Gold your opinion with some reason maybe true but it sucks. Sussman was and is the only player in this debacle that has not screwed equity in any way. As far as the Sussman bashing goes his firm had the most integrity in the courtroom and a winning hand against a stacked deck. I agree with that whole hartedly but I think predictions in the billions may be off and remember the court system and Judge whose more afraid of making waves than real facts. She doesn't have Justices best interest at hand. IMO gltua

SAPer what most ppl don't realize is JPM isn't kicking in a red cent they are done released finished. The third parties the LTI are going after aren't kicking in billions.
