ask him if they still have plans to buy back 100,000 worth of shares. Since he did complain about people not buying, you can if you want also ask him why he hasn't been buying on days like today where there is volume.
Wow. Three times as many clicks than before now that they have a new advertising campaign. This should really help sales this quarter- and especially the forthcoming quarters. Looking for more good news soon. Hopefully Bud starts to buy back more shares, too....
Very good news came out Thursday. Should really affect sales in positive way...
Company Engages Internet Marketing firm to place advertising in on-line magazines.
January 17, 2013
New Canaan, CT- Tesoro Enterprises, Inc. announced the engagement of Vertical Search Works, Inc. an online marketing and advertising company to design and place ads for Fashion Floor Annex's ("FFA") products. The online campaigns began in late December and link the customer directly to FFA's e-commerce web site, www.stone-tile-showroom.com. The current set of ads run on two markets, the entertainment and the home and garden markets.
CEO, Henry Boucher said that, "while are still embedding the company in this market strategy, the number of clicks we are receiving is three time that of the historical average of the company". Mr. Boucher added that since the beginning of the exercise we have received over one thousand clicks on a base of over 2.7 million impressions for a click through rate (CTR) of nearly .5%.
Hopefully we will see European approval today- or very soon.
In the end, I know that good technology like Provenge will prevail.
I am surprised that Paramax hasn't got approval yet.
I pointed out yesterday it has been approved in Italy.
Hopefully, good technology will prevail and CSO will get the thing approved (ask them if they are close to getting approval gainmaker).
The CEO has plans to take us to the NASDAQ.
The shorts are simply wrong.
EXPU is an established business and they are growing it exponentially.
So yes, its way undervalued now and we will see enormous gains.
EXPU is going to have a great few months here. Why?
Well, there are many reasons. What other pink sheet company trading has audited financials?
And what's sad is that new people to ihub read the bashers posts about EXPU, believing that reading it will make them smarter, when in fact it makes them actively stupider.
That is truly great, truly good news about urologists and DNDN. Doctors really are using Dendreon's drug as well as Zytiga in combination.
Water bottle sales are at all times high. EXPU will be tremendously rewarding for those who hold it. It is utterly nonsense how cheap it is considering that this company is real and is about to make us lots of money.
DNDN is truly starting to breakout. Yes, the company has a long way to go but we will get there (Eu approval, Japan approval, new trials showing THE EFFECTIVENESS OF PROVENEGE.
How do you know that CSO submitted the new 501k to the FDA for approval?
I assume they did, perhaps a year ago!
We should here something real soon.

EXPU is very undervalued. They are about to have audited financials and they are trading at .001! Oh, my. Only people with low sloping foreheads are selling now.
I emailed the CEO; but have not heard back yet!
GAINMAKER! have you called them yet?
There have been plenty of days when people have bought shares and Bud either didnt buy shares or bought a very small amount.
What happened to Bud's buyback? Come on Bud, prove to us your not worthless and get this .0001 stock moving for us loyal investors who do believe in you and are sticking around.
EXPU is stunningly undervalued. People buying at these levels will make a fortune! Don't take my word for it, take the CEO's word.
Maybe someone should um buy some shares so BUD can. Yes, I own 50 million plus!
Well they do have patents and good products (so perhaps they are selling the business). Or, perhaps they cannot pay the bills till approval comes.
Gainmaker! Why don't you call CSO in Italy. Also, why would PDMI be closed if the CSO agent in the US told you that FDA approval for Paramax was IN PROGRESS? They could just be cutting costs until approval....
Okay let us know. There phone lines were basically always down. I'm sure they will release a PR timely.
Not only do they have 7 million customers right now that they can sell to in Georgia, but also in 2013 ALF said they are expanding to the LA and Las Vegas market. Alf knows what he is doing and EXPU is still tremendously cheap.
Yup, Alf said, "It's going to be a blockbuster, everyone needs our product, you can't go 7 days without water or you will die." Significant revenues will be realized by EXPU.
