you have a point, but gain percentages are gain percentages no matter the stock you choose and you always have to take probabilities into consideration with the types of stocks you choose.
nice entries.
today isn't boring, but instead it's a continuation of its basing. Good spot to enter or add at this .005 level, as it's providing an obvious level to manage risk. And technically, you can consider these 'boring' days as a spring being wound up. The longer it winds, the tighter the tension gets, thus the force of the release (upward movement desired) is being increased each day that it rests here at this level. Not a bad thing at all.
basically you are following the support/resistance on level 2 with taking volume traded at each level into consideration and the available quantity of shares changing at those levels while they are being traded there. It's more useful with day trading. Are you looking to day trade? If not, then don't bother. Do you find starting at Level 2 all day fascinating? If not then don't bother. Also, it is not a high quality practice any more because most orders are computerized and the quanity of stock available at the bid/ask being displayed is not real. An ECN might be showing the order of 2 million shares available at the bid, but in reality it's actually 10,000, thus the illusion of strength in the stock is being facilitated, drawing suckers to buy the stock, where actually the same company is on the asking, tricking you into filling their sell order on the ask, where the entire intention is for them to exit the stock, not enter. Which leads me to point out that taking the ask is a sucker's game, also known as chasing a stock; professionals enter on bids, letting the stock come down to the price they wish to purchase at, thus they are in control of what they are doing. This technique you are asking about takes many many hours of experience and having someone sit next to you in real time is preferable, not asking someone on the net to teach you. Perhaps you are thinking that this reply is of no help, but me discouraging you is a favor, the same as telling someone to stay away from drugs or the like.
.0059! yes! now everyone who bought on the first pump and dump last year can break even! the wait was worth it!
.004+ woo hoo! Now the majority of us can break even!
Arrrgh! Closed negative, time to blame the shorts!
yeah, those dastardly profit takers/loss cutters! Shame on them for taking the opportunity to sell at a higher price than what it has been for the last several months!
being late and being underfunded are never good things
that's actually a really bad risk/reward ratio, 1% chance for a 10% payout. Did you mean 10:1 payout?
well put
oh okay I see, I was looking at the transaction that occurred right before you made your post.
85,400 * .055 = $4697
yes. healthly accumulation going on this week.
Historic trends have shown that all PR's in the past 6 months have had a negative impact on OTOW
The downtrend shouldn't be 100% attributed to the PR's being issued; that poor logic could also be used to say 'oh, if it wasn't for the PR's the down trend would be 10 times worse!'
Both premises are weak. I would stay away from making an association between the trend and the PR's.
The PR's themselves are their own seperate topic. My opionion is that they're fluff. The main ideas behind them are good, but there are very few actual facts provided supporting them, which is what makes them fluff. Yeah great, we're opening shop in DR, fine, but what's the projected revenue stream. If a projection hasn't been made, then the capital investment made towards entering that market should not have been made. Therefore, if Val has any idea what he's doing, then that projection should have be made. This is just an example of what a solid PR would contain, not just some announcement that is very difficult to verify independently.
Also, in regards to the stock's price, notice how most stock scams are related to doing business outside of the country? That's because you can't easily verify its claims. Take that into consideration next time you wonder to yourself why the price is what it is. I'm not saying OTOW is a scam, just telling you what others are thinking in general regarding companies doing business outside of the country and just 'happen' to be a pink sheet. Most people equate pinks with scams anyways, otow's operations being outside of the country doesn't help it too much in regards to this matter.
Another words: it's a pink; seeing a pop and drop shouldn't be a surprise.
smart thinking Janice!
And plus, it needs to be taken into consideration that with tight floats stocks can go down just as easily as they can go up!
lemon-what? that's not cool
Well, the only thing I can think of is an unimaginative response of, release a earnings report showing profitability and forward growth potential, and expose the report to the market.
I think the main problem which I know must seem like a broken record by now, but it's about the lack of exposure of the stock/company.
In terms of profitability of my investment in the stock, I thought at one time it may be through dividends since it seemed the stock was going nowhere, but I don't think that's realistic anymore since financing was required for the buildings (which is reasonable in itself).
I thought 2011 would be ctdh's year since before it was projected that everything would be up and running by Sept. 2010, and the plant's beneficial impact would be seen within the last quarter of 2010 and 1st of 2011, but I have not seen any evidence to that event.
At the same time though, I do not see anything blocking the company from completing everything and moving forward; it's just taking longer than first projected.
works for me now that I switched machines. I guess some networks aren't crazy about google docs.

Looking for good news from 2010 and the manufacturing contributing to a record 2011!
exactly
what a shame for otow; a missed opportunity
the rise in price is nice considering that business operations are in their development phase. If things continue like this, by the time revenue is generated the wait will definately be worth it.
OTOW is not a Walmart. Walmart's main advantage over its competitors is economies of scale; name the actual advantage OTOW has over Orange; the fact that OTOW is not Orange is not an advantage, because that idea doesn't address the fact that it could be worse than Orange. For you to look into this would be true D&D, instead of reading fluff PR's that are continuously being reposted.
DR already has a cell phone service, it's called Orange, a company of France Telecom, one of the top 3 telecom companies in the world.
anybody got something different to post other than 'this stock is going to go up someday'?
It's nice to post hopes and dreams, but posts about the company is interesting too.
well... at least there's volume.
it's a sub-penny penny stock; the volume isn't going to amount to big $$. these type of stocks attract people with little $$ because it doesn't take much to get in. The world is dark and malicious only when you don't understand it.
just because someone is not positive does not mean they are not long; they are just cautious and do not believe in lying to themself.
A lot of people here lie to themselves because it's a lot easier than admitting they made a mistake with their money. It's a pride thing for them. Then whenever someone comes along and points out the inconsistencies regarding what is said and done concerning the company, or pointing out the false promises of other posters/mods who claim to be in contact with the CEO, they get labeled as having 'bad' intentions. Those people that do the lableling are the biggest liars; to themselves.
how can you not expect liftoff when you are being mislead by mods who keep posting that 'by the end of the day/week/month/year this will be .10 again', which has been going on for month after month?
And to think they are the ones who claim others are manipulating!
okay, looks like we got something good going on here.
nice pause today. Low volume rest before the next move.
here comes the volume, perhaps someone out there knows something.
The float is locked up! Everyone form a circle, hold hands, and start chanting so that the stock will rise!
it doesn't matter if he's running a profitable company or not, you're not investing money in him.
hypothetically, if otow opened at $1.00 tomorrow, would you sell? If so, would you also keep your sports bar?
The number of shorted shares stated by FINRA is incorrect because it includes all shares sold, so I've read all of the posts by people I think are shorters and added all the shares they've stated in their posting that they've shorted and concluded that the total of shorted shares is 500,000,000 plus, and that they have no way to cover. I know that doesn't make sense, but whatever!
I hope and pray every night that OTOW is going to rise, because that's all I got left in life, so therefore I'm never selling, no matter how much money I lose on paper!
OTOW may go down .0005 one day, but that's okay as long as it goes up .0001 the next day!
OTOW is going to go up because that's what I want to see happen!
Go OTOW and long live King Val the Valiant!
okay... so if it went from $1.00 per share to 'these prices' under .002 again, would you as happy about it as you are now?
I've the price hasn't really done much for the last several days, and at the same time no one's been posting what's being displayed Level 2; there must be a connection!!
Everyone start posting what's being quoted on Level 2 to get us out of this slump! Posting what's on Level 2 will make those devilish shorters cry and go to church to think about how bad their devilish shorting ways are!
