Bigbux, Narve, or Allie,
I can't be on the computer today...would you be able to run with making sure wayne and the coustous get connected with contact info? Work is calling me to the road right now.
Thx
We need to get Wayne and to get Philippe and Alexandra Cousteau to be supporters/spokespeople for the company. They could add needed credibility. Im sure a little donation from all the profits to their cause is all it would take. Someone w/ Wayne's contact info needs to get the Cousteau's info to him and vice versa!!
Check out this video on yahoo - nightmare

Story on CNN right now about a company just like this...not this one of course.
We are MOPN up this afternoon like clockwork.
CLDR super thin, great news today...5 bagger soon
Hardly what I would call a ton VMB. There is no volume today and they always run it down a few pennies to shake out a few in the morning. This stock is trading exactly the same as it has the past 2 weeks. Some are moving on impatiently because there is a quick buck to be made elsewhere...nothing more. The issues with the other stock won't affect us here much. hose that are here are here and there is tons of money on the sideline just waiting to jump on the buy opportunity as soon as it comes. As this disaster gets worse by the minute, the demand for our product increases. We all know what we are holding here and the potential.
Haha..another that gave himself his lone person mark :)
I love my false account balance on these days when an artificial price is showing! If we get 5 or 6 good buys, we will blow through a penny easily.
He's an ACLHer. Probably a little bitter today.
Great PR today. We need to talk this company up some out there and create awareness. Cloud computing is huge and will save companies tons of money in the future on their IT costs. Great new product for a very important issue facing legal firms today. This moves so fast, could/should be multi-pennies.
haha...yep...but it's not like you can sell any at 4!
2 green days in a row and plenty of opportunities to load up on sub 5's. I'll take it. I'm spotting an upward trend starting :)
exactly...somebody w/ some powder needs to slap this #@$# a few times and wake her up!
you buying more detail??
BP is NOT doing everything possible. If they were doing everything possible, our warehouse would be emptied out onto the oil in the marshes and our booms would be used during this boom shortage. DOn't even begin to defend BP. They were trying to hide and disperse this spill thinking it would go away after a few days. They were not prepared to face their punishment, and reacted like a child that didn't want to get spanked. They lied about the size of the spill, withheld valuable video info, and went into "it's not my fault" mode. How can you defend them right now?
Haha...if they're gonna give me 2s...i'm gonna take em!!
Nolander is are spokesperson for the call if needed. Send him any important questions you may have so that he can prepare and communicate to ENTI in advance of the call. They won't allow it to get out of hand w/ questions from shareholders. Can you all imagine if ace was allowed to just chime in?!?!
Any word on the news not appearing on L2? ...We need to get that fixed so eyes can see what is actually going on here.
I know...what is it going to take?? I want to see the merger completed and some sales numbers that reflect it. I love these PR's...great things happening. Stock should be trading in 30s with the news from the past 3 months.
Agree...Has someone emailed/called Wayne? They said they needed boom about 7 times in the last 10min. We sell boom!!
Haha...I didn't know that. He probably did...so should I assume that you guys did the same?? :) Haha...Welcome back Snookems!
Go Bobby Go!! MOPN just needs to ship the boom...it will get used. Just send the bill to Bobby J and Kenny S....they can make sure BP pays it. Just Ship It!
I swear it said 312 yesterday when I viewed it too
How many views do you show the MOP video having? I only see 312 when I looked it up. I viewed it at least 3x also posted it on FB and have 3 comments already from the last 2 hours. Are you showing more views than 312? ...seems like it should be well over the 1000 mark by now.

BP says doing all it can, everyone's frustrated
By GREG BLUESTEIN and MATTHEW BROWN, Associated Press Writers – 1 hr 12 mins ago
BARATARIA BAY, La. – The BP executive in charge of fighting the Gulf of Mexico oil spill acknowledged Monday that everyone is frustrated at his company's failure to plug the gushing well more than a month into the disaster that is now spreading damage through Louisiana's wetlands.
Doug Suttles, chief operating officer at BP PLC, went on all three U.S. network morning talks shows with the same message: BP knows frustration is growing that it hasn't been able to halt the spill of millions of gallons of oil from the well that blew out after a drilling rig exploded April 20 off the Louisiana coast.
"We are doing everything we can, everything I know," Suttles said on NBC's "Today" show.
Company spokesman John Curry said it will be at least Wednesday before BP will try using heavy mud and cement to plug the leak, a maneuver called a top kill that represents the best hope of stopping the oil after several failed attempts. BP initially said it would try Tuesday, but Curry said more time is needed to get equipment in place and test it.
"Our goal, of course, is to succeed," Curry said. "We want this as much as anyone and our best chance of success is looking like Wednesday morning."
The stakes are high, and Secretary of the Interior Ken Salazar questioned Sunday whether the company knows what it's doing as it tries to stop the deep-water leak, though federal officials have acknowledged that BP has expertise that they lack.
"I have no question that BP is throwing everything at the problem to try to resolve it because this is an existential crisis for one of the world's largest companies. So they are throwing everything that they can at the problem," Salazar said. "Do I have confidence that they know exactly what they are doing? No, not completely."
Asked about Salazar's criticism, Suttles said BP is working with experts from other oil companies and the government to find a solution.
"What I do know is, everyone is frustrated. I think the people of the region are frustrated. I know we are, I know the government is," Suttles said on NBC. "The fact that it's taken this long is painful to everybody."

Salazar and Secretary of Homeland Security Janet Napolitano were to lead a Senate delegation to the region Monday to see affected areas from the air.
BP said Monday its costs for responding to the spill had grown to about $760 million, including containment efforts, drilling a relief well to stop the leak permanently, grants to Gulf states for their response costs and paying damage claims. BP said it's too early to calculate other potential costs and liabilities.
At least 6 million gallons of crude have spewed into the Gulf, though some scientists have said they believe the spill already surpasses the 11 million-gallon 1989 Exxon Valdez oil spill off Alaska as the worst in U.S. history.
A mile-long tube operating for about a week has siphoned off more than half a million gallons, but it began sucking up oil at a slower rate over the weekend, and even at its best it wasn't capturing all of the oil leaking.
The spill's impact now stretches across 150 miles, from Dauphin Island, Ala. to Grand Isle, La.
With oil pushing at least 12 miles into marshes in his state and two major pelican rookeries now coated in crude, Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal said crews have begun work on a chain of berms made with sandbags, reinforced with containment booms, that would skirt the state's coastline.
"As we talk, a total of more than 65 miles of our shoreline now has been oiled," Jindal said.
On Barataria Bay, some brown pelicans coated in oil could do little more than hobble. Their usually brown and white feathers were jet black, and eggs were glazed with rust-colored gunk.
The birds got spooked when wildlife officials tried to rescue one of them, and officials were not sure they would try again.
Pelicans are especially vulnerable to oil because they dive into the water to feed. They could eat tainted fish and feed it to their young, or they could die of hypothermia or drown if their feathers become soaked in oil. The birds were removed from the federal endangered species list just six months ago.
Oil has also reached a 1,150-acre oyster ground leased by Belle Chasse, La., fisherman Dave Cvitanovich. He said cleanup crews were stringing lines of absorbent boom along the surrounding marshes, but that still left large clumps of rust-colored oil floating over his oyster beds. Mature oysters might eventually filter out the crude and become fit for sale, but this year's crop of young oysters will perish.
"Those will die in the oil," Cvitanovich said. "It's inevitable."

or now :)
yep...we'll be back at 13+ by noon
Just picked up some 12s. Ok...every day that passes things are getting worse. We on here have been saying this for an entire month now. Only a matter of time until something happens here. Once again, nobody is unloading and buyers are nabbing up shares on these dips. Keep up all the hard work here fighting for MOPN. Not sure I've seen a board so passionate and willing to work so hard to promote their product for the right cause...instead of $$.
Anyone get any response from the email list...other than the auto replies?
Great News M5!
Always great to expand the portfolio. Dairy products should provide some solid consistent sales for BGEM. Let's see what it does for the stock price today :)
I hold shares here...Haha..can you prove otherwise ebiz??
I have 27 apps on my Iphone. My wife has 33. My son has 43. 19 of them are the same apps on all 3 phones. I just asked my neighbor to name the apps he has on his. He has 10 apps of which 9 of the 10 are on all all 3 of my family phones. The top 1-4 apps in every category win most of the share. Simple fact.
Kettle,
I have not studied the app rankings, but I would make a bet that 90% of the downloads in a specific app category come from apps ranked in the top 5. How many do we have ranked that high??
I tried all 3 bars in the past few days. Picked them up at Discount Drug Mart located near my gym here in OH. I thought they tasted ok, definitely targeted to the diehard health food person. All 3 boxes were almost empty and they were on a bottom shelf.
Great article involving Universal VP talking about download stores. Looks like we are stepping up to the plate...especially w/ our relationship w/ Universal artists!!
Behind the music: Universal throws down the gauntlet to download stores
Does Universal Music Group's declaration that new download stores have to innovate really mean they are happy with iTunes' domination?
The Beatles ... still not on iTunes, thanks to EMI. Photograph: PA
At last weekend's Great Escape music festival and conference in Brighton, Universal Music Group's vice president of digital, Francis Keeling, made some revealing statements about his company's projected business model.
Though Keeling stated that UMG is keen to encourage as many business partners as possible, trying new models, he added: "We don't want lots of businesses launching the same old service that's in the market though." Speculation quickly turned to what he meant by the "same old service". Did he mean there's already an iTunes, and we don't need any more online record shops? iTunes is already by far the biggest download store.
Tom Frederikse, an attorney at Clintons who often represents digital music startups, says Keeling's statement is worrying: "It implies that Universal is not interested in any new download stores, unless the wheel can be reinvented. If so, I'll have to advise my clients accordingly."
Jon Webster, CEO of the Music Managers Forum, is equally worried by Keeling's statement. "There needs to be competition in order for us to see an evolution in the market space," he says. "The more places people can access legal downloads, the better."
Universal has the biggest market share of all the labels. In the first quarter of 2010, it topped the list with 33% of albums sold (runner-up Sony had 20.9%) and 33.8% of singles (Sony had 24.3%). Warner Music had 15% of albums (EMI had 13.3%) and 14.7% of singles (EMI had 10.4%). In other words, Universal and Sony control over half of the market, and they know the value that brings to the table when negotiating with new music services. Paul McCartney recently said that the reason the Beatles catalogue was still not on iTunes was because of EMI, not him.
In my opinion, Keeling's statement appears to sit uneasily with the British Phonographic Industry's commitment to support new, legal music services in return for the passing of the digital economy bill (DEB). The code of practice for the DEB is expected to be in place by the beginning of 2011. Under its terms, Ofcom will have to report to the secretary of state to show what rights-holders have done to make their content legally available.
"The size of the upfront payments these labels demand often prohibits startups to enter the market," says Webster. It's understandable that labels need a payment guarantee, especially with streaming services, to make sure that they're dealing with an "above board" company. But when it comes to à la carte downloading services, every use can be immediately paid for. It's a business model that has already been proven to work.
Music industry sources claim that a startup download service was recently asked to pay six-figure sums to the two biggest labels (apparently, this tends to be their going rate). The service eventually got EMI and Warner on board for a rumoured £25,000 each, while not being able to afford the other two majors. It's impossible to get a firm confirmation on the exact amount, as all the deals are covered by non-disclosure agreements.
Would it not be in the music industry's interest to encourage healthy competition among legal download stores, instead of leaving iTunes in a position where they're responsible for nearly 80% of the download market?
Asked for clarification, Keeling explained that his point is about the need for variety, not more of the same. "Our recommendation to business partners is that there is no 'typical' music fan, and so we would encourage a variety of stores and services, to target the diversity of music fans," he replied. "We want as many successful services as possible."
If there was a court order it would likely appear on this site. I have not found anything and have been checking it since Bruno arrived w/ his bs. The music attorneys seem to be busy in LA, but there is no mention of ENTI or Musicmatrix anywhere on here relating to an injunction. They seem to know the scoop when it comes to injunctions in the music biz.

If you search injunctions, many come up as it is always major music news
If you search ENTI, all of our PR's are there for the music industry to see
Thanks Nolander...I will sleep well this weekend holding my ENTI shares tight.
