"Lithium Technology Corporation with its unique lithium ion is recognized as a leading technology company and the memo of understanding that we signed with EnerSys emphasizes this point," commented Dr. Klaus Brandt, president and chief technology officer of Lithium Technology Corporation. "We are very pleased to partner with EnerSys, a world leading battery company with a strong global market presence and reputation for product quality and service. We believe that the partnership, which started approximately a year ago, will increase our exposure in the battery market and increase our revenue growth.
Partnership?? Yeah and they took our factories lol Why didn't Enersys update our factories? Why would A relatively risky company like Monbat with huge debt take the risk..
This was July 2013 and the deal was finalized in October. Interesting Mr. Brandt shows up at Monbat..
Mr Craig stated this.
John Craig, chairman, president and chief executive officer of EnerSys stated, "This relationship with Lithium Technology will allow EnerSys to offer our customers additional lithium ion product options to complement our broad line of lead acid and other specialty products to meet our customers' applications and needs. We look forward to finalizing the agreement in the near future."
Is this a coincidence?? Or did Enersys send Mr. Brandt in to clean uip the company and when Enersys acquires Monbat Brant will be the next CEO.
Very interesting... Could the judge have said this must be cleaned up by Oct. That would make it about 7 years from the date of are agreement with Enersys... Which could very well mean the statue of limitations for fraud could come up? I mean I can't believe when the factories were privatized it didn't raise issues with the bankruptcy judge as far as possible fraud. The judge could have said they will file charges against all parties about this transaction unless the creditors and the stockholders were reimbursed. This could be very very big because the factories were listed for about 90,000,000 on the final bankruptcy filing. Unless somebody could provide me with a document that the shareholders were notified and or they could do it without our knowledge. You have to understand the factories were never listed I believe in the initial Chapter 13 and Chapter 7, but there were put on the final filing. Also, our CEO Koster at the final filing change the one million dollar award to him to a different entity. Why would he waste his time knowing this company was worthless. And I checked the beneficiary and it was going to an obscured company that I could find little information about.
Always in my opinion and not based on any facts purely speculation
Do da moon!!!!!!!
Another thing.. The CEO of Monbat stated they were looking to expand into the lithium battery market for two years..And I don't believe they just stumbled on to us... Their profile as far as their major products are the same as Enersys and as well as you know they (Enersys) played down lithium batteries at all their conference calls while doing business with us. Too many things went down and I can't believe all the creditors are taking a naked eye to this matter and I can't believe the bankruptcy judge did either otherwise this stock would not be trading.. I can go on in detail of many question as I have in the past. And maybe you are right but at least the end won't come until this stock is delisted.. And all the things I have stated as far as the dealings in the past I challenge anyone to prove me wrong! IMHO as I have said I am only guessing and this is not attempt to criticize or insinuate any wrong doing with anyone concerning this matter. But statements I made about what people have said in my best recollection are true!
Only the lawyers got paid... the creditors haven't got a nickel...only Virium got a few millions dollars because someone stepped in and paid them off as they were about to take the assets away, and this was a side deal and how it could happen in the auspices of the bankruptcy judge is another mystery, but I believe Enersys came up with this cash to do so and parked our technology with Monbat.. And if you can read the whole docket you will find the lawyers for trustee negotiated a much lower payment. Why he would do that is another mystery. Did it really matter how much the lawyers wanted...Since this company as you have said is worthless? The only reason why I keep talking about this matters I have always learned when something doesn't make sense there has to be an underlying reason. And usually only a couple people know...
This is fun.. I wanted to ask him about the creditors that are owed 16,000,000 why did thyme waste their time on invisible paper.. And they most likely know more than us... lol If a company owed me money and I knew they were worthless I wouldn't bother filling out the paperwork!
look at post 2997
yes I agree as we still are trading lol whos doing the filing's to stay registered ? lol
Yes, and I am hoping it all comes back to haunt them!
It all a scam.. we could not make batteries cost effective so deals were made behind our backs.. It stare ted with Neil Bush when he allegedly sold the technology to China for 250,000 because he thought it would be along time before anyone would make money. He was right but us stockholders got screwed.
It was stated after 5 years that the can keep the deal going or renegotiate. This all was erased from the internet.. Enersys was suppose to supply us with batteries. But we never sold the factories to them. Can you post this where we did? And is was quite explicit that we only gave them the space and defence space. Isn't uncanny that Enersys does not sell lithium batteries batteries for the automotive sector or and there is no talk about in the future?? Try to find our agreement with Frazer Nash that's been erased too.. But are batteries are being sold through a Chinese company now.. The scams go on forever.
So your telling me the market makers are going to keep this trading? Oh, I don't buy it. How much have they made today... I mean McDonalds pays more money in a month that you could spend time watching this in a year!! lol
Coming soon is the 6th year Enersys sign an agreement with us and took over of factories. I find it hard to believe the judge wasn't asking questions about the disposition of factories and how they were turned in to a private company when in fact we owned them! And how could they listed in the bankruptcy when in fact they were no longer owned by us.. I doubt very much the judge was that stupid!
move on ? another agreement... cancel all shares and creditor debt? Not sure if I see your reasoning
I can imagine he owns some unless he is very bored. I never check a message board of stock I don't own never have lol
Like I said this IMHO was closed door deal. The most likely Monbat and Enersys agreed to clean this up in a period of time. But since it was a closed hearing contract we will never know until the end. I believe performance was essential so they have to acquire so many shares until the end of the contractual agreement. Or they asked the judge to give them time . And you know as well as me if they could acquire all the shares for less then minus Arch shares they literally got the company for about 700,000 plus the creditors at 16 million they got a deal! So funny 5 shares just trader traded lol Was that MMs selling back and forth?? lol
Maybe you should read about Boris Becker..
Looks likes he leaning my way a bit... I can understand why .. who is keeping this Chapter 7 situation alive. Has to be more than what he believes because the trading patterns don't agree with his philosophy. Especially the spike last December.. I think it's quota that someone liable is to buy every year. My guess is Enersys or Monbat. Otherwise this would never have a market cap of 3 million!! The MMs would have put this to sleep a long time a go. A long shot it might be in Neil Bushes hands and Dave Cade the first ones IMHO who fleeced our assets. I can't believe the judge didn't look into the history. There must have been closed doors talk on the final resolution otherwise transparency would be there. And as of now nobody knows the final deal when Monbat acquired our factories. Like I said there is no way they got them for free! Otherwise if they had no value Monbat would have never updated those facilities and again who exactly updated the factories?? Too many questions ..no transparency. Again for a public company this is unheard of! Dozens of questions no public documentation! I challenge anyone to show me what the final deal was!
I also think that this December could prove to be very interesting if there is a volume and price spike like it was on Friday December 13th lol
I still say the January of 1996 this stock was trading .0001 and was in the verge of being delisted... then all of a sudden there was a bit in at 100,000,000 at .0002. I think the judge probably declared in a back door session that we will be treated the same as everyone that has claims and then cancelled Arch's shares and only a few handful of people know what's next. As far as the everyone that was involved the judge also said they were not allowed to speak to anyone or buy any shares indirectly or directly in this company on the legal bases of going to jail.. Just IMHO
Well I am retired. So for me its all a game. But, you will have to agree with me as I have said all along there is no other story like this in the stock market especially since our technology is proven, but unfortunately we priced ourselves out of the market and Enersys in my opinion stole the show..reaping government contracts...and whoever else like Klaus Brandt winds up at the mysterious merger/partnership/ bought at bankruptcy sale with no information how much ... so if we every make any money its worth of writing a book about other similarities in the past like Edison and Am/FM radio.
About 6 years ago I told you there would be a 250,000,000 trading day someday. Well, considering if Arch's shares were canceled, it would seem to me this could mean a 25,000,000 share surge. Where the price goes nobody knows but what I think it's north from here.
your very comical but dennis why isn't any selling now?
lithium technology bankruptcy results with Monbat
I googled this and the first two hits were Monbat's website and my post on Investors Hub! lol
My post 4548
Gbat the bankruptcy results never concluded in specific information in what Monbat paid for our assets. I wrote all about this before. I think there was a secret deal made and like I said before.. Two year tax deal in which Enersys can write off the whole cost of our past "dealing" good and bad and at the same time take over Monbat. It's interesting Enersys just did some 300,000,000 debt consolidation deal. This could have been done for many reasons. The most interesting thing is to do a tax deal it must be done after two years. Maybe Enersys put in a filing and some crafty people who saw the filing caught on to the idea that this could be a profitable situation. All my speculation
Coincidence?
And finally this!
The deal allows Monbat to tap on a new market in the high-power battery systems solutions, based on safe and proven Lithium Iron Phosphate cell chemistry. No immediate details on the acquisition price.
So Dennis what was the price and where is the money?
The last filing on the bankruptcy listed 250,000 in assets and that money was paid to the lawyers.. What's more interesting I have contacted all the lawyers and they all say the case is over. When I asked details they stopped talking to me. The last CEO and the Verdant people either have been evasive or don't return my request to chat with them. So maybe you can enlighten me why I am wrong... lol
Somebody must know something.. This article came our five days after the Dec. 13th 1999 run up to .0025

Coincidence??
And this Dennis?? "to benefit all stockholders"
Why didn't they say they acquired us for free in bankruptcy??
Is this why we are still trading. I got no hits on any settlement whether it be in bankruptcy or posted or documented. Something doesn't add up?
This acquisition marks MonBat's entry into the lithium ion business and allows a new market presence in the high-power battery systems solutions. This technology can address many niche high power applications and meet the very high requirements for reliability and safety, which many applications demand.
MonBat has merged both German entities into Nordhausen-based company EAS Batteries.
"In the last two years, we have analysed many opportunities for further growth of our group but the combination of the former Gaia and EAS companies was unique as was the knowledge of the local team. [...] We will build new state of the art facilities that will enable us to produce these new products in large quantities for the benefit of all stakeholders," MonBat's CEO said in the statement.
GAIA Akkumulatorenwerke was set up in 1996 and is specializing in large format cells and batteries.
EAS Germany is a joint venture between Gaia and Enersys/Hawker. The company focused on cell production and technology development on large cylindrical and high power cells for hybrid electric drive trains, heavy duty industrials and defence applications.
Monbat is a Sofia-based manufacturer of lead acid batteries. The company has a market capitalisation of about 230 million euro and a consolidated EBITDA of 23 million euro for 201
Interesting on Monbat's Fact sheet... they call it a merger.. not a bankruptcy?? Very interesting.....the merger details have not been announced yet??

EASy Marine® has an Enersys tone to it lol
They will make billions... we will get the crumbs if we are lucky..Same thing happened with my Xybernaut investment.. That technology is all over the world toady in cell phones today, billions I lost They privatized the company after bankruptcy and sold the patents to Google!! luckily I sold most of my stock before they filed for bankruptcy .. Another company that landed in Alexandria VA get the point.. conspiracies abound!
short of any specifics... when is this stock going to a Nickle... lol will it happen this century?? lol
if you think its going to a Nickle why aren't to buying the 500000 shares offered at .001 !!!!!!
you missed my point ...he already knows that .001 is the lowest we go out at and there is no risk!
I wouldn't be surprised if we are giving .001 for our shares.. anything higher would be lucky.. and there is a good chance the 10 million share bidder knows it.. guaranteed 22 percent return on his money..
These MMs are trying everything to shake peoples shares .. the million shares on the bid and ask are all gone like they evaporated..
Well if I were to buy this company I would want this done too lol
but your probably right...All I am saying is Enersys is a good fit and what a better way to buy a company when its down..
Looks like they are ready to be bought. My guess the buyer (Enersys) required this before they are bought.
https://www.monbatgroup.com/en/monbat-group-confirmed-operate-compliance-respective-legal-and-regulatory-requirements
Next time we take out .0016 this story is over!
Certainly blows Dennis's theory... not one sell at the bid today!
Well putting this puzzle together I will stick to my most likely theory that Enersys will take out Monbat and pay everyone off. I think it was a closed door session and the judge agreed that (Dennis theory)if ARCH gave up their shares (my theory)no other additional litigation would arise and Enersys was giving a timeframe that is quickly approaching to clean this up. I also believe the ten million share bid at .0008 is a MM. I also believe the reason we don't know is the whole deal is protected by SEC rules. 5 million to us would give us about a penny. (Overton theory) All in my humble opinion!
