TD Ameritrade finally got rid of the erroneous 2-for-1 stock split data. I had a request pending with Client Services since 7/9/2009. FINALLY GONE.
To all: On Monday,I will be having eye surgery at the VA hospital in Long Beach, CA to repair a retinal detachment. I don't expect to be posting anything on Monday. Your prayers would be gratefully appreciated.
If my surgery and recovery are successful, I will be able to regain my Perspective.
Brokeman: I am not sure, but I think the 0.55 number means 55%, rather than $0.55. Comments anyone?
Neoboarder: Look at the very next post (#30210). OUCH!
It's not Christmas-time yet. Todays Julian date is 266; Christmas is 359, and THANKSGIVING is 330.
Let us at least try.
TDA Shows today's high as $0.0777.
Bought an additional 4.2M shares this morning; now at 84,200,00 shares.
A new PR is out.
If the Company was doing a share buyback, would it not be beneficial to use nearly all 90 days before disclosing their buyback activity? (Announcing a buyback, if that is what is occurring, only puts upward pressure on the price - the price the Company would be paying)
I will be entering a buy order for 4.2M on Tuesday, and a buy order for 7.0M on Thursday. If the orders get filled, I will have 90,200,00 shares.
Thank-you.
If that money obligation was $536,869.26, was $2,500,000 required to settle the debt?
To all: What do you guess or conclude from Brokeman's PI posting(s)?
For those that still believe in the 769.9 million O/S number, please consider the following. My account is with TD Ameritrade, and my first buy of EVFL stock was on April 3, 2009. At that time, TDA showed the O/S as 384.9 million shares. Considering that TDA presently shows the O/S as 769.9 millions shares, it is abundantly clear that TDA simply doubled the previous 384.9 number due to the stock dividend (384.9 x 2 = 769.9).
This share-count doubling by TDA is evidence that the 769.9 number is wrong, wrong, and wrong! The genesis of the 769.9 number is from a date prior to 4/3/2009.
I know he is, but those broker numbers are wrong, wrong, wrong. (My account is with TD Ameritrade, and I see that erroneous 769.9M number daily)
I concur.
The 769.9 million O/S preceeded the 21 billion O/S; you have it backwards. The 21 billion number, timewise, relates to June 30, 2009 financials.
Yes, they are all wrong.
Ryclean: Also look at his Post #28509 on 9/8/2009), in which he referred to the Durant building as being "almost empty."
Ryclean: My post was based on Post #28681 by Lookin4it. I personally do not know whether the tanks are still there.
PS: The poster made reference to "installed equipment and storage tanks," not solely tanks.
Durant tanks: Sold, taken offsite for modification, removed in anticipation of the installation of new tanks, being moved to another EVFL/EVLN prospective facility, or not wanted by a buyer of the real estate? (Something apparently happened to the tanks, ref: an earlier post today)
Trade at 0.0002.
Is a "buy out" outside the box?
TY for the report.
The EVFL website has been fixed. However, the last press release appearing (on the Press page) is the one from July 22, 2009. The page needs to be brought current to show the releases for August 10, August 28, and August 31 (shown by iBox).
NOT SO DEFINITE, SIR. (imo, and as a matter of fact)
AND THEN BACK DOWN!
I acknowledge my billion/million error. Also, I apologize for attributing the post to you (I should have simply posted a new message).
The O/S is 21,165,709,634. The 11 billion, to which you apparently refer, is for Series A - Redeemable preferred stock.
The TDA 1-day price chart shows the price having hit 0.0002 shortly after the 0.0001 opening price.
It was 2,000,000 shares, not 10,000,000 shares.
I agree. Walk it up slow.
And what if we apply a reasonable PE multiplier to that $0.0012 per share figure? Pick your own multiplier (IMHO).
In4Luck: Just got filled (2.812M at 0.0001). Now at 80,000,000 shares, and about $4,000.00 of credit card debt.
In4Luck: Still have them all, and added 8.82M on Friday for a 77,188,000 total. I presently have a buy order to round out my position at 80,000,000. At that point, I am tapped out.
Not if all of the present-day cars (numerically speaking) were electric or electric-hybrid. IMHO, the infrastructure is not there to serve the 60 to 100 million American cars on the road.
And what about the infrastructue costs, and the polution, associated with producing all of that electricity which would be needed to charge those vehicles.
The last time this board tallied iHub-member positions in EVFL, we reached a figure that exceeded 1,000,000,000 shares (for those iHub members who chose to particate in the survey).
