The goal is very possibly to gain exposure through public trading and the stock until things get rolling hard. The money is likely there to everything to a point. Later on after stabilizing and gaining exposure, they will utilize the stock capabilities for more of the fund raising side.

The market needs a massive runner to set this trade season off. Couldn’t pick a better industry to be in at the moment.

True shareholders need to call and email to ask that the company release this update via 8-k and/or press release.

bmx_c made the right call and did that last year before running over 1000%. Sadly that company hasn’t been able to execute the business model to date and fallen back to crap, but they got off on the right foot by updates on conversions.

Nope. Your missing the point. Those shares have already hit the market. They did it the right way. Let the shares get dissolved, before news and major company updates are released. This is how companies keep shareholder value at the forefront.

The more the company gets these exact requests and explanations, the more likely they are to do it.

Yep! We are seeing the final drip of shares that were issued years ago, now being dissolved into the market. The company has waited on these to get dissolved before beginning to release the developments they have been working on. Doing so allows for maximum share holder value potential, once need begins to flow.

We have all seen this many times on major runners. The next couple weeks are likely to get fun.
