Neither. I just happened to notice that the address was in Sunnyvale, so I looked it up on google-earth. As it happens, it's only a few hundred yards from my old place of work.
Funny, this company's address is just a few miles from me!
So if the two companies that are interested, get into a bidding war, then one would logically expect bids to be in excess of $.20, IMO.
Yes, and still proof that we are paying their bills/debt.
I'm wondering if these guys could find gold in a rappers mouth.
This company reminds me of that new show, I think it's called Jungle Gold.... One cluster "F" after another.
Stock issued to settle debt 396k. A drop in the bucket when compared to the 1.77B OS, I guess.
And if your're wondering, YES I'M PISSED.
$1200,...so what!
Besides, I highly doudt it!
I've got mine too, (unfortunately).
For myself, I'm done guessing/predicting good news for this company.
I don't understand why they bothered becoming current on OTC, when they are still obviously struggling, and now it would appear that they are pretty much out of cash. Being that the Q is for Sept 30th, they're probably completely out of money now. I wonder how they plan to fund further "efforts".
WOW, NO COMMENT.... just :(
This message is for the member that just PM'd me (I still can't PM):
Me either!
Glad to see you are still with us... I was begining to wonder what happened to you. Did you ever make your trip out to the Ruby Mine?
"Most recent REAL pics show Cinco as INACTIVE".
Are you referring to the low-rez pics that appear to have the doctored date stamps?
Nachzala:
Daytraders usually don't make "well reasoned and fully explained comments".
Some think that bashing helps establish better points to short and to cover, which I believe is true, especially with stocks that are sluggish.
In response to rarefind:
That's exactly the response I was expecting. Hell, I could almost have written that for you.
Does your current position in NBRI align with the sentiment of your posts? Let me guess, you don't own any shares, right?
It's obvious you're going to disagree no matter what NBRI does.
I think that each step to create income is good; but, for some reason you think it's not. Let me guess, you think everone should sell their shares, right?
Your posts seem to fall right in line with the daytrading agenda.
Fluff or not, you have to admit that recent PR's do show some promise for NBRI's future.
What's better, just debt, or income that offsets some of the debt?
IMO, recent PR's, (although not yet the news we all want), do point to better times for the company. (and that the type of thing I invest in).
It's Nov 19th, and so far the begining of the snowy season has been extremely mild. I think this has given them significantly more road access than they thought they were going to have. Who knows, maybe even enough to get Ruby ready for the begining of production next season. If need be, I'll go up there, just to see how accessible the mine is.
Also, another thought, will the new cash flow allow NBRI to pay for snow removal, thus keeping the the mine accessible most, if not all, of the winter?
Yep, just seen it too.
All of the remaining Ruby mine citations have been terminated.
Anyone else having trouble with Ihub today?
Steve,
I believe you mentioned something about a deal with Directv possibly being somewhere in ICPA's future. Has this idea progressed beyond ICPA's internal discussions?
Has any interaction between ICPA and Directv begun?
Are other companies, such as Comcast or AT&T being considered?
Also, if I recall, (and please correct me if I'm wrong); but, wasn't PTV supposed to begin airing last year with AT&T?
If remember correctly, there were TV spots announcing the start of PTV, (at least up here in the SF bay area).
If this is the case, and plans fell through, was there any "bad blood" that might prevent that idea from being renewed?
Lastly, and most importantly, what hurdles have to be overcome to get an agreement in place with one of these companies?
Scottrade tried doing that to me a while back, on a different stock.
I told them that if I was not allowed to trade the stocks I want, then Scottrade is not providing me the services I need, and I would like to close my account....
They immediately changed their tune, and placed my order for me, (and because they could tell I was pretty PO'd, they waived the $7 fee as well...!).
Amazing what a little ultimatum can produce!
Don't take "no" for an answer.
Currently, do you see any upcoming need to perform any dilution moving forward?
Steve, when might PTV be airing out here on the west coast? There's signficant market out here, and advertisers would send quite a bit of money your way, if PTV were on the air in LA or up here in the SF bay area.
Hi ??????????;
Thanks for the email.
We'll have to see what the winter brings. Once
we are in production we can justify the expense
of snow removal. During the rehab work, it will
depend on the amount and duration. At some point
we are pushing on a string and it might be best
to stand down to wait for better weather. But we
are taking it one day at a time right now to see
the hand Mother Nature deals us this year.
After the ordeal we had recently dealing with
MSHA, there is a safety issue where it comes to
visitors who have not received hazard
training. The last thing we want to do is get
another citation. It wasn't always this way, but
MSHA in recent years has become very prone to
write tickets for the smallest incidental
infraction, so we are being extra careful right
now to keep MSHA happy. A "grand opening / open house" would be nice though.
Thanks!

I just noticed that MSHA's website (violations) have been updated. There were 7 or 8 violations remaining, now only 1...!
IMO, today's PR was a really nice "heads-up" from management.
I'm so tempted to hop in my truck and go up there. If I thought management would let me look around and snap a few pics, I'd be warming my truck up right now.
I don't know about that, but certainly a trip up towards SRGE's $.20 valuation, imo.
I'm guessing $.013...ish by the end of the day, and $.10 range next week.
Now would Certainly seem to be a good time to place a bet. I'm adding on the dips!
So far, so good. At not no point, so far today, has the PPS dropped below the 50dma, AND the 50dma line is just about flat. IMO, this is likely the begining of our turnaround.
Ladies & gentlemen, time to place your bets!
Nice to see we're finally trading above the 50dma. A good sign IMO.
There's always a first time!
Do any of their current "big" investors hold those types of shares?
I'm having a little difficulty seeing that at this point. IMO, if they announce that they've changed their minds on the R/S, AND they have found a good site supervisor, AND production has resumed; then yes; but, unfortunately the next time this is above .004, will probably be after the R/S.
Question for everyone: Does management hold any shares that are not subject to the affects of dilution or a R/S?
I bet, hypothetically, if this company were to announce that Buffet had bought in, Gates were now the CEO, and gold bars were to be issues as a dividend, this boards chatter probably would not be that much different.
Asked..? Insisted upon, IMO.
Hmm, I wonder if there is any connection between PCFG's inability to properly operate the mine & recover reasonable quantities of gold; and, mgmt's refusal to provide the FULL version of the NI43-101 to investors.
So, let me get this straight, and please someone correct me if I'm wrong:
Management knows exactly what is in that report, and they are able to make informed investment decisions based on that info..... Whereas us investors are not permitted to have this info, and thus, unable to make informed investment decisions.
Please, again, correct me if I wrong.
Canadapetro & Chevy56
Canadapetro.... You know better that that. What would you expect PCFG's mission to say? "We are incompetent, but we've got their fingers crossed.... and when things go to crap, we'll blame it on site supervision"?
Chevy56.... I think you and I are pretty much on the same page, except for the "buyout" part.
Why would mgmt want to sell? I'm sure that this, (stricly in my opinion), somewhat orchestrated flow of bad news, will somehow play out to be favorable to mgmt's wallets.
Wow, I used to be so "pro" PCFG. WTF happened? Dissapointment, and a dred of what's still in store for us,... that's what happened.
Question: What use is a 1 for 420 dividend, if we're getting shafted on the 420 end, (if you know what I mean)?
:(
That's it for me for a little while. I'm not going to let this fkg company ruin yet another weekend for me.
Not trying to start and arguement with you, but so what? They evidently don't know how to recover it!
If they were to try to recover it, it would take LIFETIMES, using the current means & methods.
You know what Barrick also does?.... Drill, to find concentrated areas; then, only processes those gravels.
PCFG's policy of "not cherry picking" is not the right way to mine for gold, IMO, (ask the Hoffman's). If one has thousands of acres of land, why not find the best areas, and mine them first?
In my opinion, it's simply more profitable for mgmt to continue stumbling around. It keep the pps volatile, and that's good for their wallets, (unfortunately, not ours).
As soon as I'm able to recuperate some/most of my losses, I'm going to spend most of the time on the sidelines, and only play the bounces. I can only tolerate so much of a fkg by mgmt, (weather it be intentional on their part, or incompetence).
:(
I have just been looking at the weekly chart. Yesterday's volume seems to be the highest ever for PCFG. I'm afraid of what the coming days and weeks hold for us.
With this well deserved negative sentiment, mining that is currently halted, an upcoming R/S, and an announcement that mgmt needs more capitol,... I'm really worried... Who the hell would fork over $2mil to a company that couldn't find gold in jewelry store?
If they are going to axe dead weight, and the employee's now know this, how long will it be before there is another accident?
Is this all of their "rinse-&-repeat" program, or is there even more bad news on it's way at the meeting?
Also, are we going to see the same bullshit with Pacific Metal's and the Graysill claims?,.. (Now that they've proven, yet agian, that they can't recover a reasonable amount of gold).
In my opinion, the only thing that can currently keep them going is Pilot Mtn, and US. Am I wrong?
