ERoche this is just my guessing, and thinking but I came to that conclusion because if marketschmarket is correct and Greenburg is no longer with the company. Why wouldn't you PR and name someone within the company right away? Company's don't run without a President/CEO and don't wait weeks to announce it. When you find a company to acquire that has a great staff they move into the top spots of the acquiring company or merger. Look where Greenburg came from a company that RELM acquired. Anyway that's my guess CEO and acquisition will be PRed at the same time, and that's the reason for the delay.
IMO looks like they have made an acquisition, and the companys CEO will become the new CEO of RELM. That's JMO that their waiting to send out a PR and can't do that till things are complete. If they were to name the new CEO today then we would already know the company that they are going to acquir. So they are going to PR us about both at the same time. Until then we can only guess. As for Gordon Hall and Kevin Pickard they both have been with RELM for awhile
Why do you want to sell and take a lost when you know there's money to be made here? I've done that before only to kick myself later.
He left to be president of PCSO, if you go to their board you can find out what they're saying about him. Seems like no word from him over there either.

I'm seeing the samething you are. Buying volume with no uptick, not many shares have been sold since the REGSHO has been lifted, also we have only had 2 days that sellers have out numbered buyers since than. I'm waiting to find out when these air shares are going to be filled. I can't figure out how you can get off the REGSHO list and buy more shares then was sold for 3 weeks and not be back on the REGSHO list. I really think the float is locked tight on this one and with some buying pressure this thing will explode. I think this board alone has over 100 million shares.
Give be your best guess ERoche what IYO is going on?
People have been buying 0004's here for a month. There's no way to buy them all until the MM's let this run. Relm for the last 46 trading days has been under heavy accumulation. Only 8 days sellers out numbered buyers, this should be trading at 002 on no news.
I hear the music from Rocky playing (Gonna fly now)

Found this news old but tells of no dilution

Ludlow Capital Issues Research Opinion on Relm Holdings, Inc.
Last Updated: July 01, 2010 - 4:10pm EST
NEW YORK--Ludlow Capital issues research and traders opinion on Relm Holdings, Inc. (OTC:RELM), a developer of financial information service technology, decreases 'speculative' price valuation target to $0.003 per share based on increase in shares authorized.
SUMMARY
In an all to common occurrence, it was learned today that on June 23, 2010 the Company raised their shares authorized from 1 billion to 3 billion shares. The news of this event was accompanied by heavy trading volume in the common securities early in the trading day, but ended down sharply as news of new corporate structure hit the market.
(read more: Time to Issue Rules Regarding Corporate Authorized Share Structure Changes)
This move may have been taken to make room for pending acquisitions under the parent holding company, but does change the valuation potential for this company going forward. To be fair, the Company may not have issued all the common shares up to the new maximum range of 3 billion, but with unscrupulous moves like this one must be conservative in their projections and base any new valuations on maximum potential dilution.
We still feel a fair-value for this start-up company to be in the range of $7 to $10 million for the time being, and since the total authorized has been risen to 3 billion, we are readjusting our price target on this securities to a 'speculative' $0.0025 to $0.003, which would still equate to a $7 to $10 million market cap based on full dilution.
Through their holding subsidiary, Access Versalign, Inc, the Company is expected to announce several new acquisitions within the financial information technology sector, which in turn could provide for increased revenues and cash-flow for the parent holding company.
Good Morning Relmers I'm ready for another day of high volume trading here after our big day yesterday. We might break the 10,000,000 mark today for two double digit number days in a row that hasn't happened since 9/10-9/13. Anyway it's something to look forward to. Good news is since Aug 15th (37) days ago we have only had 7 red selling days 30 days of buying I known't know about you guys but I don't have another stock that can boast that. The accumulation is here just not reflected in the price yet.
I have rounded my position, squared it, triangled it, and rounded it again. I got to rise the sides on my boat if I get anymore.
I don't get it RELM is sitting at 0003 and a bankrupt sponge is at 0005. A light bulb that netted $37,000 last year is at 0005. This is the lowest pink I know of with the amount of cash they have on hand. If the other stocks are trading at those levels RELM should be a dollar.
Can anyone tell me how to figure the Short Interest Ratio. I read somewhere if you can figure the ratio it will give you an idea how long it will take them to cover and how high the pps will go.
Relm flaged again yesterday day 13

You guys go back and do some DD you will find that Neely and Lanza have been hooked up together since the OOGA days. I think if you go back to the early days of BDGR and you'll find Neely was President then.
When we get back at 4's someone buys 1000 at 5. It happened 3 or 4 times last week anyone know what that's about.
What's with the 1000 share trades? I noticed it a few other times 1000 share and a uptick. Cost about .50 cents that wouldn't be a real trade would it?
Oh well it was worth a try, I thought they would at lease answer with one of those pre written emails. Funny if this was another stock and I didn't get a reply back I would leave, but RELM I feel there's money here.
I sent an email this morning to RELM asking about news, acquisitions and fins. How many think I'll get a reply?
Thin this morning
1 x 0005
2 x 0006
1 x 001
Woww I feel small time compared to you 20 gazillion guys. I've only got 4 gazillion. Selling half on the way up and holding half for big bucks!!!!!!!!
Are we still on the list? What website can you get that info from?
Well vader how high will we go before a pull back?
But also if we close 66% up today, tomorrow will bring new eyes.
Relm looking good today. PR would really make it look good.
I bought 75% of the shares today Wowwww . I got 362,500 shares in a matter of seconds, they didn't even think about it. So their either air shares, or they found basket full somewhere.
How much cash and how high the run?
Num1inv I see you were poaking around over at PCSC what did you find out.
I think that dream will come true, but what year that happens in I couldn't tell you.
I saw RELM on alot of boards last night. Looks like there are alot of eyes watching here. I'm still looking for .0008 this week but anything over that will be hard to get because alot of 3's and 4's were bought up. Triple zero 8 is 100% and investors will lock in profits. Unless we get alot of volume to break it then it's game on. JMO
woww num1inv your loaded up'''''
My little boat only has 2.6 million and I hope there's no hole in it. My adverage is .0006. What's everone else got.
I picked up a small amount of 3's 250000 just to make my adverage lower.
Morning Relmers Vader I want to borrow that crystal ball to find out the highs this week. I'm guessing .0008
OK someone give me a none dilution idea
I will give you one:
There were alot of people sitting on the bid and under the bid at 0004 all trying to buy up cheapies. The MMs seen their chance to take it lower and try induce panic selling. That 60,000,000 shares that was painted as selling was actually buying. I know because I bought 2 mil. How many of you bought at 0005 and 0004 yesterday? I bet this board could cover most of the shares. JMO Any other ideas?
I'm sitting on the bid today, if you've been in RELM long enought you should know there's no reason for slapage on Friday. If it starts to move I will slap it next week.
