Need this down to 0.06.....Have few more grands to put in
Paying back what was not theirs will not bankrupt them or bring them down hugely......How does a 2.2 trillion dollar company go bankrupt for giving back 100 billion dollars?
Heck after waiting 3 years, some of you guys want to back out for chump change? You guys have to realize this company is still worth in the XXX billions area.....Don't back off for little.....There is a reason why Dr. Acharya claims $150 billion area.....He is not a fool.....How did JPM become a 2 trillion dollar company and why all the sudden their revenue increased by XX billions?
No less than $50 per share.......Even that's a super sale price
you may be bright with your researches and thoughts but you're aiming so low
That's why $100 per share is not just "dream" number....It is still a possibility.
Trial victory and $100 billion ++ is a must
Why are you guys out for so little, when there is clearly a whole lot out there?
please challenge your opinion to Dr. Acharya
proof before you speak sir
Finally we can rip out more than $100 billion dollars back into our hands?
Not even $100 billion
I still believe there is more than $100 billion in asset left out there.......Can't even imagine getting less than 1/2 of the real asset......
$64 per share is not so absurd....It is around what we truly deserve
How is $8 per share settlement "fair?" At least, it should be 50% of what it is originally worth or even a just a bit of discount from what it was originally worth and guess what IT WILL BE OVER! They won't have to go to jail and make themselves look bad.....That is what I would call a deal
Do you have more credibility than Dr. Acharya? Why did Nelson come up with minimum of $30 billion dollars? Why was over 200 hours spent on examining the assets?
I wish I could fast forward this dragged out process......Can't believe we're heading towards almost our third year.....I really hope we can rip out as much as we can out of these corrupt monsters
truth can only be hidden through a good nice expensive payout for shareholders
$15 per share is way too small to cover up Solomon's and Acharya's calculations...If they don't want this all opened up to the public, they should be willing to pay up starting from $50 per share
Willingham and EC did not fight this hard for just $3 per share....Doesn't seem like you're a long term shareholer
I really can't see how WAMU is going "re-made" again......That's like "JPM give us back everything you took from us." Very obvious and showy that what they did is wrong. It's better for them to pay up heavily and close it with no one going to jail....
And Susman and Dr. Acharya are both smarter than anyone on this board.....Might have a similar thinking pattern or a similar pay out figure.....I don't see EC and Sussman being satisfied with few bucks per share when the company is obviously worth in the 100 billion area
Seems about right lol
Dr. A is smarter than all of us....There is a reason why he yelled out 150 billion dollars.....It should be no less than $86 per share but hey.....we could give them a little discount
When did I say I have more credibility than Dr. A? I really don't understand all these people being low-ballers when this is obviously worth way more few dollars per share.....Go block me if you want....I wouldn't care being blocked by a low-baller
Exactly....even accepting $24 per share is a cheapie! People have become low ballers just based on the fact "Oh, I'm probably never going to be a rich in my life time, I'll be happy with a few dollars per share." LIVE YOUR AMERICAN DREAM!
Getting a NEW COMPANY also seems very useless unless we are getting back everything pre-September 2008 (they would not let this happen)
Also consider the fact that TD offered $30 billion in 2007 for 1/4 of Washington Mutual's branch.....(That's only one year difference from 2008)
All you low ballers re-READ THIS: http://www.kccllc.net/documents/0812229/0812229110224000000000010.pdf To some this man may seem like a pumper but this guy has more credibility in the field than any of you.........So at least take your time to re-READ this and think a bit......YES, settlement is not always a win-win case but I believe $24 or ++ is very probable
who knows..I bet some have been adding up secretly
Hey, it's been a while! I think Nelson's 30 billion was just a fraction.....It must have to be......Aren't we in the driver's seat now? Don't we get to technically "choose" what are pay back amount is?
We'll get the whole cow, they have no choice
Pay us our full asset with damages and no jail time
For a new comer like you..........Not even 10X will satisfy some long standers
For saving their AXX, they better have offered some good number
They will have to pay for their mistakes heavily.....Do they want a full blown trial that will pay them much much more?
300 billion is still a large amount of money
This stock deserves much more than $24 per share for sure
You realize this company was worth over 300 billion in assets? And you're asking for $4 per share? Read this, this guy is more credible than anyone on this board at least http://www.kccllc.net/documents/0812229/0812229110224000000000010.pdf
He deserves to end his lawyer career for this
