So they either already hired the AWS related position, and this is a new position, or they edited the job description because they felt the references to AWS were too revealing. jmo
They revamped the job description for SR. PARTNER MARKETING MANAGER - AI SOLUTIONS GROUP. (Took out all the AWS references.)

Can only speculate, but AIOPS.D was built on CortexAI. aiWare integrated into CortexAI. When I read the description of AIOPS.D , see similarities with aiWare and Veritone CDI. But again, can only speculate.
AIOPS.D was added to AWS marketplace. Looks like it was added March 1st.

you have to log in to aiWare to see them.
long list of aiWare release notes added yesterday.
Agree 100%. The marketing, or lack of, under RS has been brutal for the stock. Did RS change the narrative because aiWare sucks? or did he change the narrative because of strategic partners? We will see shortly imo
Yeah, you are right.
Today I see they posted the Sr. Project Manager position again. The one that appears to be concerning aiWare.
BONUS POINTS IF
Worked on a team where the APIs are the product
Experience working with kernel level components, messaging queues, and/or CI/CD pipelines
AI/ML background and experience
Would assume that this position not limited to ecosystem. But who knows.

I also believe that even though many of their press releases refer to some application like Redact, it still might encompass other applications.
If you have Veritone Redact, then you also have aiWare.
If you have Digital Media Hub, you have aiWare.
And all these HR tech customer will have aiWare.
Just need to get Veritone to start talking about aiWare again. jmo
Maybe they are done limiting themselves to "the ecosystem".
The best part of today's PR imo is the "About Veritone section:

Chad Steelberg was the CEO up until the end of 2022. Chad is the architect and main evangelist for Veritone's aiWare platform. He also was the main force behind Veritone's energy solutions. He advocated for aiWare in all industries.
In late 2022, Veritone decided to change focus. Instead of the primary focus being on driving aiWare into all industries, Veritone decided to focus on their ecosystem of businesses (Media & Entertainment, Government, and HR). They said at the time that would still be pursuing other industries, but they would pursue those other industries via strategic partnerships. One such strategic partner was Deloitte, and toward the end of 2022 they announced a reseller agreement with Deloitte. They stated that aiWare would be integrated with Deloitte's CortexAI platform. They have worked with Deloitte since early on, and Deloitte helped Veritone through the Fedramp process with the federal government.
So beginning in 2023, Ryan Steelberg took over as CEO and focused on their ecosystem of business. Chad Steelberg became an "Independent Consultant" leading the aiWare team on a new roadmap, and also hardening and getting the platform to commercial grade status. This website came online in August of last year. https://aiware.com/
But ever since Ryan took over, they have been very tight-lipped on any ongoing developments with aiWare. And they say nothing anymore with respect to progress with any strategic partners working on aiWare outside of Veritone ecosystem.
But we know that the new roadmap has been defined, and according to various sources of information, most of all that roadmap and commercialization work has been completed. But they say nothing about it. So we are waiting for them to come forward on the aiWare plans. They have also been quiet on aiWare as it relates to their HR tech (Pando and Broadbean) so we are waiting for their plans with Veritone Hire as well.
They have integrations with Nvidia, but we have never seen anything more than that. Anything with Nvidia dropped off when Veritone got out of the energy business.
you're probably right. Still might see ownership filings next week. Also want to see that 10k
great, now bring on the news!
Unless they are entirely asleep at the switch, they must be aware that with the huge volume, very easy for an activist investor to have accumulated a large stake.
yeah, more business as usual with these guys.
With them having nothing to say during all this chaos, guess I will look to next week for any 13D filings. If nothing else get an activist investor on board to light a fire under this management. Sick of it.
The Company does not expect the financial results to be included in the Form 10-K when filed to reflect any material changes from the financial information included in the Press Release
If no material changes, why not just file the 10K, and then follow it up with an amended 10K like they have done in the past?
They attribute the delay of the 10k due to the integration of Broadbean.
They haven't really given any detailed information as to what Veritone Hire is all about, and Broadbean was acquired 8 or 9 months ago. Still no web page on Veritone Hire.
As part of the integration of Broadbean, a number of new processes and systems were implemented, and new personnel were onboarded into the Company’s accounting and financial reporting group domestically and overseas. The new personnel required training, and control processes had to be transferred to new process owners.
new processes and systems were implemented, and new personnel were onboarded
So they've had 8 to 9 months to plan and implement this integration. Wonder if the real reason for the delay is because the 10K will reveal sensitive strategic information on the Broadbean integration and Veritone Hire.
Time for a good PR Veritone. Get in the game! Do something for your shareholders for a change.
Veri not mentioned but the article looks like major opportunities for aiWare, DMH, and redact https://www.archives.gov/news/articles/sunshine-week-panel-2024
Yeah I saw that. Remember when they delayed the 10k because of some delay involving Pando? Then they filed it like the next day. I know they are hiring for some accounting positions, so maybe they are short help in that dept. But who knows, maybe actually delaying it for other reasons than stated.
Today's close OK by me. still think it is resilient considering the abrupt rise last week. Wish Veritone would help us out with some good news, but that's probably too much to ask based on history.
A very significant event to have this recover. Qualifies the crazy shit from last week.
Interesting that Soundhound and BigBear still down big while Veritone recovering.
Veritone always content to just let the stock blow in the wind. Let the day traders take control.
I want to see if any 13D filings emerge from last week's trading. If nothing, then assume last weeks action was all pump and dump stuff.
I think a lot of AI hype companies would have put out a PR trying to support the stock. Not Veritone. Just let it blow in the wind.
Yeah, it was a year ago when they announced Veritone Generative AI.
From that PR: "By deploying Veritone Generative AI on aiWARE, Veritone can immediately deliver robust, orchestrated cognitive and generative AI workflows and solutions across a variety of industries"
Curious that it has taken more than a year for this to be ready. And still, no PR on it, or anything on aiWare. Would be interested to know what they have been doing for the past year, and with who. Anyway, looks like things should finally start rolling soon. jmo
https://www.veritone.com/press-releases/veritone-deploys-generative-ai-across-aiware-platform/
Probably what ICIMS copilot and Bullhorn copilot is all about.
Probably going to also be integrated into Veritone Hire and IDEMs. Also, recall that as Veritone focuses on ecosystem, leaving the rest to partners. So we don't know the extent of how other strategic partners are integrating this.
Interesting

I'm not a technical chart guy, but this guy thinks a 10 bagger possible. Says if it can get past 5 bucks, then could go to 12. Then said in comments below it could go to 25-30. Video was posted on Thursday so evaluation did not include Friday action. But nice to know companies like Soundhound stock establishing some sort of benchmark that Veri could match.
But you are right, it could have been an organized group of day traders that got the momentum going. But the relentless 3 day upward momentum with no significant correction is interesting. Maybe the correction is yet to come.
Could be, but when the stock first started to move, it looked like huge purchases to me. then day traders took notice and went all in and made Veri the new game. But looks to me like major purchases initially tiggerred the whole thing.
But even if day traders played a big role, with the amount of volume for three days, it was still an opportunity for some whale to take an equity stake.
And as discussed earlier, with Veritone's year long lack of support for the stock, the restructuring PR, the 18% cratering of the stock on Monday, and the flat guidance despite saying exploding demand and biggest pipeline ever. Looks like the stage was set for a whale to come in and load up. Looks interesting to me.
I just don't understand the dynamics of what happened with the stock last week.
Only 40 million shares outstanding. Obvious massive buying pressure, on two days of 20+ million shares traded, and then more buying pressure on 13 million shares traded. Yeah, the shares doubled in price in 3 days. But still, in my novice opinion, the stock was still kept contained for that amount of massive buying pressure.
As we discussed earlier, the stock got absolutely hammered before the earnings release. Looks orchestrated.
Looks to me like the list of top holders is going to radically change.
Could see a 13d filing in the next 9 or so days.
Everyone raving about Soundhound and investment by Nvidia. The investment was only $3.7 million. Almost irrelevant. And Soundhound shares outstanding have ballooned , up 50% since they went public.
Veritone traded over 50 million shares last week. Would have been a great opportunity for someone to take a large equity stake.
If Veritone would open their mouths and start talking, Veritone would have a much larger market cap, imo.
When you look at the huge volume last week, Veritone has done nothing to create the hype. Even torpedo the stock with the restructuring PR 3 weeks prior to earnings call. And giving guidance of no revenue growth.
Yeah, and there is a Veritone marketing guy that was posting on this on Linkedin over a month ago. There seems to be a component that we are missing on Veritone Hire. Keeping it under wraps. Again, not even a Veritone Hire web page.
Starting at the 32:30 mark. "Veritone's latest strategic play, joining forces with one of the largest job board networks globally. This partnership could reshape the landscape of job seeking and recruitment"
