Board, new pictures are coming in. 9 new ones have been added to the collection. Apparently, IBP is building lofts. hmmmm...

That's not a local website. I'm collecting photo's and putting them there. Someone sent me those two pictures yesterday.
Anyone have any photo's please email them to mike.greenspirit@gmail.com
I can update it in seconds.
Thanks
Never said they built the store. Where did you get that information from.
sand, the reason I've pointed out that statement on a number of occasions is it's really the only thing we as investors can absolutely verify one way or the other. The rest of the information contained in his articles is nothing but hearsay inflamed accusations, laced with ugly imagery.
Having one obvious lie in the articles, leads one to believe other gross inaccuracies are probably present.
mx, this statement from Rennie's second article is an out and out lie. I am an investor, and Petar *never* promoted the 20 million dollar development. We at this board were the ones who discovered the original article about KORE and made the connection.
It's as simple as that. And I challenge Mr. Rennie to produce one shred of evidence that backs up this claim.
The hotel project is the largest of a number of multimillion-dollar deals — including a $20-million commercial development in Colchester Village — that Vucicevich and his companies have promoted to investors.

Sulja Bros. Building Supplies, Ltd. (SLJB.PK) Announces Cement Distribution in Dubai
Sulja Bros. Building Supplies, Ltd. (PINKSHEETS: SLJB) has currently secured a large source of cement at an extremely competitive price from eastern European suppliers. The UAE currently faces a shortage in the cement production industry by about 5 million tonnes per year, forcing it to import cement to facilitate the needs of the construction industry, according to a recent report by the Middle East Economic Digest (MEED).
A Sulja spokesperson stated, "We are currently receiving numerous requests for cement in the Dubai region and we are aggressively working to meet our client's needs." Moreover, CEO Steve Sulja stated, "We conservatively expect the sale of the cement in Dubai to reach 180 million dollars over the next twelve months. Furthermore we are negotiating a continuous and competitive supplier of structural steel. Another product in short supply in the region."
"We are encouraging cement importation to the UAE, because the market price at present is high and, as with all fair trade markets, we do not want to enforce price restrictions," said Sultan bin Sulayem, Executive Chairman of Dubai Ports Authority (DPA) and Chairman of Nakheel at the Press conference concerning Gen. Shaikh Mohammed's decision.
They must have been hiding behind all those bags of cement.
Hey gang, it should be obvious to just post in English. I only know how to read Italian besides English, so it would be impossible to monitor the board with multiple languages posting.
Thanks for your support.
I wonder if Serg is trying to use the paper and the naive reporter Gary (who is more than willing to post anything negative about Sulja), to get a better price for his land?
Board, since we have the weekend before trading opens up again. Request as many people as possible from the Detroit/Windsor area take some digital photo's and email them to me. Any photo's related to Sulja would be great to add to my rather pathetic online collection.
Please email them to mike.greenspirit@gmail.com
Thanks..
Energy, as I explained in pm. You're spamming the same message over and over. Try refreshing your screen. Spamming is a TOU violation.
Recommend watching a few video's of this amazing city being built today. It's really quite incredible.

No problem with that. Just don't understand why it has be be a one or the other issue to you. Can't both thoughts coexist in the same world?
Yes, made the point quite often Nebula. It's obvious the company needs to put out the pr. Point is, what's the point in saying it over and over? I'll think we'll hear something when they get all their ducks lined up, the timing of that is anybodies guess.
In the meantime, we have an interesting personal grudge publicly being displayed between a local newspaper reporter and the company. Far more interesting to me to talk about that then repeat the same "Get the AF's out" over and over.
Gary put out such a weak negative article today it was easily refuted by the company. I wonder if he's going to get a nasty call from his hedge fund boss to produce better results? LOL
I can hear the conversation now....
Hedge Fund Boss: Gary, what the hell is going on, you were supposed to cause the stock to go down today, not up you knucklehead!
Gary: Oh sorry boss, the company put out a pr that refuted my article in the first 15 minutes of trading.
HFD: You're supposed to time the release better than that Gary! What are we paying you for anyway, now get over to Jimmy's house and photo shop some new nasty pictures of Black Pete for your next article.
Gary: Ok boss, sorry. I still have the old picture, do you think we can make it look even worse?
HFD: If you don't you know what will happen, I'll take away that toy computer you've had since high school. Now jump in that Pinto of yours and get over there right away!
Gary: Yeeesiiir, (shaking) on my way. LOL
Are you suggesting any of those articles written by Mr. Rennie represent real solid investigative reporting?
If the paper is legitimate, then assign someone who can do a professional journalistic report, and not some high school embarrassment to the profession.
Would you hire a reporter who wrote such nonsense? And who also wrote a lie regarding Petar using the Colchester Development to promote this stock?
I know I wouldn't. I would fire a reporter writing that kind of claptrap.
It's pretty obvious to me they haven't removed the old sign of the previous owners. Or, do you think a new store is a new building?
How has the business misrepresented itself? Please be specific.
Then why don't they do some real investigative reporting?
He has already lied about Petar using the Colchester Development to promote this stock. Why would he lie and why would a reputable paper print such a lie?
Consider this angle. Since the first nasty tabloid article on Petar nearly two weeks ago, this is all Gary Rennie can find of dirt on the company. A ridiculous he said she said landlord rent dispute and this latest SAMS issue. I had a feeling I smelled a rat agenda after the second article came out.
Remember, this is his job. He hasn't written another story for nearly two weeks.
It looks like he is trying desperately to back up his original article, because he knows he is in legal trouble.
This is the second confirmation we've seen the paper is lying. We all know they lied previously when they said Petar was using the Colchester Development project to promote this stock. Now it appears they've made up quotes from the previous owner of SAM's.
Amazing drama unfolding here folks. Could this be a coordinated attack against the company with some highly placed people at Canwest? We don't know, but I say screw the puny Windsor Star and start examining their parent company more closely.
Funny thing is quite a few people on this board called Gotbetter after that initial press release and they confirmed multiple times they were working for Loftwerks/SuljaBrothers.
I remember at least 4 posts testifying to that.
Here is the satire article I posted the other day that SPIN told me immediately after I posted it in pm he was copying it to send to Canwest's lawyers. I added two paragraphs to the bottom.

Retired tabloid Journalist puts Windsor Star in jeopardy of closing.
Friday November 24, 9:37 pm ET
By Mike Greenspirit, IHUG Business Writer
Windsor Star tabloid reporter Gary Rennie has placed the newspaper in jeopardy of closing informed sources report. On 15 NOV Gary Rennie operating out of his home and on contract from the paper, wrote a front page news story timed with the delayed audit report of Sulja Brothers Ltd (SLJB), causing the stock to crash 90% and investors to lose millions of dollars in the opening minutes of trading.
Infuriated stock holders stated "We'll shut that tabloid down if we have to hire every lawyer in Canada to do it" after seeing their portfolios lose hundreds of thousands after the opening bell.
In the two allegedly libelous articles, Mr. Rennie described Sulja Brothers CEO as "Black Pete" and displayed pictures of an extremely unflattering nature to back up his imagery. Lawyers representing shareholders have told the paper, "instigating hatred does not have immunity". And Canadian high courts appear to agree.
Canadian high courts recently ruled in the case of Falun Gong vs Pan Xinchun decision "Instigators of Hatred do not have immunity" and "using characters and pictures to instigate hatred, violates Canadian Criminal Law". Moreover, according to the United Nations' Convention (article 5(a). Instigating hatred itself is not the business or legitimate responsibility of any reporter.
Media looking into ties to hedge funds.
In a late breaking report, major news reporters including the Wall Street Joural are looking into possible collusion between overseas hedge funds and Windsor Star business Editor Tom McMahon, as well as parent company CFO John Maguire, of Canwest Global Communications. Attempts to reach Mr. McMahon were unsuccessful at his place of work. His secretary was contacted - she would not comment, except to say he took off in his new Jaguar XKR 100. "Tom loves driving that car and Gary is thinking of buying one too".
Repeated attempts to contact Canwest Global Communications for comment were unsuccessful.
Some are also questioning possible involvement of Canwest Global Executive and former Price Waterhouse Cooper accountant David Drybrough. In a Sulja Brothers AUG press release, they stated PWC was to be hired to complete the audit. The timing of the possible PWC audit delay precisely synchronized with the Windsor Star front page hit piece on Sulja CEO appear too coincidental for investors to ignore.
Speculation also surrounds CanWest MediaWorks Income Fund, which is 74% owned by Canwest Global and made over 140 million dollar last year; some wonder whether the fund limits participating in hedge funds activity.
"no relation to any real individuals is intended by this satire." LOL
That's basically what I heard through the rumor mill. They own the Red Sea Group and other entities. Sort of a like a Capital Management firm.
I visualized it to be a few wealthy Arab investors using multiple layers of businesses. It would make sense if one of the major players like Mr. al-muslmani saw Sulja sign a contract with Emaar.
I heard Wessal is just a group of investors in Dubai. No *proof* one way or the other.
Actually, in March the stock is about where it is now. Middle of September would have been a lot better.
I think the convergence of those two events after market hours was too much of a coincidence. What it means I wouldn't venture a guess, but there is something not right about the way Petar was supposed to put out AF after hours, then did not and a totally one sided front page article came out absolutely decimating the stock in the opening minutes.
We shall see. I could be wrong and it could simply be a case of 'Hanlon's Razor theory' which says "Never attribute to malice that which can be adequately explained by stupidity".
LOL! Yeah, he would probably spin the story with this headline.
Paid IHUB poster attack Canwest Global, linked with Black Pete.
Here is an interesting angle. Did you know one member of the Board Executives at Canwest Global (parent company of the Windsor Star), is a former Price Waterhouse Cooper accountant by the name of David Drybrough?
Did you also know CanWest MediaWorks Income Fund, which is 74% owned by Canwest Global, made over 140 million dollar last year? I wonder if they can invest in hedge funds?
Just some food for thought...
Ashghal warns erring contractors

Qatar’s Public Works Authority (Ashghal) has warned contractors that they will be blacklisted if they fail to complete its projects as per schedule.
These contractors will not be allowed to bid tenders floated by Ashghal in future, Jamal Shreda Al Kaabi, director, Road Project Affairs, was quoted as saying in a Peninsula report.
The Qatari companies, which have undertaken some of the prestigious projects of Ashghal, are really doing a good job. However, some of them can further improve their performance, he said.
Some international companies, which failed to meet the deadline, have approached Ashghal with certain excuses requesting to extend the contract period. Ashghal, considering their good track record, has agreed to extend the deadline. However, these companies will have to pay the compensation, as per the mutual agreement in the contract, Al Kaabi said.
I was told via email the pictures of the house with Sulja products on the outside is being built by IBP. I wonder if anyone has visited IBP's address lately?

Yeah, kinda ironic they are using PWC isn't it? LOL
Interesting angle. Looks like Canwest Global Communications parent company of the Windsor Star barely made a profit last year.

Apparently, advertisement dollars are in serious decline. Probably reflective of the business environment impacting most of the newstand papers these days.
We'll be leaving in a few hours. It's still early here on the west coast.
I disagree. The use of the word mommy was infamatory and used to attack the individual personally. Other language could have just as easily been used.
Not really accurate holein. The first article about Kore and the Colchester development was written in a way the Town Council would take notice of. Highlighting such things as, no counsel approval for the project and no permits had been pulled yet, although houses were being torn down.
I was negative in the sense it cast doubts on Petar's claims of bringing business to the area. Not as nasty and innuendo ridden as the next two articles of course, but still not really positive.
I'm sure the same people who threatened me when I wrote a genuinely funny parody, will level no such threats against that individual.
That one took me about 15 minutes of clowning around to write. Imagine if I really tried?
Full of hatred is all I can figure. I mean who in their right mind would not think that was funny....
I'm gone for a while. Hate this threatening crap. Now I think I see a taste of what allinone has been going through with his death threats.
One person has pm'd me that he copied it and sent it to Canwests legal department in order to get me.
All the fun is gone from this place I'm afraid.
Some people have no sense of humor. I wonder how it is the onion can do parody with people like that around.
