No doubt.
It's a puzzling conundrum ... On the one hand it's good to see the production but I'm unable to reconcile that with how it relates to what happened to peeps here.
For all intents and purposes it's almost a slap in the face really. I mean they might as well be a private company and everybody here is just a fanboy cheering them on.
Looking at it again, you might be right.
Looks like what, maybe 20 bikes?
Not bad.
Ready made testimonial ... Just need to change 'written' to 'ridden' and 'song' to 'Motoped'.
I've never written a song in my life. It's all a big hoax.
Elvis Presley
How utterly pathetic ...
Might as well have been Evil Knievel.

Isn't that interesting ...
If APT continues to neglect their legal obligations per SEC rules, I now have just cause to disclose all information regarding my professional status, improprieties on APT's part and legal remedies. Do stay tuned!
Rim shot, cymbal crash ...
I think the Motoped guys are bag-holders as well. If they have renegotiated their contract and haven't filed an 8K ...
I would be more inclined to believe the Motoped guys are trying to figure out a way out of this mess.
I think you're trying to apply real world company applications to a stinky pinky. Sure there may be mechanic's in contracts and whatnot but shareholders here are collateral damage at best.
Short of the month or two of BS hype to help unload a shipload of shares they have shown nothing but disdain towards anybody who mistakenly 'invested' in this racket.
And that's fairly typical down here, they get away with it because it's largely unregulated.
They could go on for quite awhile unfortunately. Some of these linger for years before anything happens. It's like playing Frogger though, you just never know when the SEC is going to act. Sometimes they will catch up a bunch of delinquent filers in a sweep, other times they will go through them in a sort of alphabetical manner, a handful at a time.
With a Wells Notice prior it might put them further up on the to do list though.
I'd bet Covey does nothing at all. They got what they wanted out of this and destroyed any chance of recovery by diluting the piss out of it. They cant split or even go dark without getting caught up anyway.
Okay ... So you don't have the list. Thanks for clearing that up.
Hopefully they'll get current, amongst other things, and you'll get your split. Should be good for a write off for many years to come.
What difference does it make? A rule, a law, a procedure, call it what you want, they can't do it until and unless they get their ducks in a row. Apparently they ran them over with a Motoped so they're are SOL.
To get a list you had to request a list, are you ... an officer or the designated office(s) or
department(s) of the issuer/fund and have the legal authority to request the NOBO
information?
And the proper purpose that you have a NOBO list is for what?
...
Quite possible. Still don't understand why that would get posted and then yanked.
That's the nature of penny land investment risks.
The one thing that Corey said the other day is still intriguing, won't you admit, that the move they're planning to make will benefit the shareholders?
APT is now in the process of qualifying each of these dealers for its dealer network. State and federal laws are complex and specific in regards to powersport sales, service and warranty, emissions, and direct sales compliance. It will take time for the company to process all requests, but APT expects to begin accepting orders from qualified dealers prior to Thanksgiving.

1.A LINK WITH NO RULE SHOWING THEY CANT SPLIT ISNT PROOF!
2.NOW I SAID I HAVE A NOBO LIST!
By signing below, I attest that I am an officer or the designated office(s) or
department(s) of the issuer/fund and I have the legal authority to request the NOBO
information. I understand that falsifying any information regarding this request may
result in prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.
3.I KNOW MTVX CAN REVERSE SPLIT AND I HAVEN'T BEEN PROVED WRONG!
Uhmmm ...
I think the idea's\ideals surrounding IR is really a red herring. The damage is done, they, with these geniuses blessing have solidified that end. Whatever is left of the contract\agreement\formula is only going to add injury to insult at this point. Besides, there's still the other toxic conversions left waiting in the wings.
This is such a debacle that the only way that I can see for them to survive is to effect a rather large R\S. But that would just kill off the present Samsonite collectors, they would still have all these toxic agreements to deal with. So they would have to split again in the future to reset everything and then, they might be able to attract some type of financing.
This is assuming the unlikely scenario that they are all of a sudden going to reverse course and start acting like a real business.
Frankly, I just don't see them doing anything whatsoever as it pertains to this stock, there's really not much of an incentive to even try and prop it up.
That's what I find so puzzling about a lot of the chatter. Whatever thing's they may have going for them are bereft of any appreciation for the stock or the stuckholders
1. It was, multiple times.
2. You don't have a NOBO list.
3. Bring proof that they can split
Actually, 'we've' seen all the proof necessary.
Odd that nobody has disputed any of it by example.
Shouldn't be difficult to provide proof that they can.
Right?
Interesting story. Apparently he was able to meet demand at least, something these guys would be hard pressed to pull off
Probably not pretty
Somebody got it ...
Well, we differ there ...
Supposing this all came to pass, how would it ever trickle down to all the peeps underwater on this debacle?
That's really what it boils down to and that is something that I have yet to hear a viable solution to.
There really isn't one at this point, 12b or so shares out with toxic converters ready to pounce on any movement whatsoever ... a R\S if it could ever be pulled off would kill off even the most die-hard supporters ...
Or sure they could, but they can't in their current incineration, as has been 'proofed' here ad nausem.
Okay, fair enough. Wouldn't they at least vet the company to the extent that they could actually produce what they are ordering?
Ultimately this comes down to their track record, which is dismal.
We have seen glimpses of everything from actual NASA presentations to some sort of association with Dodge and now the military.
None of these happenstances has produced one damn thing. It's all part and parcel to me and really, ultimately this will just fall to the wayside like everything else.
Even when they are able to crank out a few toy's it's after significant delays.
This company will never amount to anything, it's leveraged to the hilt, run by incompetents (at best) and can't even keep up the façade of legitimacy for a stinky pinky.
The waste aspect is pretty notorious, agreed ...
The irony here isn't really the motoped's or even the price, albeit the later is debatable.
It has more to do with the chuckleheads running this operation, the absurd debt they have racked up, the toxic financing deals, lack of filings, bloated SS, prior issues with the SEC, dubious backgrounds and associations of the principals involved and so on ...
Even if all that was somehow to pass muster ...
How would they ever run production on a military order?
... an article straight from the militaries national defense magazine

Sheesh, if it wasn't for this board, where would the info come from? So a late Friday, subscriber only E&E Communication's email comes through ... now?

More cause for concern?
... made by a public company that files reports under the federal securities laws
... which are made pursuant to the safe harbor provisions of the Private Securities Litigation Reform Act of 1995.
Or because they're chuckleheads ...
Although federal securities laws provide a safe harbor for forward-looking statements made by a public company that files reports under the federal securities laws, this safe harbor is not available to issuers of penny stocks.
Yeah, that doesn't apply to penny stocks, that one?
That's also well traveled territory that has been covered here ad nausem.
Don't think so, there was plenty of fodder being expressed at the onset of this little scheme:

Although, giving credit where it's due, this statement was almost dead on accurate;
Our transition to a public company provides us with the tools necessary to improve our balance sheet and the growth capital to drive the Company towards profitability.
