While you don't see the volume, you have to look at the strength on low volume. Two walk-down attempts today stopped cold. The MM's don't have the shares to do it.

That was a newsletter my friend. No affiliation and definitely a speculative interest in this solid company. While you point to no volume, I point to the solid shareholding. :D TITL is more than your flip a buck fair. We are here to stay, because this is a solid play.

Still hunting the Restricted Shares filings to give you a hard date on when they are eligible to be converted.

The CEO has twenty years with this company that has continuously had multi-million dollar profits and currently has remained in the black during a massive housing crisis. He would not throw away that reputation and future growth of his company for $10K in cash.

He was quite adament in his CEO's Note last week that no dilution was in the works or was occurring. He stated that the company would use shares for expansion purposes in the future, but he stated specifically that he was not going to negatively impact shareholder trust or look to profit at this time.

OTCMarkets servers are slow today. Probably volume. Going to pass the word to see if anyone has the dates among our leadership here on the board.

Brian, they openly announced and utilized 16M shares to pay consultants. THERE IS NO DILUTION HERE. The lead shareholder is the company boss, and he owns 80-some million RESTRICTED SHARES. Combine the previous float with the already sold-off consultant fee, and that is where you get the current float with a one-time payment in shares. No additional shares issued other than that one incident.

This is a 20-year-old company under the same management and leadership for the entire time. They have gone public to go national! That is HUGE! Real established and resilient company, real world revenue streams in the millions, new office just opening up in addition to their 20 other locations, signed an agreement with an underwriter to go national, and have huge potential having proven they can survive in the toughest of housing markets while remaining CASH POSITIVE. Go TITL!

And he has led this company for 20 years. The same company with the same leadership has been built into a significant player with real world revenues, solid business model, and aggressive expansion plan. A huge percentage of title companies folded during the slowing of the housing market. TITL is looking to absorb those companies as they go national!
