At this point, the 10k is a moot point. Stocks trade on forward projections. I personally love what I see:

They are growing and will harvest again in a few weeks.
They communicate with the share holders.
There is evidence that they are a viable entity as evidenced by their licenses and photos posted on Instagram.
They have not diluted shares - AMAZING IN PENNY WORLD
HMMM! With the revenue they are about to make, that loan will be paid off in no time. (After all don't most people who own a house take out a 15 to 30 year mortgage - is that toxic to do so)?
Don't most companies need some sort of start up financing?
Look at what these people have here! To be a share holder in this low float early development marijuana cultivation, manufacture, and distributor entity is great! How often does an opportunity like this come along.
Those of us who have done their home work are going to prosper right along with this gem!
The writing is on the wall. See the forest through the trees. We are talking about a company that is about to have huge revenue coming in very soon!

Perhaps we get the information in a 10k this week. I'm of the opinion that we do. Should this occur, it would put those in doubt to be satisfied (hopefully). I've found that when a question arises concerning the company it is best to email or call them. Debate is always welcome as are opinions on these boards. Unfortunately, we are not omniscient and must relay on the proper news to come forth. That being said sir, one cannot deny the following:

SIGO has recently harvested and will again around the first 10 days of March.
SIGO has stated that their goal is to expand.
SIGO is in the process of finalizing a loan agreement to finance expansion. Note that they did not dilute shares into the market.
SIGO has an extremely low float.
SIGO is in an incredibly lucrative market one would think.

People are aware that many marijuana companies are trading at 200 million dollar market caps.
SIGO is trading at about 10 million dollar market cap.
None of us really has the correct answer about the 10k going forward. As to who is right and who is wrong, that is a company issue and I'm sure is being taken care of. Management has gotten this far and I'm sure they will do every thing in their power to make SIGO a successful entity.
In my opinion, the pluses outweigh the minuses and the 10k issue is a moot point. Any start up business has delays and hurdles to jump over.
Going forward I believe that this company is well positioned for success. I also believe that the 10k will be issued this week and would hope for financial guidance.
Conjecture: an opinion or conclusion formed on the basis of incomplete information. That's what we have here at the moment with some opinions on the 10k.

I've spoken to some heavy hitters that have been bid wacking for a reason. If one tries to buy any sized chunk of this, they tell me that they have to pay higher prices! I can't wait for news brother! People won't be able to slap that ask quick enough! That's what's great about owning a low float company with great fundamentals!

Indeed! With such a low float and such a great product in the newly legalized California, this thing is going to explode on any good news. Look how quick it went from .85 to 3.30 a few weeks ago. That was just on licensing news. Revenue projections surely will come our way soon. It really is a no brainer. No dilution and the float is locked at around 5 million! What more could you ask for?
