Thanks! I have been able to average down my pps to .0006 over the past 2 years and will continue to accumulate more for now. I can be patient. I just hope Mike makes the right decisions for the right reasons.
GLTA
Please help me understand the negative aspects of a r/s. Isn't it just a simple math equaision? 10/1 or 5/1 and the pps adjusts accordingly? Is the fear that once it takes place further dilution would bring the pps back down to current levels rendering the original shares practically wothless?
Thanks
Oopps. I guess I got the buy @.0004.
GLTA
I did my part. I put in a buy order at .0004. That way I know it won't drop below .0005.
I agree! They can spin this anyway they want but we got played. Hopefully because the pps has been so low most people only lost some gambling money.
GLTA, I'm out of here.
I agree. I have a few pinks in my portfolio but I also have some large healthy players and except for a few minor up-ticks they have been trading sideways for the past few months also. I think people figure pinks are the way to generate some big gains fast. Under past circumstances that may have been true but the game has changed and we can't count on history repeating itself right now. If you believe in the company/concept then hang in there and just make sure you leverage your exposure. IMO.
I agree totally! It gets old listening to all the BS negativity. I can patiently wait for LLEG to move forward and develop into respected green energy producing company. I can also take comfort in the fact the nay sayers will end up with what they generate,,, negativity, nothing, nada!
Fantastic Mathew! One more step forward for LLEG and the rest of us as well. We appreciate all your work and wisdom!
GLTA
IMO, I don't believe we will see a sustained upward move until the permits are in hand and shovels are in the ground. In the mean time the MMs and Flippers will continue to have their fun. But, with patience, our day will come. I will use the next few months to take advantage of the lows and continue to build on my position.
GLTA LLEG Longs!
I have to admit, over these past few years, this has been a real rollercoaster ride. Is your insinuation that this has just been a shell game perpatrated by MBB, "behind the scene secret deals"? Why would Charlie Bass, well respected in both New Hampshire and Washington, join the board of LLEG if he thought for one second that this is just shady shell game. Or, do you think you know more and have better connections then Congressman Bass? It seems to me you only show up when the price begins to stumble.
This is looking great! Now let's hope the day traders don't start dumping to grab quick profits!
What a nice way to end the day. You can only take so much bashing, then you get a day like today and realize why you are a LLEG LONG!
GLTA!
And,,,, we're off!!!!
I got mine also. Is this going to be Spencer's new MO? Can we longs expect this very thoughtful personalized attention from Spenc instaed of his old public BS. I know I certainly appreciate his looking out for my investment decisions. Where was he when I bought Lucent???? Well Spenc if your still monitoring the IHUB,,, thanks,, but I think I'll remain a long for now.
Up here in New Hampshire we already have 8" on the ground and a few more coming. Come on Spring and LLEG!!!!!
GLTA
Your not alone. Everytime I sell the price goes up! The good thing about Pinks is it's good for the sole. Where else can you be both humbled and excited at the same time.
I too agree! Our commitment and patience will be rewarded some day soon. In the mean time we support Mike and his vision!
Good morning Fox. Our day is coming. Decisions are finally being made based on scientific inteligence and not emotional scare tactics. Just a matter of patience. IMHO
I agree 100%. When LLEG finally takes off it will feal great for a whole host of reasons. That is why I am willing to deal with the ups and downs we have experienced these past few years while Mike get's everything in place.
GLTA
I just hope it does not drop it's advance at the end of the day again! I have promised my family, who I have convinced to be longs, that as soon as we hit a penny we will party like it is 1999! Go LLEG!
GLTA
I bought my first shares a few years ago at $2.00. I have been able to get my average down to $.10. So, I'm here for the long haul!!
GLTA!
Thanks Grey Fox. Glad to see your here as well!! Go Stems!!
We have a nice plug on a Business Week slide show "Towns with the highest foreclosure rate" In New Hampshire it was Berlin. But it did go on to say that LLEG has aquired the old paper mill site and is planning to energize the economy with a new bio-mass plant.
Has anyone heard how last nights meeting went??
It was on my AOL portfolio page under news for Visa (Why we love pinks). Go figure?
No problem. I agree with you on the bashers! How can anyone not see the potential good this company can do for all of us. It is frustrating how outsiders can manipulate the pps while this company tries to establish itself for the benefit of medical science. I have been in healthcare for more years then I care to remember and to think we are on the verge of finding cures for so many diseases. I wish GLTA ACTC longs!
I think we have a misunderstanding, due in large part to me not indicating, these are not my words but a piece from a article on the Motley Fool earlier today. I thought it helped explain the frustrations we have been going through recently.
I too am a ACTC long. I think probably a longer then you since the first shares I aquired when ACTC's PPS was $2.00. I believe very strongly in what the company is doing and hope they will change the face of healthcare. LOL to all!
This may also explain what we have been experiencing,
Well, then, why do we love penny stocks?
We love penny stocks because they're fascinating. The world of pennies is inhabited by hardworking average Joes and Janes hoping to strike it rich, as well as by pumpers and dumpers, hypesters, and scammers. In pennies, the logic and reason that applies in the rest of daily life is replaced by zeal and prayer.
However, we don't love them enough to actually buy them. Yes, they have big potential, but their daily gyrations are unpredictable -- the stock-price movements have next to nothing to do with the underlying company the stock represents. In fact, trading in pennies is highly illiquid, and prices are often manipulated by forces not at all related to the business.
This may help explain some of the PPS we have been experiencing.

All the more reason to be patient!
There are many inteligent people on this board,, so can someone please explain how we could go from .0012 to .0004 with the news that finally came out this week.
Just another long look to make sense of all of this.
Thanks!
Congratulations to all LLEG longs! And a special thanks to Tom for always stressing patience!
We are number 9 on the break-out board!
And climbing! Wat to go ACTC longs!
So what role are you playing on this board? If your not a stock holder what does ACTC mean for you? Just killing some time? Do you not see the importance of what the company is trying to do?
ACTC is #8 on the Breakout Board today!
Is this board about ACTC or personal political views? I'm a little confused here. When it come to ACTC we need a president that sees the importance of what ACTC is doing. IMO.
Some people just aren't happy unless they are peeing on someone elses parade. Most of us longs are here for two primary reasons,, we believe in the company and we hope to benefit from LLEG's success. If the slammers don't believe in the value of green energy that's fine. But instead of wasting our time why don't you go pinch a baby for fun.
Another item some of our posters seem to be losing sight of is Laidlaw is not only providing us with the potential for a nice profit on our investment but they also doing the right thing for the environment.
Go Big Green - LLEG!
I have to wonder,,, do you guys with all of the negativity actually own shares of LLEG? If so, why? If not, why all of the interest in a company you don't own?? Or does this just happen to help pass the time for you?
I have been watching this exchange for a little over a week now. I think the biggest problem is the frustration of waiting for the close to take place. As an investor I too am anxious but also as someone that sees a great opportunity for both the community and the environment. I am having a hard time seeing any negatives to what Laidlaw is trying to do but for some reason it appears many road-blocks have been put in the way. I'm sure we will all breath a sigh of relief once we get beyond the closing.
I am in this for the long haul and I hope that means years of successful projects not months.
