so basically the FDIC is saying they will consider helping, but if it has anything to do with them stealing wamu and gifting to JPMC, then they plea the 5th. i agree that is the single largest problem with this board, I am heavily invested in FNDM, but this "speculation from people that swear they know all and they know how to trade better then everyone else", is ruining the board. No one wants to invest when its being pumped by three people who all seem to be puming multiple stocks together. They need to go tag team on another board one that I am not invested in.

The Market hates uncertainty in times like this, that is why the whole market sucks right now. As for our pps dropping, The only thing that we "ARE CERTAIN" about is the EXAMINER is a good thing for the shareholders, but their are a lot of other uncertanties, like "WHO" will be the examiner, "WHAT" will they find, "WHEN" will this be over and everyone get their big payout they all deserve. People its the STOCK MARKET, and everything is down for the most part, so just like the market was down in March of 2009, AND CAME RIGHT BACK UP, SO WILL WAMUQ. WE JUST NEED A REASON TO BELIEVE IN IT AGAIN. And i believe that reason is right around the corner. I am a pre-seizure holder so I know what it is like to wait, trust me I see the light at the end of the tunnel. AIMO

i want to give you props for being able to stay calm, and listen yesterday at court. I was just listening on the phone and i was screaming at the phone like some psycho, i almost threw it across the room a few times. Listening to those dirtbags say "why now, why get examiner now this late in the hearing" i wanted to just slap him in the face just for being so damn ignorant. anyway i could ramble for hours about all the BS that happened in court yesterday, but i wont. Again thank you Ilenes, Lebosco and all the others who represent us in the courtroom. You too Don, for your help on the boards everyday.
