Happy Thanksgiving to you, too! We all have a lot to be thankful for! Best season of the year coming up.
Appreciate your reply. Come back and check the board in January. See how things are!
Oh, love your signature... NOT!!!
Short-term flipping only, IMO!!!
Well put, Tom. It's good to see another strong shareholder checking in. I know ya'll are still out there, right?
Kudos to you for taking the time to look into your investment. Too many people just rely on what they see on a message board to verify information. It is always best to pick up the phone, write an email and fact check to know your investment. For those who haven't done any homework on this company apart from message boards and just reading PRs and filings, it confuses them that investors like you would continue to hold and even buy shares in this company. The lack of any real knowledge about TDGI is evidenced by the posts we've seen the past few months.
Just watched my Netflix RD, thought the distributor got to put a logo at the begining ? Guess not HH.
Logic says yes, that Racing Dreams with its corporate retail exposure and Twelve with its Fox agreement will blow away anything Hounddog did. What's funny is TDGI has been pigeonholed and boxed into being all about the audited financials. To some extent, Eric's believability factors into all that. I'm actually fine with that on some level because I, and many others, have taken a lot of time to gather meaningful information on TDGI and Eric. Having done that, many still believe that Eric is building a solid foundation for something much, much bigger. It's taking a really long time seemingly for TDGI to get where it needs to be, and there have been missteps along the way. But the company is not diluting us and therefore is not scamming us, so logic stands to reason that if TDGI is gaining ZERO financially from the delays, then more likely than not it is building something solid for a real company - something so rare in pennyland folks don't know how to react to it.
I've had to work on my patience as an investor with TDGI. But as an investor who has bought good stocks before and sold out well before the right time, I've resolved to be disciplined and find some good picks, invest and wait them out. This is one of them...
I think you may be right. The silence won't last much longer. There are wheels in motion. Sooner or later the news is gonna break. When it does, we'll hit that 15 million share day you're talking about. Until then, we watch someone ping this down. What this "pinger" doesn't get is that when he knocks the price down, many are accumulating shares making his little game a little more difficult to play. Despite the silence on this board, there are still a bunch of solid longs holding and even adding some TDGI.
EIGH claimed a $40 million cash windfall that turned out to be totally fraudulent
I am well aware of SPNG and what happened there. There are no similarities between EIGH and SPNG. Totally different situation. Easy to reference and sounds good to the masses that know about it, but it's a totally different animal.
There are no misleading statements I'm making here, I'm simply posting facts for all to see. Since you've been here awhile, you know this board has become overridden by criminal accusations leveled against Jerry and EIGH.
While they don't have the power to jail people, as has been stated here by many posters claiming this is a scam, the SEC has the power to hand the info over to the DOJ. Isn't that what you guys all told us on this board?
Let me fix your post for you, then it will be 100% factually correct like EIGH's shareholder update tonight:
Everything EIGH, Thomas Kelly, and Jerry Williams says here on out is 100% truth!
Well, maybe not Jerry Williams, since this newsletter claims it has absolutely nothing to do with Jerry Williams (aka monk) and Monk's Den.
Otherwise, EIGH is legit beyond a reasonable doubt
Sounds good. So if we can talk about Monk and Monk's Den, we'll have a lot more to say once the info posted in the 100% factually accurate shareholder letter from tonight exonerates Monk, EIGH and Monk's Den.
It's not the same thing, it's very different. Whether you choose to publicly acknowledge it or not, that shareholder update is convincingly different than any other PR put out by the company!
Except for the fact that EVERY ONE OF YOU keeps ignoring, and that is that they are under an SEC investigation. This is not your ordinary, run of the mill PR. This is a DIRECT answer to the SEC investigation to shareholders. If this were in any way false, it's a direct ticket to jail, period. I've been reminded time and time again on this board how serious the SEC takes it when a company puts false info out there. So assuming it doesn't get retracted and/or charges filed against the company for putting this info out there, then it's deemed true and correct. That opens the door for a lot more lively discussion here on this board. Somehow, I feel that some people will be exiting the door stage right very soon on this board.
Not the smartest thing to release during an investigation.
Yes, now you can cloak your proclamation of EIGH being a scam in the word "opinion" and it will be okay. Keep telling yourself that!
Proclaiming your innocence even if you're guilty is not considered criminal.
The logical facts are that I should be able to believe that a shareholder update in the midst of an SEC investigation is absolutely true. And if so, then there is a huge problem for the folks here saying there was little or no short position on EIGH. Whoops!
Yes, they put out a 100% factually correct shareholder update tonight. It addresses the SEC investigation straight up. I guess you have a to be a shareholder to have gotten one. In light of your detracting comments to the company, I'm not inclined to share it with you. Sorry.
There is a forward looking statement on everything put out by a company. But let me explain this to you again, you really seem to be struggling to grasp the situation here. The company put out a 100% factually correct update to its shareholders tonight while in the midst of an SEC investigation. There is nothing forward looking about responding to an SEC suspension. Your argument is futile and shows that this update has really shaken many of you!
While it's your right to keep calling EIGH a scam, that may change soon.
Appreciate the link, but I wanted the actual document where a false statement was made by a company under an SEC investigation. Let's short cut this. You'd admit, wouldn't you, that putting out false information while under an SEC investigation would be highly foolish and would be criminal, right? So running with that simple assumption, we're more likely than not led to believe that the info put out is true, right? Therefore, you can simply deduce that the info is true and correct and there is more likely than not going to be some hell to pay for people smearing EIGH's corporate name publicly.
Take a deep breath. The only information I'm conveying is that one has to logically deduce that the information put out there in the shareholder newsletter tonight is 100% factually correct. What anyone does with that information is their prerogative. This is an amazing, yet predictable, turn of events.
It does not matter. They are under SEC investigation. There is nothing forward looking about it. The information they are putting out there is factual. It addresses the heart of the reasons for the investigation straight up. There is no spin, it's fact. The company has decisively taken its stance for all to see.
The company put out a 100% factually correct newsletter tonight in the midst of an SEC investigation. Nothing to debate about it, and you know that. Can you cite me one company that put out a false statement in the midst of an SEC investigation? Link, please.
No, EIGH put out a 100% factually accurate statement tonight that dealt a devastating blow to the scam theory that has been pushed here so hard.
You're changing the subject. Doesn't that shareholder update that came out tonight completely wipe out all the theories about this being a scam?
After the shareholder update tonight declaring innocence, I don't know how a reasonable person can't logically deduce that the company has not done anything wrong. That is objective evidence. One has to assume the information they are putting out while in the midst of an SEC investigation where the concern is the conveyance of information is 100% factually correct. You wouldn't have us believe that this is another lie from the company, would you? In the midst of an SEC investigation? Really? And if it's not a lie from the company, the contents of it are backing up a lot of the info that has been put out there by the company. This is oh so damaging to the "scam" theory that have been espoused here!
After the shareholder update in the midst of an SEC investigation where the company declares it's innocent, I beg to differ!
Unfortunately, EIGH HAD it's day in the sun.
40 Cents ring a bell?
EIGH is done. House of cards have been laced with gasoline and accelerant! Only needs a little spark!
So why the 10-day suspension?
It's definitely been a long haul the past few months. This is one of my few holdings that I've just tucked away and am waiting for the payday. I know it will come.
Seemed like our nice little run hit a snag today. It's encouraging to see life coming back to TDGI. One of these days, Alice, to the moon!
If this volume and buying continue, we will break .03 today!
Agreed, let's let the company release whatever info they have. This is a nice solid move here for a stock that was believed to be on life support... LOL!
Nice pick up, Marty! Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Don't let the Debbie downers and proverbial naysayers tell you otherwise. We know what we hold!
Much appreciated. Lots of great info there. Hopefully Eric follows through on it. If so, we're setting up for a major correction here!
You've got to post a screenshot of any emails you post on this board or else it won't be taken seriously. Not calling you out personally, but that's just the way it is here.
