.75 cents coming soon.
Do your homework. If you notice, MONEY is the first word in the video.

I don't know the date that he did that interview, but he specified 6 - 8 weeks from that date. He stated that the interview was being recorded, " around the middle of January". So assuming it was say the 15th - 4-6 weeks to go.
Ben also stated that we would be uplisting to the NASDAQ in February. Excellent!!
A shareholder's letter is not a business plan; especially for a publicly traded company.
I'm not bashing the company. I'm exposing them, so that even you can protect yourself.
I actually can say that now with GRBX.
Can you direct me to the business plan where they state that?
Please...HUMBL doesn't have the technology or the licenses and certificates to move money, and if you look at the MobiePay wallet, you'll see that all major retail...including Amazon...is on board with them.
Why are you quoting PayPal, when we're talking about HUMBL? HUMBL offers no services and no product. Now did I say that you can't make a buck trading them; no...because you can; as long as you know that, (right now), they are not a business, and they are only surviving on hype; which eventually is going to go away when they don't execute...then sub-penny ...here it comes with major losses that could have been avoided by understanding what you're trading and why it's going up and down. Hype.
An app is not a business. It's a tool that businesses use to get you to use their services. What services does HUMBL offer?
Okay...I want you to answer for me...I mean really answer without a joke or anger...What is going to be in 40 countries?
Congrats. Good Luck.
Look at a real company in action. GRBX. I bought multiple thousands of shares in around 2018, at an average price of .08 cents. I sat on that stock through thick and thin because I always new their business plan; sometimes they even had yield signs but I held tight and tracked their execution. I've been trading stocks long enough to know a real company begins, executes, and wins. In all fairness...I would know how to make a buck off of TSNP, but the drop...I predict is going to happen so dramatically, that it's not worth the risk.
That may be true, but the difference now...MobiePay.io is executing HUMBL's business plan.
.75...? Dropped .06 cents in six minutes. Soon the panic will be set in motion and everyone will sell. That's called negative hype. So far this company has been prospering on positive hype; and all because they don't have a plan for a real business. As a matter of fact...you'll even be selling soon.
YES! Really awesome!
press release
Lucky you. Good luck in your investment.
I didn't ask them to sticky it...and I don't care if it's stays or goes.
Why not?! They're saying it on their website. Look - this site is for investors to exchange information about companies, so that we can make better informed decisions investing. Show me one time that I told anyone not to invest in TSNP...you can't - I didn't. I'm presenting factual info from the HUMBL website and the companies I compare it to. That is what this site is for, not to create only info that makes investors feel good about HUMBL; you're being warned to be careful. Take it as such. I really don't care what anyone buys...but fair is fair...they hyped their stock...everyone bought....the price went up...and HUMBL made promises that they have yet to fulfill. Stop hiding from the truth. If your goal is to make money on a stock, pay attention to the warning signs that tell whether it will happen or not...and buy or sell if you want. Stop complaining about the truth...use the truth to protect your money. GLTA

I'm not saying that you or anyone should or shouldn't believe in this company; and or buy its' shares. I am only - fairly bringing up true holes in this company's business plan, that I know will make it difficult, if not impossible, for them to accomplish what they say they will.
Can you truly understand a company that 1.) (in the same presentation to its' shareholders), says that they can only launch their business in Singapore; which is not true: Singapore / investor warning, and then moments later state that they are launching in 40 countries; and then 2.) claims that they are going to move money across global borders, and then in the fine print state that they are not money transmitters. click here and scroll down to the bottom of the page
I am not bashing this company, as I was accused. I am more so exposing them. I am showing you the difference between what is being verbally said to us to keep us buying, versus what they are putting in fine print on their website to legally protect themselves from being charged with fraud.
The writing is on the wall; and on their website. All we have to do is read it. Where HUMBL may have started out as a legal business venture, as of right now, they are not.
They haven't done their homework on HUMBL either.
That's the problem. This company is keeping shareholders focused on stock price movement, and off of business plan and execution. An American Company in California that can only legally do business in Singapore. Singapore?! Come on now.
That's 100 percent your choice.
First off. In order for HUMBL to do any financial transactions...just in the United States, they would need to first have the technology in place; With all of the legal protections; they don't. If they did have it....They would then need a PCI-DSS certificate; they don't have that either. If they had those things and wanted to move, transfer, or process money outside of the US... They would need an EMI license; they don't have that. They don't have any of the things that they need to execute their business plan. In fact.... We don't even know their business plan... They haven't released it. I never tell people whether or not to buy a stock; buy it if you want. I'm just pointing out some serious discrepancies and inadequacies in what they are saying to us to get us to buy shares.
I agree. mobiepay.io This is the company that is actually executing the business plan that HUMBL wishes they could. This company's management is eating crow because they put the cart in front of the horse. They have yet to release a business plan; on paper; submitted to the SEC; and it's a joke that they can only pursue any type of business venture in Singapore. Just because their stock is being purchased and rises; and they apply for trademarks doesn't mean that they have a product or services in place to create business. I saw a lot of subtle back tracking from all the hype in that presentation today.
I think that you make a good point.
I agree. IMO, Tryp has an excellent business plan that will greatly appeal to anyone who is now an Uber or Lyft driver:
1.) Drivers only pay a monthly fee for the opportunity to use, (what amounts to), GRBX's LOOPZ system connected to GRBX's QuickCard POS system;
2.) Outside of the monthly fee, the driver gets paid a guaranteed "by the mile" amount, 100% of the price of the trip, and additional pay after they get the restaurant or market to use GRBX's blockchain POS system and equipment; which, IMO, is their ultimate goal.
If Tryp is successful across the globe; which is where I believe GRBX is directing this business plan, (third world countries with massive populations of poor people and poor economies, that will be able to start delivery and taxi businesses, and get guaranteed and priced pay, instantly in USD, and then have that USD converted to their country's currency; especially touristy spots like The West Indies, Mexico, etc.), GRBX will have their POS equipment in some of the most remote areas of the world. Areas that to this day are untouched by any financial institutions; and never have been.
GRBX is not an American company, but a global company stationed in America. Tryp, even if it fails as a business in a year, will still have placed hundreds of thousands of QuickCard - GRBX POS equipment into micro markets across the world. From Target and WalMart, to that fish marketer in Thailand or the Philippines; all using GRBX's Blockchain Ecosystem; no bank necessary. Always think bigger with this company...because that's what we own.
If I'm not mistaken, HUMBL is actually creating a POS software that is to go into a blockchain POS system.
I agree that there are a lot of companies targeting that market, but I believe that this one, MobiePay.io , will actually accomplish it over all others, because they have the blockchain Point of Sale system needed to do it. HUMBL and others may find a way to move and convert money with a basic blockchain technology company, but they won't be able to sell or buy anything at a store counter without blockchain point of sale equipment; the POS equipment being used by MobiePay.io.
What is your opinion of this? mobiepay.io
This company seems to be living out the business plan that HUMBL wants to create.
I just clicked it, and it worked. I'm not sure what I can do more
to help you.
You can try it manually by typing this address if this link doesn't work here: http://admin.quickcard.me/agreements/tos
They have license agreements with many; to include American Express, DiscoverCard, Visa and MasterCard; and MobiePay. This is what is meant by "know the stock you own". Any company, that is using a Blockchain POS System, is using GRBX's technology. Any and all companies; regardless of the company's size. This company will be hundreds of dollars a share, if not thousands.
GRBX License Agreement Visa/MC
I only have a speculative link between GreenBox and MobiePay.
1.) MobiePay states in its' business plan that it uses, and is integrated, into a Blockchain Point of Sale System and a blockchain ecosystem; and that that Blockchain POS, and ecosystem system is their primary advantage over any of the other popular wallets; and
2.) GreenBox POS, because of their blockchain patents, PCI Level 1 status, and the EMI license that they needed and acquired from their MoltoPay Financial Ltd merger, is the only company, in the world, that is legally capable of using a blockchain POS and Ecosystem globally in business; and
3.) MobiePay has the same merchant partners: Amazon, FedEx, Target, etc., claimed in their business plan as GreenBox POS. Look on pages 11, 15 and 16 specifically of MobiePay's business model:mobiepay.io
This venture, if successful will ultimately be the downfall of MoneyGram and Western Union; or at least their store fronts. With GRBX/GBOX technology as the catalyst for that downfall.
No problem.
Good luck to all here.
Truthfully...the only way that HUMBL can even execute even a portion of it's projected business plan is to: 1.) have in place a blockchain Point Of Sale system connected to a blockchain ecosystem; and 2.) have the banks, financial institutions and businesses onboard with them - e.g. Amazon, FedEx, etc.. All of which is in the pocket of another company with the same business plan...already in motion: mobiepay.io
Go through their business plan page by page. They are doing what HUMBL wants to do; everything. mobiepay business plan
