I don't think it was possibility 1. The way the May 8k was written...to fund over 3 months, was the first time we've seen that with Neom. Even though they 8k'd each distribution they didn't report the debenture updates over the 3 months. That initial 8k was signed before Zima departed so a switch in CFO's doesn't seem like a possibility.
Unless there is a rational reason as to why one agreement was written to do 3 distributions. Any ideas?
Also, isn't this the same debenture the eBay 2million payment went towards?
no worries, I was looking back at Neom's 10k when I posted that. Dang multi-tasking never works in my favor. Hope the day gets better.
honest mistake, apolgies. eom
the answer hopefully resides within the 10k yet to be released.
Apparently at some point this summer Neom paid down $1,826,460 in debt on the NEOM 4-1 debenture. I guess that's why during the summer all of their borrowing was detailed as aggregate funding in the 5/31 8k...they didn't have to show the debenture updates each time they borrowed.

That would be nice, but Morgan Stanley is a bit more reputable than YA...I can never see YA doing this.

I agree those are key elements to keep the doors open...but with our overall debt load what is the true likelyhood of them hitting break-even? Seriously, 450k a month....still.
I will settle for anything under 500 million outstanding shares. I really don't think any increase in revenue, no matter how substantial, is going to be any indicator of this company returning value to its shareholders.
Just saying, revenue would be really nice but in the whole scheme of things what does it really matter?
With the way this company is secretly run, all we can do is rely on opinions at this point.
A few things in my opinion...
1st-although they haven't hired anyone new...we are paying hefty 'consulting' fees to our entire exec team and BOD. Yet, we see no increase in value of the company.
2nd-we're too busy settling, what now appears to be, very relevant lawsuits of everyone that has sued Neomedia...attorneys don't work for free.
3rd-entertaining/lobbying potential customers very handsomly only not to acquire their business.
Remember...there's no one there to oversee where the money goes. Correction...there's no one there that cares where they money goes as long as a nice portion goes into their own pockets.
Yay, we're still broke and need to borrow more money!!!

Interesting read...anyone know the status of Neom being preloaded on Samsung phones?
Samsung Beats Apple in the Smartphone Market

I know they only beat Apple the most recent quarter...but obviously showing that Samsung is a contender.
Don't forget...she's been in this CEO job for 1 year and 7 days. She's brought us an eBay license and a patent re-exam affirmation. Oh, wait....eBay was Ian's work and the patent re-exam had nothing to do with Laura.
We did finally get an updated website for the NeoReader though....that's good right?? And Neom employee's have a fantastic stock purchase plan now....I mean come on...she made this crap company look legit!!! That's got to mean something!
If that day is opposite day...then yes it's probable.
No need to put IMO after that post....it's a proven fact NEOM = GARBAGE.
well said, but there are a few realities that need to be recognized...no matter where a conversation may go. I think 99% of people here would agree with these...whether in the hole or flipping for a great return.
1. It's a penny stock so whatever the economy is doing...it doesn't apply as penny stocks don't mimic economic reality.
2. CEO's aren't stealing in this particular stock, the CEO is just not qualified to run this company.
3. Not all the other penny stocks on this site have financing terms like Neomedia does.
How about $50, and next week you can get those 10,000 shares.

Can someone confirm or deny if these are new customers? I don't recall seeing them and I don't have an old screen shot.

Ok, just wanted to make sure you were referencing Global IP with the strong track record.
Who exactly has a great track record?
I'm awaiting a response from her...if I get it I will post the response.
Maybe YA can write him up some pretty good terms for a loan
Hopefully he has those options at discounted prices...I'm not sure how anyone can afford 100,000 shares at these levels!!!
nice, it's too blurry for me to scan but hopefully that code is on top of Neomedia headquarters and it links to an eBay auction for ownership of the company.
The capital is there, but the people which can execute and capitaize on the opportunity apparently do not work for Neomedia.
Good for them.
I don't think we'll ever know the true reasons why, all we know is no CEO can be successful in the company...no matter how well intentioned they are/were.
Maybe he got sick because he lost the deal...knew the axe was coming down
Sure hope you sell that book at reduced pricing for Neom shareholders...how else can we afford it??
This was the part that stuck out to me...

I have no idea, just complaining about her lack of returning shareholder value through any available channels. I'll crawl back into the cave for the day :)
But remember when everyone thought Bruce Braun was going to become CEO b/c he had prior CEO experience??
I'll believe it if I see it...I for one am not speculating on who may assume the reins as I don't see Marriott letting go of her entirely too easily earned pay check.
Frustrating they PR an app update, but not a campaign like Quaker or Kodak.
Why are we re-evaluating the terms of the eBay deal???
Did I miss something?
Look forward to the findings Pop, thanks.
Also...how many BOD's does this make with no shareholder input??
Based on the comment string, the column/interview has been coming soon since Janurary.
I wouldn't hold my breathe.
Thought this IP Law partnership was suppose to be good??
It's a confirmation that IF anything materializes from this we will again be in a lengthy legal battle.
Very expected
