Wow......I thought every strong company is made by the people behind it?....now, he is stating he didn't give a damn that his staff did not get paid for two months.....? These people have families, car payments, mortgages, rent, etc.....? Also, isn't this a direct violation of the Department of Labor?

So, basically, all the field staff were laid off last month or earlier....the main lab person was laid off two weeks ago....DVJ is being run by the client...and the final staff resigned on Friday.....This company is broke. Now, there are a few MP folks that want to save the day and rally around Dennis, become board members...etc. Fool me twice……

Yes. Dennis was their BIGGEST liability. They had the opportunity for something great. The mass exit of employees last week makes you wonder what went wrong......there has to be a story behind the story....... This interview will be a hoot. What kinds of spin will he make?? This is better than any reality show ever!....and for those dreamers....BNPD dividend isn't going to happen unless you want to own an empty shell of another company....0 + 0 = 0
How the hell can you reward shareholders when the remaining employees left on Friday? No Lab, No Field Staff, DVJ is being run by a third party? Chirp Chirp...anyone. Let alone the list of people owed...(vendors, employees).....I will have to wear my boots for this interview.
The writing is on the wall. Most, if not all employees have left (IMO). It sounds to me they are detaching from the company. Yes, there wasn't a formal press release. Who cares, really? Phaeton can spin all he wants to save the company. BEHL isn't more then a shell at this point (IMO). Until Sunbiz is updated….we can speculate all we want. Thought BEHL had a chance…time to move on.

I have been a huge supporter of BEHL for over 1 1/2 years. Algae is a growing industry. However, the many bad choices of Mr. Fisher has sealed the fate of his company. The only responsible person is Mr. Fisher. I feel bad for the many lives he has screwed.
New Company. BEHL is the manufacturing arm.
BEHL had an Open House this past summer. Many investors showed up and had face time with BEHL (including myself). IMO, these investors get responses from key management on a regular basis because they have built trust with these investors.
Dennis has always been responsive to my email? As long as the emails are not demanding, threatening or from a known basher, they are always prompt.

Here is a thought; maybe they are replacing their labor pool with more talented employees? Maybe BNPD is cleaning house? California's unemployment rate is over 12.3%. A good chuck of this is in construction...... I remember reading posts this past summer stating that they have a bunch of high school kids working on the PBR. Just a thought, maybe they are gearing up with key employees that can be project managers? IMO Happy Friday.

I am not disagreeing with you regarding stats....BUT, just because you have a PHD or an Harvard on your resume doesn't automatically makes you a good leader.....I have worked with PHDs, Ivy league grads, etc. A piece of paper doesn't = a leader. Get it?
Do you really think someone would put work experiance on a resume for only working for a company for a few months? Really? Come on. As for Kennedy and Rawson. Really, Kennedy has a CPA and a MST and Rawson has a nice track record as a banker....These are real professional people. Does a PHD really mean that you are a good leader. Most of the PHD's I have met, lack common sense and people skills to be true leaders......There are many successful CEO's out there that are running very successful companies without even a college education….Richard Branson, Michael Dell, Bill Gates, Dean Kamen, David Oreck, Ty Warner, Dave Thomas, just to name a few. I think a PHD is overrated…………IMHO of course
That video is old...they have an "Algae Ventures" system in place which is being transported to DVJ this week or next. For those that were at the open house, saw the system.
If they are really running a scam....they are sure making an effort to make it look like a real company? Come on. Do you really think they would spend the time and effort to build a website, hire employees, build a demo unit in Santa Ana....excavate the basins and build PBR's in the middle of DVJ? Their biggest issue is finishing the DVJ Farm and start producing product to prove the nah sayers wrong.

Failed Science? Please enlighten me Mr Supergopher. The only thing they have failed was missing the DVJ Launch about 60 days due to bags needing to be replaced. They are moving along with some promising contracts to generate some real revenue.
Everyone is watching DVJ to gauge their success. If they can pull it off, this company will churn out cash. The first 1/4 acre is installed….the other 3/4 are being worked on….Dennis mentioned adding additonal acres earlier this week. It's a waiting game right now…..
BNPD/BEHL is still moving ahead....they are just working out the legal stuff. (IMO)

The deployment and installation of BEHL'S PBR systems (which includes, bags, corners, pumps, skids etc.) in Death Valley Junction, CA, has been in progress now for 3 consecutive weeks. During this process, the BioCentric Energy Technical Team has been developing procedures and protocols to improve productivity for future sites. BEHL Founder and Chairman of the Board, Dennis Fisher, stated, "We anticipate that each site will have its own unique challenges. I remain pleased with the progress being made thus far on this site and believe that DVJ was the perfect place to start. In fact, Death Valley Junction is proving to be such an ideal location for our PBR systems and algae production, that we are beginning the excavation of the next 4 acres." Fisher further stated, "We would like to thank the Inyo County officials, many of whom have visited our DVJ site after receiving calls from BEHL shareholders inquiring about our progress. Inyo County has been extremely helpful and supportive in the Company's efforts to complete the Death Valley Junction site and the restoration of this historic town." The accelerated weather testing on the Company's plastic tubing is now complete. BEHL's plastic tubes were placed in a machine that emulated 24 months in high temperatures and direct sunlight. The plastic did not show any signs of discoloration or degradation. The Company has decided to continue using this material for future sites and will utilize the expertise of a local manufacturer with the ability to increase the tube thickness by 25%.
Concerning clients and contracts: the Company has received an additional letter of intent from a Native American Indian Tribe located in Maricopa County, Arizona. BEHL's Marketing Director, Marla Kennedy, has contacted twelve elected government officials and forwarded formal invitations to tour the DVJ facility in October. The Company's business plan and proposal to the state of Utah is being forwarded to Utah's Governor for consideration. Based on the press release, it will be a "beta" test...my guess, they will have a limited supply for direct consumer taste testing prior to the full production run. As for the retail outlets, this will be a health beverage. I would suspect they will target the high-end specialty retailers like Mother's, Whole foods, Trader Joes, etc......JMO
Just to clear up the confusion you seem to have with BEHL/BNPD. They are NOT marketing an energy drink for their first product launch; they will be marketing a Health Drink with Astaxanthin. As we all understand, the USA has a huge obesity issue. Finally, people understand that the Standard American Diet (SAD) doesn't work. Look around, the BMI is off the chart. Slowly, people are getting tuned in, and are moving away from the processed foods, pesticides, synthetics, and genetically modified...to all natural, organic products. This will be the trend of the future....get it?
