we are well overdue for an update on this.. What does "coming days" mean? It's been just under 2 weeks since this news hit the streets. Why would they release somthing that wasn't final yet? I feel like what they define as a "bag holder" and suckered into a P&D.

They put this great merger news out that wasn't finalized and sucked people in all they way to .0025 and stated that there would be an update in a few days. Now they are silent and here we sit @ .0003/.0004. IMO, the next news will be this deal fell thru! I hope I am wrong!
Seems like AUTO has endless shares in 5 mil blocks. Each time we churn thru them they throw 5 mil back up on the ask which is pressuring the weak hands to sell at the bid if they need out! This is manipulation at it's best or dilution.

I hope so... but ETMM on Level 2 moved to .009 with 219,000 shares for sale and I would imagine once that is gone the 6 mil they had at .0091 for sale will pop right back up and keep this from going anywhere unless significant news comes out.
We need Bob to follow thru with what he has promised since the end of 2010 before this goes anywhere! I have sent Emily numerous emails with questions and get zero repsonse from them. Not even a thank you for being a shareholder. It's BS!They need to communicate better.

I agree 100%, I see no issues in CWRN being able to report the expected 1st qtr revenue that they anticipated in the late Dec PR.
Sold inventory that could have already been invoiced and paid for!
Either way, CWRN is looking strong!!
I am of the understanding that revenue can be reported upon invoice of the product. Does anyone know the true terms of the 1st qtr projected sales and how it is to be billed? In the steel industry, if the terms of sale are "Exit Works" then every bit of iron ore that is produced for this or any other order CWRN has may have already been invoiced to a customer and can be reported as revenue before it ships. Freight can be a seperate, agreed upon transaction. Just food for thought. If you purchased a ticket to a concert and choose will call as the shipping terms you pay up front for the ticket and pick it up at your leisure but the ticket vendor reports the revenue and takes your money st the time of sale. We are all speculating here and will have all our answers soon enough!

I have been thru some myself but CWRN is the first one that has true proof of things moving in the right direction. Don't get me wrong, today was painful to watch the professional "criminals" do what they do and create panic/fear! Facts are facts, and they are running out of excuses to bring this down. Our CEO is being transparent and communicating!
I am one of the longs here and quietly watched. It was quite comical how well orchestrated the bashers & MM's work to steal your shares!

Not many outstanging shares is my guess. It would not surprise me if Bob had already bought back a good bit of the shares or we truly have good longs here that are holding. Probably a combination of both. This is for real and trading awesome. nice and steady!
